Just Right

I have ordered these about annually for several years. The keyboard works beautifully, keeps a charge for ages, and I really like the variety of positions available. Just right, really. So why do I have to keep ordering them each year or so? Well, not counting the time I unwisely chose to eat a juicy cheeseburger while working on my keyboard (bad idea...poor keyboard...), it is the case that eventually begins to wear out from use. I use my ipad everyday, many times a day. I carry it with me many places. The case protects the ipad beautifully, so it is understandable that the creases on the case would begin to crack or look unsightly after so much use. The remarkable thing is that the keyboard keeps on working perfectly (if you don't drip cheeseburger juice on it...). I also really like the colors it comes in. That's fun.

I was nervous before I got this because I had read all of the reviews (I like to overprepare) and many said it wasn’t a super great case, and I was super surprised! This case is awesome! The leather feels sturdy, and the color came out really nicely. There are no scratches at all. The keyboard (which I’m typing on now) is so lightweight. It feels like it weighs nothing at all. The only issue with the keyboard would be that the delete button is in a different place (up on the same row as the numbers, called “backspace”). Additionally, the keys are pretty small so if you’re a clumsy typer, like I am, it can take a little getting used to. The keys are not backlit, but I can see them in the dark from the light of the screen. The magnet is super strong. With the keyboard attached, I can lift the whole thing without it falling off. When the keyboard is attached, closing the case does not turn the iPad off. However, with the keyboard removed, opening and closing the case turns the iPad on and off. The keyboard paired to the iPad really quickly in my case. I’m planning on using this to carry around my iPad for school and so far I’m really excited, because of how lightweight it is and how well everything works. The iPad case has 3 grooves where you can prop it up, but I’ve found that you can kind of place it anywhere and it doesn’t slip, so fingers crossed that stays that way. It performs exactly as it says it will. This cannot be propped up with the iPad vertically though, just fyi. The camera and flash of the iPad fit perfectly in the case, and I can take pictures with no difficulty. Overall, the case is sleek, the keyboard works wonderfully, and the case fits perfectly wrapped around with or without the keyboard. Would recommend!

Purchased product seven months ago and love it- keyboard battery lasts forever!

I love this iPad case and keyboard so much! I purchased it about seven months ago and still use both items. The case stands up easily and the iPad feels secure in it, the only initial downfall was the difficulty removing the iPad from the case but after a while it became easier. I also like that the case is very slim so it is lightweight and not bulky, and it is metal inside so it keeps my iPad safe. The keyboard is great too and I can easily type on it. All of the keys still work and so does the Bluetooth. Also, the charge lasts FOREVER! I use it every day and in seven months I have never had to charge it! However, one time I did try to charge it before a long trip and it started to be glitchy afterwards, so I am slightly wary of the charging function, but it did return to normal functioning eventually. Overall, this was a great deal!

I bought the new iPad 9.7 2017 model and I was going to get the Case/Keyboard combo when I was at the Apple Store , and I really couldn't find one that I liked and really after buying my iPad I really couldn't justify spending another $140, because I just spent $480. I looked at a lot of different options Here and at local retailers, then I found this little Gem, the keyboard is made really well , not flimsy and rickety , and the device pars with the case so well , the material is textured so nice and a really nice feel to it, I saved so much that I thought I was goin to be sacrificing style and integrity, I mean come on it's like a $120 dif. I'm so pleased with the result, oh ya go try and find this price at a retailer, Not happening AND No, I have not been paid in anyway for this review, I just feel that good about my purchase and the value of this product

I absolutely love this ipad cover

I absolutely love this ipad cover. I am a brand new ipad user and I wanted my tablet to serve as a mini computer when I needed it, but it also had to be functional for my kids to play on it without a keyboard. I love that the keyboard is removable. The case is solid and I feel my tablet is protected. The keyboard is very nice. It's compact, but very easy to type on. It connected well to my tablet. It does a pretty good job of holding to the tablet case by magnets. I used it with the keyboard in the car, in my lap, and it worked well.

Better than expected!

My iPad cover w/keyboard arrived on the date promised. Packaging was secure in an Amazon box. Inside that box the iPad cover was enclosed in a plastic wrap. The keyboard, charge cord, and operating instructions were within its own seperare box very secure. Installation was ultra easy, just pop the iPad in place in the cover, Keyboard setup instructions were clear and took less than 5 minutes before I was able to use everything! At first I didn’t think I would like the idea of the magnetic backing on the keyboard (not visible of course). But it secures the keyboard in places on the cover so it doesn’t move while you type, and this I love! It is removable so that you don’t have to have the case to use the keyboard. While the keyboard is mini, the keys are very comfortable and as a transcriptionist, I can type with so much ease and flow with minimal correcting. It all folds up into what looks like a regular iPad cover, easy to transport and convenient to open up and work anywhere. My color choice is Rose Gold - and it’s true to color, but I’m sure all other colors are prettywell, I am very satisfied with this product and the seller. I will highly recommend this product to my family, friends, and anyone reading this review.

Our company and department are very happy!

I work for Human Resources in a government agency and purchased this keyboard case to go with the iPad we use during meetings, investigations, presentations, etc. We all LOVE this case! It is great quality, the keyboard fits perfectly (and so does the iPad) and the keyboard sticks very well to the case due to the magnetic nature of the case. I don't have any delay with the keys typing, and the stand is a great angel for me. I type notes for a couple hours at a time using this and everything is very comfortable. We are very happy with this product.

Love this product

I have purchased this product a total of 3 times, twice for my iPad mini and once for this iPad. It works great. Using it as we speak. The battery life is awesome. It’s sturdy. I’ve dropped my iPad twice Already. It is a great disguise for your iPad. Many are not aware it’s an iPad until I open it. This also works well for those that are in school and who use their iPad for work. The keyboard is the same as a regular size keyboard. As long as you have proper apps downloaded this works like a normal computer. I use mine for school and work. I’m obtaining my MBA and I am an instructor for the military. I save my books for school on this iPad and read them during class and on leisure and I use this at work go reference my lesson plans and work manuals I need. Great product and outstanding price. I’m considering ordering another in another color or pattern

If you need a good keyboard and case for a great price, get it!

This case and keyboard combo is great. The keyboard is of good quality and doesn't feel cheap. I read that some reviews said the keys were too cramped but I don't see that as a problem at all. The case also has a good feel to it and it looks great. I like that the keyboard is removable and the magnets do hold it very nicely. The small issue I have is that I need to carry my ipad from exam room to exam room as I see patients and having to close the case is a problem with the keyboard in its proper position for typing. It needs to be moved every time closer to the ipad otherwise it won't close correctly. If you intend to use the case and keyboard in a more stationary fashion, this is ideal. I still use mine and just fold the ipad over the keyboard and keep the ipad facing up as I carry it around. It is not too heavy or bulky. The set up of the keyboard with the ipad was also very easy and standard for bluetooth devices. And I have had the keyboard case for over a week and have yet to charge the battery. Overall, for the price of this keyboard and case, I give it five stars.

Great product! Very satisfied!

I have been using a heavy cover with attached keyboard that finally broke enough to require me to get a new one. I didn't want to pay a lot, especially sight unseen. I really like this one! The iPad fits perfectly into the case and with or without the keyboard, the case closes and keeps everything inside with no chance of anything falling out. The detachable keyboard works perfectly and I love the keys - they are raised higher than my old one and feel more like a MacBook Pro. They tend to make a bit more noise, and I am not sure it if would be bothersome if I were to use it in a class. The keyboard is very magnetic and sticks perfectly in place on the base, or can be used at a distance. I haven't checked to see how far away it could be used, because I wouldn't be able to see the screen anyway. The iPad doesn't sit quite as securely without the keyboard in those grooves, but it doesn't just flop down, unless I have it sitting on a soft surface like a bed or couch and there is a lot of movement. Not a big deal to me, especially since my last one didn't have the detachable keyboard.
