I purchased two of these laser sights and the product came with all the tools necessary to install it. The design of the sight is somewhat different from other laser sights that I have installed and there are no instructions included with the item. One side of the mounting spreads out and you have to take care that you are lining both sides up with the rail of your pistol to make sure the sight is level and even as you tighten the mounting screw. There is a very small hole on the right side of the sight and you use the smallest wrench to adjust the sight's laser beam right or left to line it up with the point of the pistol. There is also an adjustment hole on top to adjust the vertical point of the laser. I managed to strip the mounting screw on the first laser i installed by wrongly trying to change the point with adjustments to the mounting screw. I asked Jake for a replacement mounting screw and he promptly sent me a complete new laser sight, no questions asked. You can't beat customer service like that! A great bargain and easy to install and aim by following the above procedure, and take your time!!!

Used as a training aid for trigger control. (Put a dime sized circle on a wall at desired target distance. Place beam in center of circle. Squeeze trigger without letting beam drift out of circle. Decrease size of circle as skill increases. Once you get down to the size of a No. 2 pencil eraser, then use live ammo.) The beam is easy to adjust. The mil spec rail is removable. Switch is solid and easy to feel. I enjoyed the ease of set up and use. Recommend pairing it with boresight laser for initial zeroing. I found it a great money saver and training aid. Revision 8/23/17 Bought a second one for same purpose. I am saving a quite a bit in ammo and getting good practice on the basics.

If you are looking for a compact laser for your gun of any kind go no further! Buy one, buy two, shoot buy 50 and you will not be dissatisfied! You cannot get a better quality laser at such a great price! You also will be supporting a extremely awesome combat-vet Jacob Dines! I'm a prime member and try to stick to mainly buying from prime certified seller's, but I read the reviews and decided to do my business with Jacob.(Amazon certify him as a prime seller!) I chose the free shipping which was projected at 5-7 days, but he chose to upgrade it for me to priority 2-3 day USPS shipping at no cost to me, so it was a very nice surprise to come home from work to my laser a few days early! It fits perfectly on the small front picatinny rail on my Taurus Millennium G2 9mm. It secures tightly and was quick'n'easy to install. It's got a nice low profile to it. I like that it has the detachable picatinny rail for the option to add a light, fore-grip or what ever you see fit. It comes with an extra set of batteries and the 3 small hex wrenches you need for adjustments and mounting. He also wrote me a handwritten letter thanking me for my purchase! I feel the seller/ owner of Tacticon Armament really went above and beyond to make my purchase an extremely pleasant experience! 5 stars! Thank you Jacob Dines for your service to this Country on and off of the battlefield!

Very happy that I chose this laser sight. I attached it to my Taurus pt111 G2 and the fitment was perfect. I like the extra rail on it as well for extra attachments such as a light. Haven't sighted it in yet but with the provided Allen wrenches and instructions, it should be a breeze. Also happy that it came with 3 extra batteries. The actual laser itself is bright and well defined which makes it easier to see then some of the $100 or more lasers I have used. As far as negativity, the only two things that I wish were changed are very minor. The logo is upside down if it is being fitted to a handgun (makes my OCD flare hahaha) and I wish the on/off button was on the right side for better access as I am right handed. Other than those two very small drawbacks I'm completely satisfied with it and am planning on purchasing one or two more for my other handguns and tactical shotguns.

This is the best laser sight I have ever used!! I received the package and was initially very impressed by the professional packaging design. I then removed the laser sight and mounted it to my AR-15 and mounted it to my pistol with a picatinny rail after. It fit perfectly on both weapon systems and when I took it to the range to shoot with it I was even more impressed. It included the Allen wrenches to adjust the zero on my windage and elevation so I was able to sight it in to perfect accuracy within seconds!! The battery life lasted several hours of shooting without dying and this product even includes an extra set of batteries for when and if they do need to be changed! Very impressed and would highly recommend to any gun enthusiast!!!

I just received this today, so this review will cover initial impressions formed from a few hours of use. Product arrived nicely packaged, with a handwritten note from the owner. I feel that a lot of the larger companies have lost sight of that "human touch" and are too sterile and impersonal, so that note already impressed me. Yet, who would care about notes if the goods delivered are junk. Happily, that is not the case. I installed mine on my Ruger SR9 and sighted it in at 25ft in just a couple minutes. The laser was initially way off, but a few turns of the adjustment screws and I'm satisfied with the laser's new point of aim. There are no instructions included, but if you have any experience whatsoever none are needed. If this is your first time, congratulations, and here are some abbreviated instructions. Use the largest hex key (there are three included) to unscrew the battery cover and install the three AG3 button cells flat side up. Replace cover. Use the medium sized hex key to loosen the set screw on the side and gently put the sight onto your weapon rail. Tighten screw. There are two recessed screws that you turn to adjust the laser, one on the side and one on the bottom. Just use the smallest of the three hex wrenches and turn while watching the dot. If it's going the wrong way, turn it the other way. One adjusts left/right (windage) and the other adjusts up/down (elevation). The red dot is quite visible indoors and at night, but near useless in the Florida sun. That's normal, unless you pay much more money for a green laser. Even then, I would question the usefulness of a laser sight in the daytime. (Besides, green lasers are too bright for nighttime use. I've got one and it hurts to look at in the dark.) If you can see your iron sights okay, use them. At night or in a darkened house, it's exceedingly difficult to line up iron sights. This laser remedies that. Note that the weaver rail on the sight is removable, if you need that little bit of extra compactness. I can't speak to the ruggedness of this item, having not subjected it to rough conditions. If you need a military quality sight, start saving. They aren't cheap. For paint-balling, airguns, long gun in the closet or a handgun in the nightstand, this will work well. Take the money you saved buying this and go to the range. Attached picture shows laser, with Weaver rail removed, mounted.

Jacob, first and foremost, thank you for your service. Jacob, I just want you to know that I expect nigh quality products, but most importantly I expect higher customer service, being a Vet myself, that is how I am wired. You did not disappoint on either. The quality of the product is awesome, and you customer service is "Second to None!" Thank reaffirming that there are still business owners out there that believes in quality and customer service. I would and have already recommended your product to all my friends. Keep up the good work Jacob.

I bought this to go on my Walther P99 co2 bb gun. It fit on that tiny front rail perfect. I did not need the extra rail, so took it off. This left the switch on the left of the trigger guard. I was not so sure about that until after putting a few hundred rounds down range. With a two handed grip, the switch is in a very nice position to turn on for acquisition, and off for conservation. Not that it needs it. So far I am still on the original set of batteries, and estimate they have lasted about a total of an hour, still going strong. Being curious, I then mounted it on a Glock 19, my EDC buddy. This little sight fit very well there also. Just a hair narrower than the frame. Fit into the holster like it was made for it, no alteration required. After a few mags down range, I did have to adjust the windage. But Jake's team puts a little lock tite on the threads of those tiny screws. Nice touch. After the adjustment, many many rounds went south with deadly accuracy. No problems with the extra kick and vibration. As a fellow combat vet, I really appreciate the extra touches that went into making this a quality device. Thank You!

After reading the great reviews from people who had mounted this on 9mm pistols, I decided to mount this on my Freedom Ordinance FX-9, 9mm Carbine. The laser arrived very quickly and was packed very securely. I removed the extra rail from the laser before mounting it on the top rail of my rifle. The indoor range I've been using has a maximum length of only 18 yards but it only took a few shots to zero the laser. This laser actually helped me zero my Sig reflex sight that I moved from my other AR. So far I've shot about 500 rounds of 115 gr JHP 9mm with the laser on the rifle with the laser still holding zero. I haven't been leaving it on since I try to train with my sights. When I was paying for my range session the clerk complemented me on how well my laser was holding zero. He said it is uncommon to see lasers on the security cameras that watch the range sessions doing that well. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my laser. It was a perfect choice for my rifle and my budget.

A little sparse on directions but that's what Google is for. Fit the lower rail on my Springfield XDS and still slides in a conceal carry holster. The on/off button is very well placed. On the back but to the shooter's left side so very easy access. Bright, easy to adjust once I found the right hole/hex key combo. I did remove the lower rail on the laser for a better concealment profile. I guess it you wanted a laser and then a flashlight followed by your camping equipment you could load it up but I just took it off. Edges were not too sharp so got a good draw without hanging up. Yeah, the batteries are a bit odd sized but they do give you two full sets and replacements are in the $5 for 10 range on Amazon. I'm ordering another for my AR-15 and at that price I may get you just for my cat to play with!
