Works for me!

I've been using the mat under my keyboard and the wrist band while sleeping. This is a game changer for me. I've always had low energy issues with feeling unsteady emotionally, achy, tired, etc. This has really helped smooth out the bumps and makes me feel much more steady and even-keeled. I do Earthing in the Summertime, but Winters I usually feel pretty bad, so I thought I'd give this a try, so glad I did! Got a multimeter to double check everything, works very well.

product as described, I bought a volt meter at my local store and the readings are as mentioned. My kitty loves it as do my crystals. I can't say I notice any significant effect, although the volt meter readings have me impressed and prove to me something is working, and I'm ok with assuming the benefit is happening without it being obviously apparent. I recommend for sure.

They work! (Tested)

They work. I just tested them at an electrical shop with a high end fluke multimeter. When not touching them (both bracelet and mat) my reading was in the 300s of AC milivolts. Soon as I touch these products I drop right down to only a few mv's. Was skeptical of them at first. My cat also likes to lie by the bracelet at night since I started wearing it. He never does that ever.

my sleep has been better than literally ever

I have had chronic upper G.I. bloating, indigestion, pain, gastroparesis, belching, anxiety and troubling sleeping due to this, etc... for a year and a half now. It's put my life on hold. I'm a Biochemistry Major who has spent hundreds of thousands of hours researching, trying everything. Doctors haven't been of much help with this, but I don't blame them either. They've tried their hardest and have shown far more than adequate knowledge in my very specific condition, and in Dunning-Kruger fashion, shown a reserved doubt about their interventions succeeding. Inflammatory conditions are deep and complex, and usually outside of the scope of what a single or few molecules can fix. With that said, this has literally changed everything so far for me. The first day I connected, I felt so unbelievably calm. Since then, my sleep has been better than literally ever. I've never been someone to recall dreams, most nights were more like what I would describe as drowsy blinking, or blacking out. Since I've started, every night has one or two, vivid dreams. I wake up feeling VERY rested and more relaxed than I can remember being for a long time. The first day I started, I was reminded of what normal digestion feels like. Since then, this has actually however gotten worse than before. This is inline with most peoples reactions to such things with chronic conditions, the body is beginning to heal. Research is generally clear that a sympathetic and weak/imbalanced immune system state is the correlate and likely cause of inflammatory conditions, and thus the opposite will be the long term cure but will logically make things sometimes worse in the short run. At the very least, my appetite now matches my crappy digestion now (before I was ravenous), and surely the drastically improved sleep (4-6 poor hours vs. 10-12 amazing!) will all assist in finally fixing my broken and otherwise healthy, young body. Thanks for an amazing product for so cheap. Buying a set for my mother and father.

Great products, great value!

Great value! The leg straps are very comfortable and the ground pads can be used nearly anywhere. A lot of devices for the price. They could potentially throw in two more outlet cables to maximize the amount of use you can get out of all these items, but this is still a great bargain for great quality items.

Works great. Being pretty in tune with my v body, I can feel my feet and legs tingle slightly so I know it's working. The time it got disconnected and I don't realise it, I could tell it wasn't working. I do use it for sleeping but it's not a good material for that. I tend to wake a few times from rolling around on it and it being a different material from my bed and slightly colder.
