The Cadillac of baking sheets

I’m blown away. First nonstick product I’ve used that’s ACTUALLY nonstick. With no assistance from baking spray. Conducts heat fast and even. Very heavy duty. Awesome large size. Terrific value. Wasn’t planning to spend this much but glad I did and worth every penny. We use it for baking frozen foods meant to be fried and meats/veggies that are good grilled when weather is poor for outdoor cooking and pizza. Don’t even actually make cookies. We use the drying rack as a cooking rack. There’s literally nothing you couldn’t use this for that cooks in an oven. I’m most pleased it isn’t staining or getting burn marks!

Makes great bacon.

Makes great bacon, easily fits one pound of bacon on this rack (see my photos). Also have tried it with chicken breasts and the results are awesome.

Good sturdy pan with bakeable rack

I got this baking sheet because it had the bakeable cooling rack. I was trying to make matzo pizza, and in years past, the crust would become soggy from moisture. I thought by elevating the crusts, they’d remain nice and crispy, and it lan is extremely sturdy. It’s not thin and flimsy like the cookie sheets you get elsewhere. It also has a corrugated bottom, so I think if you’re making cookies, that’ll help to keep the bottoms crispy and easy to slide off the pan, although I haven’t tried cookies on it yet. The pan is also extra large size. It is a bit pricey, but it met my expectations.

Get this pan!

This is a fabulous pan. Substantial weight, cooks evenly. Perfect for wings, bacon and other items you want to be cooked with circulation around the top and bottom. Ordered two other USA pans after seeing them at my neighbors. Will be replacing all of my pans with USA Bakeware.

Perfect for cooking bacon in the oven. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!

I love love love these pans!! We can put 2 full packages of bacon on one pan, and bake it in the oven. All the grease goes in the pan and NOT on your bacon! Easy to clean if you spray them with Pam Spray before applying the bacon. The grease will slide right off! GREAT PURCHASE

Great pan for baking bacon in oven.

This is the first baking pan that cooks bacon perfectly. I've purchased baking pans in the past and all of them have a rack with all of the rods going in one direction. This one has a crisscross design that supports the bacon better and allows it to cook evenly. I had no fatty spots on the bacon and it was nice and evenly crisp. The bacon grease was easy to clean up in the pan and after washing it looked as good as new. Definitely recommend this pan.

Baking Bacon!

On the keto diet, bacon is a new friend. And, while many times it serves well to cook it in the skillet, and use the bacon grease to prep the next protein item, it sometimes nice to prep bacon with zero mess and less fuss. I kept coming across an oven-based way to do that, in various keto diet blogs and vlogs, so I thought I'd give it a go. Ordered this pan and rack, and it is beautifully made, very solid, a wonderful piece of cookware. All seemed well....but..... First time was a TOTAL DISASTER. Not the pan's fault, but my method. I used the rack, heat was too high, and set off the smoke alarm and was an epic mess to clean up, with bacon sticking to the rack like glue. Read up some more on what to do when that happens, haha, and learned to just foil the pan, skip the rack, add some high heat oil (I use a little bit of Organic Avocado oil) and reduce the heat. I cook it at 325, flip it once at 10 minutes, and it's done at 20 minutes. Comes out perfect, every single time, zero mess, and so easy. Tastes wonderful, uniform crispness, bacon bliss. This pan is high quality and it is evident in how well the bacon comes out, with the cooking so consistent, same result each time. I'm confident this would be a big winner for any cooking project, and I highly recommend it. For keto folks, an even bigger recommendation for the best way to cook bacon, mess free and hassle free -- well, once you get the method buttoned down, haha. Highly recommend this product! Great pan. Perfect for wings.

I bought this specifically for cooking wings. I have probably cooked a few hundred wings on it and it functioning perfectly. The non-stick is amazing compared to my other grate type pans. I can good 30 wings on this and have the entire thing clean in about 5 minutes. The only thing to be aware of is that this pan is heavy. Some smaller people might want to use two hands while putting this into the oven.

My favorite baking sheet

This is now my favorite baking sheet for everything. It is not non-stick, so using foil or parchment paper under the rack is advisable. I have a small oven, so I had to measure the inside dimensions of my oven carefully, but this pan fits perfectly.

ok, this is the best darn pan I ever had and I have mad a solemn promise to myself that I will never spend another dime on any bakeware if it is not made by USA!!! I love! Love! Love! this baking sheet. I order the cookie sheet also and oh my! love it too. It is so well made that you have to own it to see the full beauty of this pan. It's non stick heavy and huge this is my dream pan and everyone in my house knows better to touch it!!!! If you purchase this baking pan you will be just as happy as I am!!!!
