Great product, excellent customer service. Had a problem with the refrigerator staying at the temperature I set it at, I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and after some troubleshooting, sent a replacement. My wine is delicious now, I keep my reds at 61 degrees (recommendation by a friend who knows his wine).

Perfect! Hubs Bought this for me as an anniversary gift and I’m not sure how I ever lived without it before! I really enjoy having my red’s slightly chilled now. I wasn’t quite sure if I always wanted a wine fridge since I could just put a bottle or two in the regular fridge but this makes everything so much easier and it’s nice to have several bottles on hand chilled for when we have people over or if I just want to drink a lot! It’s absolutely perfect!
