I love the ingredients with the coconut that makes it a unique superfood. I blend a couple of tablespoons with a quart of almond milk in a blender and use it as my go to creamer for my coffee. This is so creamy, and tastes as good as the popular PODS brand hazelnut creamer, but way cheaper. Blending it this way with the plant milk of your choice and then storing it in the fridge for later use eliminates the clumping problem when you just drop the powder straight into the coffee. I also found using just the powder alone is too rich because you have to use a lot to achieve the right creaminess. I've been trying to get away from dairy to go vegan and this has been a great combo for me.

Was a little unsure about trying as I only like milk or 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee. I ordered the unsweetened as I don't like sugar in my coffee and try to minimize sugar intake. I had read about the product and was willing to give it a shot though to see if the health benefits were worth it. I added a small amount of coffee to my mug and added the creamer let set a few seconds and stirred, it blended much easier than some folks would lead you to believe, no real issues there. I tried my coffee and was pleasantly surprised, a nice nutty flavor and not too coconutty or sweet, I wouldn't want it any sweeter for sure. I'm not a huge coconut person but it isn't overwhelming. For people expecting this to be a dairy creamer replacement, it's NOT. Stick with milk if you aren't looking for the heath benefits of this product. I have been able to skip breakfast and just use about about 3-4 tsp of this in my morning coffee and am fine till lunch. And I swear I really do feel better, keep in mind this is just a part of my newly adopted diet but I have lost quite a bit of weight so far and feel more energy

I wanted to try an unsweetened, completely dairy free coconut creamer. This is the only coconut powder I found that didn't have casein additives. After reading a lot of the reviews, I almost did not buy it because of the comments about clumping, but instead I bought a pretty cheap costing "milk" frother. I got both today and tried it out. I put 2-3 teaspoons in a cup and added enough hot water to be able to use my frother. It completely dissolved the powder with the frother = zero clumping. Without frother = bad clumping. I then added the frothed powder/water mixture to my brewed coffee. It tastes not bad at all. Subtle taste and smell of coconut which I'm glad of because I wouldn't want an overpowering taste of coconut in my coffee. There is a slight powdery after taste, but not much, which I'm okay with if the health benefits are and do what they say. I think this would be really good in smoothies. Based on this success, I want to try the mocha one next.

This is a good substitute when refrigeration is not available. It is a little lumpy in coffee, but I don't mind that and it adds a nice creaminess. I use it upstairs so I don't have to go down and get other creamer from the fridge. And I used it on a overseas trip when I had no refrigerator. It is much healthier than the coffee mate type of creamer. It is also useful when having a fast or partial fast. It gives something healthy and satisfying to the stomach with our regular food.

I am a cream in my coffee person, however, I got sick of the mucos hacks and throat clearing my mid to late morning, sans the cream in my coffee. last year I went dairy and sugar free and starting looking for alternatives. This creamer has been a great find. I initially mixed a few teaspons in my coffee and found I needed to add more that the label reccomends to get the right consistency. Then Laird suggested I blend my cream and coffee in a blender for a few seconds. Amazing difference in flavor and texture. Blending enhances both coffee and coconut flavor. I have my coconut coffee latte every morning. I bought a mini type blender and it works great. (Ninja or Magic Bullet work well) I also use the Laird Cocoa Creamer for a suttle sweetness every so often.

I am a Clinical Nutritionist and very serious about what I put in my body. I am dairy free but I do like to have a dairy-free, keto style coffee. I bought this Laird's Superfood Creamer Unsweetned to replace the full-fat coconut cream that I use for my keto (aka bulletproof style but I modify mine) instead of grass-fed butter. This product is dairy-free, sugar-free, has 1 gram of carb and while it's not as creamy as the coconut cream and it's not as many grams of fat, it is SO much easier to deal with. The coconut cream comes in cans and even the small cans I get from Thrive Market have many tablespoon size servings so some of it goes to waste unless I use it for another recipe. I do wonder about the the Aquamin which is a marine algae based calcium mineral product. I read some of the studies (they are small and in early stages but look promising). It indicated better calcium metabolism when compared to calcium carbonate but I am not a fan of calcium carbonate so not sure about that. It seems to be a good choice and while it's processed it's also non GMO and looks like health is a concern for the Aquamin people and Lairds Superfood. I like this product and will be looking for more information on it. It doesn't seem to disolve great with just a spoon but I blend my coffee in a vitamix or with a frother and it's great this way. The flavor is pleasant and more creamy than coconuty to me but I also do really like coconut. I add MCT and Collagen and I don't need stevia to sweeten with this product it's already sweet. There are some benefits of the grass-fed butter that this does not have, like CLA, butyrate, different vitamins and minerals, but in my opinion, most of us are much better off using this, or straight coconut cream and avoiding the bad effects of dairy (yes, even grass-fed butter some of us don't do well with dairy at all). I am fine with those who tolerate GFB to use that but dairy affects the body and autoimmune issues in many ways. I will be adding this to my "Nutritionist's Grocery List" on my website at Juli Keene Dot com.

I tried this creamer as a way to wean myself from the Non dairy creamer Coffee Mate. The creaminess and consistency of the creamer is perfect and I loved it from the first cup. It does clump a little bit(soft clumps) in humid climates, but you can just massage the bag gently and they break right up. Very easy to mix in smoothies, coffee or tea, and tastes great! I am particularly surprised that although this is coconut based, it does not taste overwhelmingly like coconut. I am on my 3rd order of this and the original which has a few grams of "sugar" per serving. Love it and never going back to the hydrogenated oil yuck I was using.

I'm so excited! I've been using this for a month, now, and for the first time (ever) I'm not craving Coffeemate, AND it's actually healthy! I bought the Laird hand mixer, but I find that throwing my coffee and the creamer in my Nutribullet is faster and easier. I was on a "Bulletproof Coffee" kick for a while, and I really like the way blending it makes it like a latte without too much foam. A minuscule price to pay for NO ADDITIVES OR ANTI-CAKING AGENTS! For me, it's like a dream come true. A rich, creamy, dream that also makes my coffee LOOK creamy. Almond milk and other 1/2 and 1/2 alternatives (for me, the standard by which all others are measured, lol) tended to be watery and leave my coffee looking virtually unchanged. Now I'm going to try the slightly sweetened one!

This is my third batch of this creamer and I love it. I love not having to add dairy to my coffee and I absolutely love the flavor it adds to my coffee. I have seen some complain about the clumps or it not mixing with just a spoon. Yes, that is the case. For me, easy fixes. My usual is to pour my coffee and stir in my creamer into my carry mug, seal it up and shake it like I'm making a cocktail. Voila - perfectly blended coffee. Or, I simply throw it in my Nutribullet for a quick blend. My only issue with this particular shipment had to do with the bag. When I opened it, the seal on the one side came off so I am not able to seal it back up. But not a big deal. Simply fold over the bag and put a clip on it. All in all great product. Love the fact that there is no sugar in it, no dairy (and therefore take full advantage of the polyphenols in the coffee), adds a great flavor and creaminess to my coffee and, whether it's a placebo effect or not, I don't care, I get a good mental and energizing lift, beyond just what the coffee provides (I can tell a difference when I drink coffee without it).

I was skeptical at first about this creamer brand, but knowing the genius of Laird and his obsession with performance I had to try it out. After starting to use this creamer, not only did it taste good and give my coffee the right amount of favor. It also enhanced my energy level after a long day, and made me a bit sharper in the evening. I've had coconut oil in my coffee before, but this is a better option. It gives you a boost and creates lasting energy. I also found myself being more less hungry during the day which helped me skip meals, and focus on my diet. I would recommend this creamer to anyone who doesn't like sugar in their coffee, but needs something extra.
