Edit 6/20/18: UBeesize reached out after my original review and wanted to make it right. They shipped me out a replacement Tripod and I can report that it has so far been working great - it's very possible the two I received that broke were just a defective batch but so far this newest one they sent me has survived vacationing in the mountains of Asheville and various other Skype sessions without any sign of the clip breaking. Due to their outstanding customer service alone I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one. Updating to 5 stars. Original Review: This tripod worked great for a few weeks but there appears to be a flaw in the design that allows the bracket with the phone clip to break off from the tripod. This is actually the 2nd time this occurred - the first time I bought this product the tripod was dropped and the same part broke, so I blamed myself and ordered another one. Now this second one has broke, but it was from simply using the product as designed and removing the phone from the clip. My guess is that the fall my first tripod suffered wasn't all that bad, I just got unlucky in that it fell on the most fragile/brittle part of the unit. Either way, after having two of these units fail in the same place now, one because of a small fall to the floor, the other during regular intended use, I don't think I'll be getting another one. The pictures are from the most recent unit that broke during regular use.

Best purchase Ever !!!!

I’ve never had a tripod before and never knew how much I needed one I just recently purchessed on right before an amazing road trip with my girlfriend. I used it so many times and got so many amazing pictures my friends where asking who took the pictures ( of course I explained the Tripod and wireless remote picture taker) that being said I did end up losing the remote on the trip. (Update I emailed the seller about the remote being misplaced and they have already shipped another one out this is the best product I have ever purchased!! What are you waiting for go get you one !!!!

I love this. EXCELLENT CUSTIMER SERVICE! I originally received the wrong item and I contacted them and they quickly sent me the correct one. It is perfect and looks exactly like the picture. The Bluetooth works just fine for me and I love that it comes with a bag to hold everything. It makes it so much easier to keep all the parts together. I highly recommend getting this. Also it works perfectly for an iPhone or an Android(which you can see still fits even with the case on). The legs are very flexible.

Very small and portable

I bought this tripod because I wanted something smaller than the 'mini' tripod I already had. It has a standard connection on it so you can connect almost any camera to it. I tested it out with a DLSR and camcorder on the connector and they worked. It might not be strong enough to hold your DSLR because they are quite heavy, I really had to play with it in order for it not to tip over. It comes with an included GoPro mount that works great and a phone mount that can fit vertically or horizontally. The included shutter button works with the default camera app on my phone, but they also suggest one for you. Its very compact and I know that I will be keeping it in my camera bag for a long time.

Noticed a lot of bad reviews on this one but I thought I'd throw the dice. I got worried when the company emailed and told me they were having problems with the packaging and that it may become broken as a result. They preemptively offered a refund. No need tho. I'm pleasantly surprised by it. It's kinda short but I've used it a lot and the legs seem to hold whatever position really well as long as it's not TOO lopsided. The piece that holds the phone has standard size tripod threads on the end & the back so you can pop it off and put it on any tripod. Haven't tried the bluetooth thing yet.

I’m basing my 5-star review on my short demoing of the product out of the box. I’ve not extensively used it, but feel like I have a good idea on how it’ll perform. The reason I got this particular portable tripod is because of the rotating phone holder (iPhone 7+ fits with no issues) that will allow both horizontal and vertical photos to be taken. One of worries was the top heaviness. I successfully placed he phone in the tripod, turned the phone holder so that it will allow vertical photos and confirmed that it does not tip to the left or right. I wouldn’t trust this on a ledge looking over a 20ft+ drop, but for most uses, I feel like it’ll be safe. The ball joint is also adjustable and can be tightened to allow stiffer/looser movement of the device. I also tried the clicker. Does feel cheap like others have mentioned, but this is to be expected for the price. It paired super fast and easy and took the pictures without issue. Without the camera app being up, it adjusts the volume on my iPhone to go up, but not down using the second button. One cautionary note that I’ll give perspective buyers is that with any bendable leg, it’s going to be hard to get it back to “0”. Once they’re bent out out of straight position, I’m not sure it’ll be too easy to try and straighten them back out. I don’t plant I’m using them in that way, but was a nice just in case. Overall, for price and function, it’s spot on. It’ll make a great hiking/portable tripod for my uses.

Great for the price.

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but this was a pleasant surprise. It's nicely built and meets my needs pretty much exactly. I bought this to take some longer-exposure night photos with my smartphone, since my hands are too shaky to hold it steady for more than about a quarter of a second. I like the soft padded bendable legs, and the Bluetooth remote is a handy bonus. The adjustment screws are plastic and metal, so I don't know how durable they'll be in the long term, but for the price it's not shabby at all. The only slightly annoying thing is having to pull out the very tightly sprung arm to put my large phone in the holder. There's no release mechanism or anything, it's just spring loaded. This is not really a big issue unless you plan on taking the phone in and out of the holder many times. But then the holder unscrews from the mount pretty easily, so it might be easier just to do that instead of fighting that tight grip.

UPDATE 7/25/18 Shipment information has been emailed to me and the replacement tripod is in the mail. Personal message was sent from the seller as well. Great customer service by UBeesize. UPDATE 7/23/18 Quick response and friendly customer service! After sending photographs of the broken tripod to the seller (as well as the order #) I was promptly offered the choice of either a refund or replacement. I chose replacement as I loved this tripod and was bummed when it broke. Awaiting shipment information. UPDATE 7/22/18 One of the legs of the tripod has sheared off at the base. Contacted seller. Awaiting response. Overall, still best tripod out there for the price in my opinion. Curious about company customer service... ORIGINAL REVIEW 5/19/18 I use tripods a lot to film outdoors. I've broken countless Joby ones in the cold air (they basically just snap apart and break). The UBeesize is sturdy, big, and beefy. I've beaten it up outdoors for three months and it's still going strong. Highly recommend! Note - I purchased this tripod as well as the more expensive Kobratech one here on Amazon at the same time. The UBeesize is definitely the better tripod. And it's cheaper! PURCHASED 2/19/18
