HoLife Cordless Vacuum and the Company Great

This HoLife cordless vacuum is very efficient and easy to use. I also found the company unusually responsive to a question I posed about leaving the machine in its charger, wondering if that did any harm. They quickly responded, saying I should unplug the charger when finished charging so as not to damage the motherboard of the vacuum. I would happily order this again in confidence that the company is customer responsive.

The irony in this comment is enough lol It doesnt suck :( I got this to replace the other brand i had, normally i would not pay $50 for a hand vacuum the one we had before we paid about $25 for at walmart and still works just a little dirty and well used, was just time to replace it i use it everyday for our dogs (st bernard and boxer) and to help keep the bird mess up :( This doesnt work at all lol its good for like maybe some dust or two or something smaller, but everything get caught in the little rectangle that is by the filter and then you gotta empty it out. This would be good for someone in a cubical that cleans up hole punch messes :( Will not be buying this again and going to try and get rid of mine :/ going to have to purchase another brand and i feel i wasted $50. ****UPDATED TO 5 STARS DUE TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE***** Seller Offered another model that may suit my needs, I declined simply because I will try again at a later date and WILL keep this seller and model number in mind! Because of the customer service I will keep them in mind for my future purchases!

Great for cat litter.

I bought this mostly for cat litter pick up by the cat box and it's perfect. It's on the quiet side which took me by surprise after the noisier handheld vacuums I've had in the past. It has done a great job with the cat litter on the floor and bathroom floor foam pad next to it.

Portable vacuum - great for pet owners

* it's easy to use - cordless, easy to charge, light. I have another much bigger vacuum. Everytime it's such a hassle to take it out of the closet and carry it around the house. Having a small vacuum solve that problem. I can use this vacuum on a daily basis without all the hassle. * Great for pet owners - clean up food residue and hair. I have a dog and it's difficult to clean up after him everyday. He shed on the floor and furnitures. He make a mess everytime he eat dry food. It's helpful to have a small cordless vacuum so I can clean up effortless whenever I need to. I would definitely recommend this for anyone tired of big ass vacuum cleaner and cleaning up after their pets with tissues.

Great customer service

The first unit that I received had suction that was about worthless since the first day. Both my husband and I tried it and it worked so poorly, I don't think we have used it since the first week. What a waste of money. Within 24 hours of my bad review, I had been contacted with an offer to either refund my money or send out a new better model. I received the new model within a couple of days and it works so much better than the old one. I may have just gotten a dudd. I would not be worried to buy from this company because they really believe in their product and take care of their customers in kind way and don't stop until the customer is taken care of. Not only does my new unit have much better suction, but it came with better attachments than the first one. They did not make me send the old one back which saves me time that I don't have. I am very pleased.

Pleasantly suprised!!

Pleasantly suprised with this hand vac! I had a black and decker before and this one is better. Seems to have stronger suction (for now), and I like the long thin attachment. The charging dock is great, I don't know why some people are complaining about it being wobbly..it's works fine for me. The filter is easy to change. Seems to hold a charge for quite awhile. (My black & decker died a slow death until it lost charge within 1 use after being charged so I'm hoping this battery isn't like that!)

I cannot stress just how much of a lifesaver this little vacuum is for me! I use it several times a day because I have dark wood floors and they show every little piece of anything on them. I have two grey cats and their hair is like tumbleweeds across the floor so I'm constantly vacuuming. It seems I rarely have to charge this vacuum. You very often have to clean the filter off, especially if you're using it to pick up fur like I am as it blocks up the filter quickly. Mostly though, I use this as an effective way to get rid of BUGS! Spiders, stink bugs, ants, centipedes, literally whatever I find freaking me out, I run for my HoLife and get rid of it! I quickly dump the offender into the toilet and flush. ...problem solved! This has really impressive suction for such a cheap vacuum. Just clean the filter and it'll be a great quick clean up vacuum for your household

A GREAT PORTABLE VACUUM

This is one of the best portable vacuums that we have ever owned. It charges quit fast and holds its charge for 30 minutes of use. I have had the Black & Decker and have returned it as it did not work well. It would only hole a charge for about 3 minutes of use and then would die. It didn't have the power that this new one has. The charger is sort of large but is very easy to put the vacuum in it and out of the way while charging. It arrived in a few days and was packaged in a very heavy cardboard box with several attachments & an extra filter. We are very happy with this vacuum.

Great vacuum and customer service

I gave this product 1-star on my first review based on its failure to recharge. The vacuum was returned and promptly refunded. The company who makes this vacuum contacted me and asked that I give them another chance. Based on their high reviews, I reordered and am very pleased with this second vacuum. This company is very concerned with customer satisfaction and they make a great product. I’m happy I gave them a second chance. This was my earlier review: The vacuum took the initial charge fine and worked good the first couple of times I used it. After a week of non-use I was surprised to see it was completely dead. I attempted to charge it to no avail. It blinks red continuously but doesn't charge up at all. It is being returned to Amazon.

The reseller contacted me after my initial review and was extremely helpful and courteous while resolving the problem. I will purchase from this reseller again.***** We purchased this item to replace a recently failed Black & Decker handheld vacuum. Charged the vacuum, attached the crevice tool and began to clean. Within a few seconds, the attachment falls off. We re-attached the tool, making sure that it was fully inserted and the same thing happened again – over and over. As soon we point the vacuum towards the floor and use it for only a few seconds, the attachment falls off. Upon inspection, I see that there is nothing at all to lock attachments in place. One of the selling points is that the attachments “lock in place”, but this is not true; there is no locking tab or anything like that. It looks like pressure is supposed to keep it in place. My advice is to spend a little more money and buy a name brand product. Returning. On a positive note, the unit is very light, extremely quiet and has plenty of power. It works well if you don’t need to use the attachment.
