Plug and Play

This is a great plug and play product, I didn't have to configure anything to get it to seamlessly integrate with the software I was writing. It's consistent and fast, able to be operated wired or wirelessly.

Amazing Customer Service

A lot of people are very flippant about the use of the word "WOW" I had a problem that needed a solution, 6 emails in 30 minutes, solution very clear and to the point. I am so impressed, I will be buying more of this companies products in the near future. Thank you so much "WOW"

What a value this is

Does 1d & 2d bar codes wired or wireless fantastic value.

The product does exactly what is advertised and the customer service is extremely outstanding.

Nothing to dislike about this product. The wireless scanner is currently being use with Active Aircraft Maintenance System a maintenance control system or an office system which can be found on website (activeaircraft.com). As part of the customer daily use the devise (scanner) is used to extract large amount of data from aircraft work sheets/ documents and populate it to a preferred location of the customer choice which interns eliminate the unecessay time wastage of retyping important data needed all in seconds by the use of this Nadamoo scanner. With this scanner maintenance/office day to day activities remains paperless and with astounding cost reductions in time, ink cartridges and paper.

Works Well

Nice value for money. We only unplug it to scan parts for shipment - but battery life seems to be good. The range we have used is about 30 feet. We have it store the scans, and when we are ready we upload the text.

Ruby cannot believe the amazing Customer Support

Highly recommend this product for its price, ease-of-use, versatility, and SUPPORT! Was looking for a 2D scanner under $100 to upgrade my company's Point-Of-Sale hardware. During auditions I found the NADAMOO (not the milk free ice cream) an excellent combination of easy to use and easy to setup. The unit is both wired and wireless which is very attractive. I had a problem programming the scanner for a certain unique situation. Unlike some companies on the market they actually have a customer support contact and a user manual. They were very conscientious about helping me; going above and beyond what I expected to solve the problem. Ultimately I got a specific code by code program sequence from the engineers. Now it works great. (At this point I had only bought one unit.) I am very impressed. Absolutely the best unit I found at this price point. Ruby suggests: buy the stand with the scanner.

Happy with this purchase!

Happy with this purchase! The frequency works from a distance of at least 50 feet, even behind a wooden obstacle. We use 2 of them in wireless mode, all linked to a single receiver, and we have some custom software to process the received data. All is working great.

Nice & Good Price

Its done the job and keeps a charge for a long time. It has been able to read just about any barcode i've thrown at it. I like that it comes with a programming booklet that lets you program the unit by scanning barcodes from the booklet. Simple and straight forward. We've dropped it a couple times and it still seems to be going strong. Its definitely not as heavy or sturdy as the name brand units but its also much cheaper in price.
