I use this in my smoothies and after a workout. Knocks out the hunger kinks until I can get to a meal. Good stuff.

My husband does CF and is always looking for a way to get in more protein and cut out carbs and calories, so he uses this a snack or meal replacements. He loves the taste too!

Delicious meal replacements and post-workout recovery shakes

Both the chocolate and vanilla ones are really good. Coming from a guy who doesn't drink protein shakes because they taste like trash, mind you. These are good. I've had 12-pack after 12-pack, months on end, and I'm not tired of them and they make me feel great. Drink one in the morning and I don't have to eat until 5PM, and I feel great all day. Or, drink one after a workout. Take a shower, drink up when you finally relax or before bed, and it does wonders in curbing post-workout muscle soreness. I recommend you try it at $20-22. If you get it lower, than definitely. Sometimes the price goes up to the high 20's or more, don't buy it. Wait for the price to lower again. The 40g protein pro ones went from $30 to $40 all of a sudden one day, and I just never bought em. These are amazing, in my opinion, 32g protein for the price.

Good if you like it. My older son likes these, my younger doesn't. I don't deduct any stars because it's just a matter of taste, and one of them loves this stuff.

Filling but uber sweet

Very filling. The vanilla is not all that intense but the sweetness borders on being too much!!

Great for post workouts...

As a diabetic I'm always on the lookout for the perfect post workout drink. Muscle Milk truly fits the bill. At 160 calories with 7g of carbs and only 1g of sugar, it fits the bill. It has 32g of protein, taste great and doesn't raise my blood sugar to where I need to take any insulin. For me it works and while I can't assume it's perfect for everyone I'd at least give it a try...

It’s not the best tasting shake out there, but can’t complain. I’m trying to cut back on dairy a bit, and with the other nutritional components, this seemed like a good choice. Very high protein amount, little carbs or sugar. Very fair price.
