Excellent, roomy bags, great value

I'm very happy with these bags: they are very roomy and the straps fit comfortably over my shoulder. I bought them primarily because I was always short a bag or four at the Farmers' Market, and they are perfect for that purpose. I don't need a bag that holds 25 pounds, because that's more than I can carry; I need a bag that's roomy enough to hold a dozen ears of sweet corn or one huge head of delicate lettuce without squishing it. I need bags that are washable because I wash them every week after the FM. Morever, they're incredibly lightweight: this actually makes a significant difference in weighing produce. Finally, I now have enough so that I can use one bag for each type of produce and they go right on the scale: no disposable plastic bags for me. Some reviewers mentioned the handle orientation; however, this is absolutely not an issue for me because the bags are so large that I can't even tell which was the original orientation. I haven't tried folding them back up because they live happily and cage-free on the messy back seat of my car, so foldability isn't an issue for me. An excellent value, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Edit: second FM season, and I'm still really loving these bags!

My husband and I just moved to California where stores charge you for plastic bags, (It was kind of a culture shock for us! Lol) so I bought a bulk of different reusable bags, including these. I love them! They are lightweight and extremely easy to fold up. It does take a few minutes to fold all of them up after using them, but worth is because I can just toss a few in my purse for a quick trip to the store. They don't have a flat bottom, so I use them for things that can't easily break. (Like cans, household items, dog treats and toys etc) I would recommend them to anyone, especially for the great price!

Love these found a new purpose for them

I bought these two ad to my laundry sorter so now instead of just having three sections I now have seven sections. For the grocery bags I used to sort my underwear bras socks and you know smaller things it's perfect I totally recommend everybody gets a laundry Sorter and adds these bags up top to the hanging rack I really like the stability of mine because it's not just a hanging bar it also has a shelf up top. So I think it adds to this stability

My house hold isnt really known for wasting plastic bags, we use them to throw away stinky food, clean up after the dog, use in smaller trashcans ect. But they only get used twice and we have a MASSIVE amount at The house so I dont really want more. I love how they are so brightly colored so I have a hard time missing them when I'm about to go shopping. they are really big so you can do almost a full 2 week shopping trip(for 2 people)with like 2 maybe 3 bags. The folding thing is a really great idea , making them small enough to shove 4 in my pursealthough im still getting a hang of the folding. All in all this is a fantastic buy and I love that I get to help save the world(even if its just a little.

Had these 5 months now and I absolutely LOVE them. I’ve been using recycable bags for at least 15 years So when these arrived, I thought I wouldn’t like them. I’ve been using canvas ones previously but they get so dirty too quickly and it was time to replace them. Anyway, I didn’t think that they would hold much weight but they really do hold alot of weight. I love that I can carry it on my shoulder and it is actually comfortable. I don’t bother folding them into the pouch. I fold them in half and roll them up and put them all in one bag. I’m back to order another set...just because I love them so much and I want to be sure that I always have them on hand.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I was looking for affordable, packable, decent sized reusable bags and these are perfect. I recently purchased these a couple weeks ago and so far really like them. They carry more than a standard sized plastic bag at a grocery store and appear to be durable. The straps are wide so you can carry heavy loads comfortably, and these are lightweight and pack down really small, so its easy to carry them in my bag or put a bunch in the glove box of the car where they are out of the way but there if I need them. They take up a lot less room than regular rectangular bottom reusable bags and hold at least as much stuff. Unlike some other reviewers, I found them really easy to refold into the attached pouch. I like that they are packable and discrete and plan to use them for all of my shopping needs, not just groceries. I like them so much I'll be buying a second set for my partner.

Heres the folding instructions

Takes me less than 10 seconds to fold a bag. A folding directions sheet was included, see photo. I start with BeeGreen logo facing me. I do not tuck the straps in as the first step, its easier to fold down during one of the 2 half-folds up. Love the long strap for over the shoulder carrying and the square base. The size is perfect. (When shopping for these type bags, i definitely noticed the difference in sizes, some are rather small with small handles). I use a small cabringer to keep the 5 bags together + tuck under my car seat. So many uses- gardening, camping, overnight sack, etc.

Product is disappointing - Update: Satisfied customer

After 9 months of use I cannot recommend this product. The bags are only used for groceries in a community that has banned t-shirt grocery bags, so I was eager to find a product to comply with the ban. However, after less than a year, several bags have holes and the handle on one is ripped at the seam. I will not buy again. Update: After posting a poor review of this product, the company - without asking - sent me new bags. I appreciate the attention to detail the company has shown. In addition, they have reinforced the seams of their product, so the company is diligently working to make their product better for the consumer. Thank you.

Purchased Multiple Sets-Very Happy!

These bags are great. I have purchased 2 sets, one for myself and another for a friend. They hold a TON of grocery's and various items. I now live in the city and park in a parking garage so these bags are a life saver. I don't have the luxury of making multiple trips from my car into the house like I did when living the the suburbs. I had to quickly come up with tricks to make city living easier and these bags have been a life changer. I keep a few in my car and a few in my loft. When I walk to the produce stand up the block I have one of these in my jacket pocket or purse and it will hold my full cache of produce along with a few dozen eggs with no problem. I also used these to haul loose items when I was moving. These bags are strong and I love that you can wash them. Who wants a reusable grocery bag that you can't throw in the wash, yuk! Great buy and lots of color options. Nice gift as well.

Strong Bags!

I hate going shopping and ending up with lots of plastic bags at home. I had some canvas bags that I would use and they were pretty roomy, but they were starting to rip at the handles and get filthy. I guess I could have washed them but it seemed such a hassle. I saw these bags online and bought them to try them out. I am impressed! They are easy to fold and carry (I hook them on a carabiner to store in my car so they're always on hand), made of durable materials, and easy to clean! I like how they pack down into soft little squares I can easily tuck it into a pocket or a clutch purse so if I happen to have a spur of the moment shopping, I can pull out a bag to use. I love the Hot Pink color as well. It's my fav color! These pictures are of a shopping trip to Walmart where I purchased $300 worth of groceries and household goods. I was shocked that everything fit into these 5 bags! The full bags were also easy to carry as well! I could have possibly carried all of the bags at once, but decided to make two trips since I had to come back to my car anyway. With all the items I had, if not for these bags I would have definitely had a lot of plastic bags on my hand! I loved them so much, I bought a set for my Dad. He walks to the neighborhood grocery store and rides public transportation to stores and always have a lot of bags to carry home. He has a couple of bags he use to help carry items but they do not work as well as these! He was happy for the gift!
