Very easy to use and works great! I had never used a soldering kit before even in my classes due to not having a need for it while I tokk that certain class. Now that I had to solder pins onto an LCD I bought to use with my Arduino for a class project, I bought this kit which looked most appealing to me (with the exception of that last product image which is cringy and funny for me xD) and it was in a reasonable price compared to other kits and for what was included. It arrived very quickly and I used it that same afternoon. The steps to use this kit are nicely detailed, easy to understand, provides tips for when you are soldering, and gives you that confidence to use it even if it is your first time. I really liked how quickly the soldering iron heated up and I was able to solder the pins to my LCD in about 10 minutes and I also got to try out the desoldering pump to fix a little mistake I did at first and the rest was done in a breeze. Then I connected my LCD to my breadboard and it displayed all the text without any errors as when I used my wires. Very great kit and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a great starting kit.

For the money spent, it would be hard to find a better assembled kit for the average hobbist or homeowner. You get almost everything you need to solder just about any kind of electronics around the house, and even better, none of the stuff included is junk. It's all decent quality equipment. I've owned three or four soldering irons in my life and none of them were adjustable like this one. The only thing missing is a small tub of flux. I understand that it would only add to the cost, but I'd pay another three or four dollars for a small tub of it just to complete the set. The inluded case is also very nice to keep everything together. Excellent set.

This is a great kit. My husband solders stuff now and then and was complaining about his old one. This came with so much stuff and he was really impressed with it. It has several tips, an awesome case and much more. The stand has really come in handy, he didn't have one with his last one and it would roll off the table. He has burned himself so many times trying to grab the old one. He won't have worry about that now. It's so ORGANIZED. Great buy

This is a basic soldering kit that is a good value for the price. It works as expected and the container / case is a great way to keep the pieces organized and not lose them on the tool bench. I purchased it for a small project and also ended up using it to explain the basics of soldering to my son and daughter. It's a decent soldering set, it's adjustable which many are not, the tweezers worked well, and the variety of tips should meet most basic needs. I've used it a couple of times and would purchase it again.

Wow! This is a sharp set for the price, it includes all sorts of goodies. The sponge that comes with the stand isn't an exact fit, but a bit of trimming would cure that. The iron heats up wicked fast and includes extra tips - great for decorative soldering if that's your thing. (Hey, some of us like to sign our work, you know?) It's all packed neatly into a convenient case with instructions.

I’ve got couple of soldering irons in the past and they were all worn out pretty badly . So I was in the market for a new one. The best thing I love this product is hat they have a bag and put everything in place, which make it a lot easier for storage and retrieval. I used to had hard time to Findlay the accessories together. So this made me happy. And then the price is unbelievable, definitely cheapest with best quality for the money. I would recommend anyone who does soldering at all to get one of this, could be your backup or could be your travel kit.

I was seriously surprised with how well this kit worked. My first project was replacing a broken headphone jack which required a very small soldering tip. Luckily the kit came with interchangeable tips and worked perfectly for this project. Now keep in mind this is the first time using this iron so I cannot speak for its durability/longevity, but for now I can say that it was worth every penny and I'm looking forward to many more successful projects. Aside from this the kit comes with everything pictured/ listed. No issues with shipping time (delivered to East Coast U.S.)

Note, this isn't my first iron, though it may as well be. Once upon a time I bought a Radioshack soldering iron, which worked okay, but with my inexperience, the tips and shaft started to oxidize and corrode slightly, so it was about time to buy a new one. I was looking for something to help with an electronics task. I was stupid and accidentally yanked a 4-pin fan connector off of my Macbook Pro. This tool kit is fantastic! It comes with different tips for different projects, anywhere from thick electrical wiring to these small solder joints I needed to make in order to complete my repair. It was difficult because of how confined of a space I had but I was able to get a perfectly working connection going and my fan is operating normally again. I highly, HIGHLY recommend buying flux with your order, by the way. It's no more than a few bucks most of the time and it'll make these projects loads easier to complete. But otherwise this kit has just about everything else you need. One word of advice is to keep tabs on how long you have the iron connected. It doesn't offer adjustable temps lower than 200 degrees Celsius, and even then I'm not sure that knob even works; that's the only critique I really have for this set for the price.
