Easy install, and it works great!

Works great and does it's job. My old fuse block was getting warm and some a nasty drop across it, about .7v lost across it. I tried wiggling, tightening, everything I could think of, but it was just tired so it was time to replace it. Install was easy, there's negligible drop across it and my system is still happy. I'm running an MRP-M1000 to a Sundown SA15 with a polk D4000 bridged to a pair of Hertz MPK165P.3s up front, and a tiny alpine 445u bridged to some cheap ID mids in the rear deck because I had a hole in midbass. I could pop 150A fuses if I was right on the edge of clipping and had the rear fill turned up so I tried it with this and it tripped. Perfect!

Never worked correctly BUT I am getting a replacement from the Seller

UPDATE: After contacting the seller I will receive a replacement unit. So I have to change my ratings to five star because of the prompt and courteous seller reply to my complaint. Thank you Seller! This unit would not turn on in the horizontal position but would at about 45 degrees. Tonight it will not turn on or reset. It is frozen like it melted inside. Would not recommend this to others. The seller closed the return window so the seller knows it is a poor product; otherwise, they would warrant it for at least a year.

Piece of mind

Used this for the feed wire to my fuse block. I love it, with the flip of a switch I can cut all the power and it's great in case of a wiring failure.

Works as expected

I used this as a circuit interrupter close to the battery for a 6 awg line running to a fuse block in the passenger compartment. Worked fine with the #6 wire using the supplied inner cable sleeve and weather seal. Can't tell if it actually functions for an overload but my wire will hold more than the 60 amps . Easy to use. Need a 3mm allen wrench to clamp wires.

Seems to work good

I installed this under the hood of my GMC Sierra to supply the charging power to my slide in lance camper. Was very easy to install and has worked all summer without failing. I guess the true test will be if I ever draw more than 40 amps.

First switch had a problem, they replaced

Using this on my onewheel Vamp setup to activate the external battery. The first switch had a too sensitive disconnect switch. It would be in on position but actually off. The seller replaced even though it was beyond the 30 day amazon return period. No other issues.

Replace Fuses

I recently burned out a fuse with trolling motor on my boat. I decided that fuses on a boat make little sense as problem can be corrected with this circuit breaker and no need to store fuses.

Excellent, simple, resettable

This is excellent: simple, resettable, and super-easy to install. The mandatory grommets inside will accommodate a 4 gauge if you pry them open a bit with needle nosed pliers, and don't use the water seals; I wouldn't try 2 gauge. I like that its resettable, so you don't have to keep buying and replacing fuses! Excellent!
