The case is good, nothing extraordinary

The case is good, nothing extraordinary, but that is to be expected from this price range. The plastic is the normal hard outer shell with a inner softer plastic shell. I bought the white and grey case but the grey plastic looks cheap, even though to the touch, it feels solid. It still is better quality than most at this range. The true strength of this case is the company behind it. They worked to get me a replacement when the first one was lost in the mail, even to the point of annoying me trying to see if I was satisfied. Point is, I am satisfied. Bottom line, the case doesn't feel cheap and the company behind it is good too. I see no problems in buying it. Edit: After some days of use, I figured I would add a update. The case is tough and survived at least one fall so far, so it does it's job. On the other hand, I found out the case is flexed and won't sit level on a table. Plus, the volume, power and Bixby buttons are all very difficult to press. It takes some time to get the but that's what happens when you make your plastic hard as hell. I wasn't so clear last time, so I will say it here. The case is a solid 4 stars, the service you receive makes it a 5 star.

Zizo rocked it with this case!

Excellent case! I am brutal with cell phones. Not intentionally mind you, just clumsy. Since owning this case I've dropped it at least 6 times and not a scratch. Well, there Is a ding on the protective face cover but hey that's what it's for. I don't particularly care for the Edge on the Edge phones because it's been difficult to protect. That being said, use of the Edge is slightly challenging because it is truly protected now. Before you ask, yes there is some slight sensitivity issues with the touch part due to the tempered glass. However, adding slightly more pressure is more than worth the cost of excellent protection. Also keep in mind that protection means a slightly heavier phone but so much less than many others out there. Oh, and the protective screen is super easy to install and has not come loose at all. I hope my review helps you make a decision. This is literally the longest review I've ever left for a product because this Zizo case is worth it.

Good quality case with decent grip on the back.

This case is very sturdy and was very easy to put on the phone. Color and design are both very attractive in person. The screen protector is very easy to put on and both fits well and works very well with the touch screen. The outer lip of the case works well to prevent the any part of the screen from touching surfaces either during a drop or from being placed face down. The added kickstand on the back of the case makes it easy to stand the phone horizontally or vertically on a table. It also clicks into place so it doesn't flop open when not in use, which is nice. The included holster is a nice feature and the phone fits well into it. The clip is strong and it's also low profile which is an added benefit. The texture of the case gives it an attractive look, but it also gives it some grip which is an added bonus for me. I'm constantly dropping my phone, so I'm always looking for a good quality case that also has good grip on the back to prevent it from slipping off of my lap or other surfaces. The texture of this case helps with gripping and while it's not quite as "grippy" as I would like, it's much better than most I've found. Overall, this is definitely a good quality case and protects the phone well in the event of a drop, while not being so bulky that it's uncomfortable to keep in a pocket.

Great Company, brand and model!

I was an Otter Box user for 10+ years (6+ different phone upgrades). Stumbled accross Zizo Bolt series from a friend with the Samsung S7 version. I loved the look, quality, feel and features and price! I own multiple(for different color choices) Zizo Bolt series for my S7 and got this for my S8. Same great quality, features and price! My S8 is a work and play phone, so it's constantly on me or being used, stashed in pockets and/or clipped. Use the kickstand and belt clip daily, everything works great! Will continue to buy Zizo Bolt series for color options of this and future phones! Great customer service the one time I had to call! Packaging for all my cases has been top notch, and fast shipping!

Great product, and an even better company!

I bought this case for my new Galaxy S8. It fits perfectly. Not only is it still sleek but it is also but it is also rugged and very well built. As it says in the description the phone came with a free tempered glass screen protector. When I was putting the screen protector on I honestly think I probably did it wrong. Two days later I dropped my phone when pulling it out of my pocket. The phone landed screen down but thanks to the ridge on the case and the screen protector my screen didn't break. However, do to my faulty installation the screen protector did fall off and break. The day before this happened their customer service department reached out to me via email to make sure everything was okay and I didn't have any questions. Needless to say this made it very easy to get a hold of them. I responded to the email that they sent telling them what it happened. They asked me to send them a picture of the tempered glass screen protector. I did and within just a few minutes a lady named Nancy said that she was personally going to ship me a new one out right away. That screen protector arrived today I followed all the directions perfectly and it has a much better fit than the previous screen protector period again I believe it failed because of my error not their error. On top of this as I was reading the Box they sent the new tempered glass screen protector in I noticed it has a lifetime warranty. It states that if at any time for the life of my device if the tempered glass gets damaged they will replace it free of charge. I have had several $45 tempered glass screen protectors in the past and none of them were ever replaced for free if they broke. At best there was at least a $10 fee to have a new one put on. I will never purchase phone accessories from any other company again. This is Far and Away the absolute best customer service I have ever had in any way associated with a cell phone and I got my first cell phone in 1999. Lastly before purchasing this case and tempered glass screen protector the best price I could find for something of equivalent quality at a store that I had to walk into to buy was around $90 for the pair. I paid less than $20 for the pair through Zizo, and it's warrantied. This seems like a no-brainer of a purchase if you ask me.

Highly Recommend

This is my 4th Zizo case. This one I purchased for my Son for Christmas to go with his first cell phone. These cases are tough! I am notably hard on my phones so I knew this would hold up for my kid. After countless drops and Clorox wipes and whatever I throw at this case it still looks new. I love that it is textured which allows a better grip. There's a built in stand on the back I can't open mine, I'm sure if break a nail or need a screwdriver but my Son can get his open. Since its so hard to use I don't see this as a selling feature. It comes with a lanyard but if you hang it around your neck it is awkward when you answer the phone and a bit heavy to be swinging around. Maybe the lanyard serves another purpose? There's also a belt clip that comes with this case and the phone slips in and out of the plastic holder clipped onto your belt. Neither my Son nor I have used that part. Even taking out the unnecessary features this is the best phone case on the market. It has held up for years with each new phone. It cleans easily and protects like no other case I've ever tried. I highly recommend a Zizo case!
