Excellent case that has met all my needs so far
This was the very first accessory I bought with my Switch because I knew how much I was going to use the console in handheld mode. I am very glad to say that it was an excellent purchase and I am very happy with it after about two weeks of use. The case is well designed and not too bulky considering how much it can carry. The handle is very satisfying to hold since it has a nice rubber grip. The outside of the case itself is a hard shell that is tough and should have no problem absorbing short drops. Even when it is packed to the brim with bulky accessories it maintains a reasonable profile and does not take up too much space in my backpack. The inside of this case has a great amount of space. The upper compartment can hold plenty of accessories as the picture suggests and has the nice benefit of being closed off in a zipped up net. I am a big fan of this feature since I know they won’t be moving around and bumping the console. There are almost too many Switch cartridge holders but it gives a great layer of protection from the accessories to the Switch. My favorite perk of this case is that the Switch fits perfectly into the bottom part and sits snug. It has a really well designed strap that velcros underneath the console and can be used to effortlessly raise it out when needed without having to get fingerprints all over your screen. There is another strap that secures the bottom cartridge holder firmly over the screen. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that the screen has an immediate cushion. I would strongly recommend this case to any new Switch owners. So far it has met and went beyond all my expectations.

Just what I want in my Switch carrying case
This Switch carrying case is what I was looking for. What I pack in here: Switch console, Hori compact playstand and joycon straps. I leave some space for a pair of ear buds as desired. The case design is smart, shaping to the curves of the joycons, allowing the console to sit flat as well as helping to identify the top and bottom of the case. Worry not, the console is strapped in using a Velcro style fastener as well as the playstand and joy con straps being contained in a netting which can be zipped up so you don't have to worry about anything falling out upon opening the case. The console screen is protected by two pads which double as holders for game cartridges (×20) and the case is a decent hard clam shell with some give upon applying pressure. The case is reasonably priced, does have a slight off smell but isn't noticeable unless handling the case. I Recommend airing out the case, keeping a couple dryer sheets in contact to soak up some of the scent.

Great case, fantastic seller
4/16/18: This case is sturdy and appears to be good quality. There are plenty of slots for game cartridges, a Velcro strap to secure your switch, and a zipped picked with room for extra joycons, headphones, etc. My ONLY complaint is that the case has some horrible odor. It smells like some weird combination of chemicals and cigarettes. I will leave it outside for a couple days to see if the smell goes away, and update my review, if needed. Overall, this is a great deal, and I would recommend this to a friend. 4/17/18: Last night, I received an email from Hestia Goods, explaining that the weird smell I was experiencing was caused by the type of glue used to assemble the case. The rep explained that the glue was safe, and that most of the products are supposed to sit a few days, before being shipped out. He said to allow the case to air out for a few days, or try setting a charcoal filter inside it, to absorb the smell. If the smell did not go away, they offered me a full refund or replacement. I am absolutely blown away that they reached out to me, as I was still satisfied with the case, despite the smell. I am changing my original rating from 4 to 5 stars, as Hestia's customer service is unlike anything I have previously experienced. :)

Dont miss this Case!
When I decided to buy a Mumba Protective case, I wanted to make sure i got a carrying case to go with it. I strangely found this one and glad i did! The amount of hidden features shows how much thought went into designing a case so many companies are mass producing and getting wrong. 1st, the case houses the Switch PERFECTLY with my Mumba Case on. And is able to close with no problem. A matter of fact. I'm able to keep my analog stick extenders on as it can still close with ease as well (as long as top compartment isn't fully packed). I like how discrete the outside is as it's just a normal bag in appearance. It's a very nice hard shell wrapped in a nylon-feeling material. And the inside zipper is woven too (which I was actively looking for which many companies failed at). I wish the exterior handle strap was thicker in appearance, but has yet to show any wear and tear. The 20 slot game cartridge holding design is smart as well along with its soft padding backs for the switch and anything else you put in between. Many companies I've seen neglect the space in the bottom middle to accommodate the velcro strap to hold the switch, but this one completely nails it by just putting it slightly overlapping a cartridge sleeve. So 1 extra than other cases similar to this one. I hope the pictures give this case justice. As its pricetag is so much worth it compared to VERY similar cases trying to do the same thing, but missing th mark on these hidden features and making them even more expensive than this one.

Good inconspicuous case for the Switch!
This is a a good case that is inconspicuous and well designed. Attention to detail was put into this which makes this a good product to have compared to other cases. My Switch fits nicely in the molded shape and can be easily taken out with the help of the pull tab like those in TV remotes. The bumps for the joy-cons in the case mold help determine which side is up/down without the need of a logo or sticker which is great for those who want a plain sleek look. The enclosure and material feels durable enough to protect the Switch from drops. The handle with soft rubber grip comes in "handy" and I don't see it wearing/tearing off anytime soon. Using a velcro strap and game cartridge flap to secure the Switch is an excellent design choice. It's way more user friendly than other cases that use elastic bands. Although I wish the flap was a tad bit longer to get a better velcro grip. The zipper pouch with nylon pull tab is another smart choice. Having a zipper pouch is more secure while the nylon pull tab won't scratch the left joy-con. It's a better solution than other cases with just an open pocket. For those paranoid about the zipper causing scratches, you can zip 75% of the way so it will touch the cartridge flap instead of the controller. Not ideal but still better than a pocket. I think a better solution would be to use two zippers so that the zippers would close in the middle where the flap is, but I don't think that's necessary or perhaps use a softer material besides nylon. The pouch can carry some small accessories such as an extra pair of joy-cons, joy-con straps, USB-C cable and even a fairly large external battery charger. However, the AC adapter won't fit as I'm unable to zip it comfortably closed. I tried and wouldn't risk it. A bonus feature is that you can use the 2nd flap to prop the Switch and use it as a stand! Overall, it's a great carrying case and a must have!

Plenty of space
I've been using this case for several months and it has now become my favorite switch case. It holds 20 cartridges, handles the switch even with a mumba tough case. And the upper compartment is spacious enough to fit my hori playstand, 2 extra joycons, 4 joycon straps and some screen cleaning wipes. Definitely recommend this to those who want to carry extra joycons and a stand, or maybe a usb powerbank for charging. Edit - 6 months of use: I still stand by my original post. The case is holding up well and is my main transportation for the switch. It's nice to have my playstand and an extra pair of joycon when I go out. It holds my switch even with my case on it. One of the best and cases at this price. Other cases are either larger in physical size, more expensive or don't hold as much. Definitely recommend this case.

Awesome case, lots of extra space!
I love this case. Lots of space, feels very durable. Well-thought out layout. The inner zipper using non-hard grip is awesome. I combined this with my "PowerA Everywhere Messenger Bag" carrying bag, and it's perfect. See pictures. It fits great, but I re-arranged the layout, so that this case sits in the bottom left of the bag, instead of it's normal top-left compartment.

plus the pull tab for quick removal is great! The old one had a pocket that you ...
I ordered a different case by a different brand first and ended up returning it. THIS is the case I should have gotten from the start! Everything I *hated* about the other case is fixed in this one. The old one had elastic straps that made inserting / removing the Switch a pain, but this one just has a quick Velcro strap, plus the pull tab for quick removal is great! The old one had a pocket that you couldn't close, but this one has a zipper to keep everything in the net from escaping in transit. This isn't *heavy duty* protection; it is hard but a little pliable. I wouldn't use it for circumstances where it's really gonna get tossed around, but I throw it in my work bag and take it with me without worry.

GET IT!! Plenty of space, sturdy, and durable case!
This is very good case! Plenty of room! Fits my 20000mah battery pack, headphones, joy-con hand strap things, and 6ft charging cable! With all that, it gets kind of heavy, so it’s nice to have the carrying strap, which is also feels pretty sturdy. And with all the game cars slots, I feel like I’m not gonna run out of space fast... but it does make me wanna spend a lot of cash on some cartridges to fill it up fast ;) And last but not least, my Swtich feels very safe in this thing when I throw it my backup. Definitely recommend it!

A very nice, affordable, and functional carrying case for your Switch!
I came across this when looking for a new Nintendo Switch carrying case(since my current one was rubbish), and I fell in love with it right away--partially due to it being on sale through Amazon Prime, but mostly because of its overall design, and layout. I proceeded to order it after reading a pair of reviews, and I have to say, I've never felt this good when holding a carrying case before. Most of them aren't meant for long-term travel, or so I've noticed, but this one was obviously designed to go anywhere, and everywhere you wanted to go with your system. It has storage space for two extra joycon controllers(if you have them), as well as several other accessories as well, providing they aren't too big! And, the best part? It's EASY to get your system out; no complicated straps you have to pull on in order to slide the system in, just two velcro straps. A shorter one meant to attach to the lower game-card holder to secure the system comfortably inside, and the lower, longer strap attached to the floor of the case. This strap is meant to rest underneath your system, with a little part exposed; why is this? Well, it's to make removing your system easy! Just tug on it to unfasten it from the bottom of the case, and it raises your system up, so you can easily take it out. It even has indentations in the bottom for the joycon attached to your Switch to sit comfortably, and level inside the case, which fits beautifully, and doesn't feel as if I'm forcing my system to fit inside. I can't recommend this enough, it really is an awesome little case that offers SO much, and it truly does blow you away when you see it in person. My only input on the product would be the instructions that come with it are a little too...short. It took me a few minutes to realize what the two velcro straps were for, since the images on the instructions simply showed a glimpse of what each step looked like after being completed. My other complaint, while somewhat minor, is how the two card-holding folders are pretty stuck together. You have to practically hold the case in a somewhat folded way to be able to fasten the securing strap to the lower folder, else the alignment will be off. The top folder practically tugs the lower one along, and it makes fastening things easily a bit cumbersome, to me. Other than these two issues, this product truly is amazing to me, and I think I'll be getting a lot of use out of it in time!
