Great taste and keeps the hunger away for only 180 cal. I do use a blender and ice plus some peanut powder.

High protein, low sugar powder. Great value!

I use this blended with fruit, almond milk, and yogurt for breakfast every morning and love it. I chose this powder for the high protein, low sugar content and my breakfast keeps me full until lunch. I was always terrible about eating breakfast because I'm lazy in the morning but this keeps me on track not to overeat at lunch and after working 12hr shifts, I sometimes drink another one for dinner. I've already lost 7lbs in 2 months and this is all I've changed! My 4yo son loves it too :)

Good stuff!

I have noticed a lot of negative reviews for this product, but I have not had a bad experience with it at all. I have been making smoothies with fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries & blueberries that I have frozen), fat free Greek Yogurt, 1% milk and a scoop of this protein powder. Not sure how others are using this product, but I have had zero experience with it tasting bad. Frankly, I cannot really taste anything other than the fresh berries that I am using.

I am in cancer treatment (chemoradiation) and feared that I would become malnourished from the side effects of horrid treatments. This product is so easily digestible, and with the high protein amount, it did the job. I actually gained a few pounds in 2 months. Also, because I am a Prime member, this package deal (powder, shakes, bars) was actually cheaper than buying it in the stores because of my free shipping. It was delivered in 2 days. I couldn't believe it. Thank you and getting ready to re-order !

its a good alternate source of protein when blending w spinach and a few other fresh fruits and veggies.

I like the flavor. Saw a few local farms here and was appalled at the conditions. An avid meat eater I am no more, I can't in good conscience. This is delicious and gets my protein levels back working good.

It is shipped in a big plastic container about 60% full.

It is sold by weight and can contain 15-1/2 to 18-1/2 scoops by volume. It is advertised to contain 17 scoops. Do to handling in shipment the scoop it comes with is always burried. It is hard to mess up the coco flavor, but I always mix it with Graham Crackers and milk in a Cuisinart hand mixer. I think skim milk gives it a flavor more like the liquid variety. When it gets hard to scoop, I dump the remainder into the new can. (I always order more before I run out.) Even adding milk, it is more economical and easier to store than the individual liquid containers.

Love the flavor of this. I can put it into any liquid and has no harsh texture.

I’ve tried quite a few different shakes and this is by far the best one! At first I was mixing it with 1% milk and it was delicious. Due to carb cutting I needed to step away from that and turn to just water. The texture with the water was of course much different but the taste was still great! I started adding a tablespoon of Chocolate PB2 for added flavor and thickening and it is incredible, I actually look forward to drinking my breakfast every day! Highly recommend!
