pricey but worth every penny, i absolutely love it. i was quiet skeptical because lots of people said they did not enjoy it in their coffee but i totally do. i found that whisking it in the coffee or tea dissolves it entirely. i was having issues with just a spoon. i have a mini whisk and that works wonders. i also love it in my tea!!

Good tasting.

I like this coconut milk powder. It is a bit clumpy, but dissolves well in hot water. The taste is very good and it's organic. I have tried several and this is my favorite.

Golden Mylk!

There's this crazy thing call Golden Mylk... and it's not some weird sexual fetish. You mix this stuff with honey and other herbs to make a paste. Then you use that paste for teas. I've made a turmeric one for general health that's awesome. Also, another one with Valerian for sleepy time. In theory, the fat from coconut milk helps the absorption of herbs and such... Well, I can attest to the sleep time, for sure! Plus, the inherent sweetness of coconut helps any herb concoction!

Great for Milk Bath

I’m using this powder for SPA purposes. The smell is great when I open it and I add 8 tablespoon mix with coco butter and honey. The smell of the coconut milk is still nice and fragrant after being mix and place in the bath water. After soaking in 20 mintutes my skin is soft and smooth

I love this. I used to drink the unsweetened whipping cream in my coffee. I'm not a huge coffee drinker and the cream made it feel like a treat. Whipping cream and I just don't get a long. It loves my belly fat way more than I do so I went on a search for an alternative. I tried a lot of things but this is the most simplistic and makes a really creamy cup of coffee when blended with some MCT oil and a bit of olive oil. YUM!

Amazing taste

I am totally new to this “keto lifestyle” and I was recommended by my nutritionist, as part of my diet, to eat one tablespoon of coconut milk powder with half an avocado every day for my afternoon snack, and let me tell you: it’s the best thing ever!!!! I had never had coconut milk powder before, ever, and it’s sooooo good! I’ve used it on many different recipes now and it never fails to amaze me how good it is as a substitute for milk and it making everything taste even better. I make a little low carb “bread” (4tbs of milk powder, one egg and baking powder - bake!) and it’s sooooo much better with coconut milk instead of regular milk. Love it!. I’m sticking to this brand because it’s organic and all products are free of additives. I also got blanched almond flour from it.

Excellent to have around

Excellent to have around , especially good in matcha green tea. I also use it in smoothies or coffee. Great in recipes if you want extra coconut flavor . Good brand.

When I bought my first bag of coconut milk powder, I wasn't sure what to do with it. My recipes were experimental and, mostly, a flop. I finally figured out how to make my own coconut whipped cream, though. Basically, it's two parts coconut milk powder to one part almost-boiling water. Add sweetener to taste. It's best to whip it with a mixer, the longer the better. A little coconut milk powder makes a big batch of coconut whipped cream, and it tastes every bit as good as it does when you use coconut milk in a can. Kept in a covered dish in the fridge, it lasts a few days. This is much more economical, plus you don't have to worry about preservatives.

Great for bath bombs !!

So I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my bath bombs not sticking together, breaking, cracking etc. I noticed that the only one that always stayed together was the one with this coconut power. And it dawned on me to add it to all my bath bomb formulas and voila ! Super basic formula I follow is... 1 cup baking soda 1/2 cup citric acid 1/2 cup Anthony’s coconut milk powder 1/4 cup Dead Sea salt Add your desired amount of oil, scent and coloring. You don’t even need witch hazel. This coconut milk is literally perfect!! I can start selling my bath bombs thanks to this product :)
