Great Skillet

We were a little hesitant at the price. But since it was Christmas present, we took a chance. This pan is great! It cleans up real easy. With just a little oil or Pam, eggs slide around no problem. The construction provides a nice even heat across the base and everything cooks evenly. Would definitely recommend to others and buy again. Actually, looking to get their 11” pan and glass lid.

I have mostly stainless steel cookware because I didn't want the toxins of traditional non stick surfaces. I've been eyeing this pan for awhile because of the silicone grip (similar to my farberware millennium series ss pans) and because it's a healthy non stick option. After using this pan a few months, I'm very happy with it. It's the best non stick surface I've ever used and it's so easy to clean. I'll probably buy the larger size soon as well. I love it!

Greatest pan ever!

Seriously, the greatest pan I have ever owned. I purchased this one as well as the 13 inch skillet and they are wonderful! I make scrambled eggs and omelets with no butter or oil, and they slide right out of these pans. In my experience, no food will stick to these pans - not eggs, not melted cheese, not pancakes. I cook a lot! They heat up evenly, they're light, the handles stay cool and are a dream to wash. I thought that I'd have a problem with the fact that they do not have lids but I easily found standard-size lids among my other pans and they fit these perfectly. I hope this company will make sauce pans and other sizes for this cookware line.

The best nonstick pan

I waited for 3 months to write a review so I had time to really use it. I can now say I really like this well made pan. I hand wash it which is very easy. Just a few swishes with warm soapy water and it's clean. Nothing sticks to it! I've made eggs and cheese dishes without any problem. The pan bottom sits flat on my glass top stove for even heating. Perfect weight, not too light but not too heavy. I hope by next year the pan is still performing this well. If not I'll edit my review.

Gorgeous Italian Pan is perfect for Oil-Free cooking!

Oh my gosh I love this pan!!! It's perfectly weighted, heats evenly, is beautifully nonstick, and looks incredibly sexy! Leave it to the Italians to make a pan that looks this good. I have used plenty of much more expensive cookware, and much prefer this pan - All-clad ain't got nothing on Vesuvio! And what makes it even better, is that Vesuvio comes from a small family business - I love supporting a family business. Every thing about this pan is beautiful. The packaging was beautiful, it had a fantastic instructional booklet in the box, and the pan was very securely wrapped in bubble wrap. The first thing I cooked was a potato hash (photos included). I don't cook with oil, so nonstick is pretty important to me. This pan was perfect. I didn't have to add liquid to clean out the gunk that can form on a pan. There was none. And when I was done, a simple wipe with a sponge, and the pan was completely clean! I cannot recommend this pan enough. I'm hoping to get the 11.5" pan with a lid. THE best pan you will ever own!

Disclaimer: I hate anything involving cooking, prepping, planning and shopping for meals! It's just not my thing but I did need a small pan for eggs in the morning. Let me tell you this pan has changed my mind regarding cooking! Not only is this pan ✨✨absolutely✨✨gorgeous...it's lightweight & a BREEZE to clean! You don't need any oil and anything that is prepared in the pan literally slides right out! ZERO sticking and the fact that it is not the dangerous non-stick coating is such a plus. It has changed the way I feel about cooking and anyone that knows me knows that is a HUGE deal. Just got an email from the company that they are adding more pans and pots to this line...cannot wait! Because we love the larger one, I decided to get the smaller one. It's really great for breakfast and preparing ingredients separately. Love it too. Eager for the next item.

PURE LUXURY...

Pure luxury. I bought the larger Frying Pan first then could not resist getting this one too. For years I've been cooking soft boiled eggs in an all aluminum small skillet. I've always wondered whether the aluminum was safe or not. Now I'm using my Vesuvio Ceramic small frying pan to cook my soft boiled eggs in and they are coming out better than ever. What a pleasure and I'm no longer worried about the health concern I had with my aluminum frying pan. Love the Vesuvio cookware!!!

BEST NONSTICK FRY PAN QUALITY, PERFORMANCE & APPEARANCE

We bought the 11" Vesuvio Ceramic Coated Nonstick Fry Pan first and were so impressed with the quality, performance and appearance that we then bought their 9.5 inch pan. These by far are the best nonstick fry pans we have ever owned. You can fry an egg without even adding butter or oil. We have put these pans to the test to determine whether when sautéing or cooking anything the ingredient would stick to the ceramic. Well, I am happy to report that so far everything virtually slides off of the surface leaving no tough deposit stuck to the ceramic...making it extremely easy to clean. Outstanding products! I do have one minor compliant. Even though the handles are easy to grip and hang from a hook, when you wash the pans water collects in the hollow handle and is difficult to dry. We have yet to try to place these pans in the oven as they are promoted to be oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure if you buy these products you pre-oil the ceramic as instructed by the manufacturer.
