Great Fit!!!!

I have a Honda CRV 2012, it has a very wide front window. So far no sun shade I bought previously has fit this big window and I refuse to spend a great deal of money for a sun shade. I bought the extra large and it has just a little bit of over hang. I prefer a little bit of over hang than not enough material to cover my window. For the price I thought this was an excellent deal.

Fight the Florida sun rays with the Fortem windshield shade

My windshield shade arrived on time. It’s a great fit for my highlander. When i first took it out of the packaging it had a slightly offensive smell. I opened the sunshade and let it air out over night and the smell was gone. Next day gave it the good Florida sun test to see if I could tell a difference in my car and was very pleased. I let my husband try it out for two days and now he wants me to order one for his vehicle. Great find. Also, love how compact the shades folds down to when not in use.

Good for the price

Update 1/20/18 Customer service is quite proactive. I think good customer service makes a product even better. I went ahead and gave 5 stars up from 4 because the company, without me asking, proactively listened to my review and offered me a free replacement to be larger size to see if it fits my car better. It does creat a bigger overlap of the two circles, but it covers length and width of my windshield better. Thank you for caring about your customers. For the price, it does the job. I have a 2017 Mazda3 GT and the small fits fine. Horizontally it's adequate but vertically (height) it seems a little too precise and won't cover my entire windshield without falling. If you're on a budget, this is a good sun shade. For me, it keeps the heat out well enough (I do have my other windows tinted though). I just need something to keep my leather from being scorching hot and this works fine.

Great Price for quality item

The quality is great. Better than some of the more expensive sun visor. My Audi RS3 stayed cool. The small fit my windshield, might buy a medium to see if it fits better without having to put the visors down. As others have said, it does smell. Having been in the factories of China. This item straight out of China’s factory. I wished the company opened the product up and air it out a little. Otherwise great product for a great price.

Fantastic effective sunshade ! with alot of care shown by seller in packaging and presentation

The small size is a fantastic fit in the windshield of a 2009 Cooper S - it covers it completely and it doesn't slip around - it is super easy to slide the shade up against the windshield and then snap the wires to secure it in place. It fits really nicely around the rear view mirror and underneath the visors. The "extra" little wings of fabric around the edges of the circles/wire do a great job covering the corners of the windshield. I really like the fact that it is all once piece and not two separate sections to handle. The product arrived today and I used it all afternoon while running errands - in and out of the windshield at five different stops. It kept the inside of car nice and cool. It is not as thick as I was expecting but seems to be more reflective than the sunscreen I was replacing. There was a slight odor when I first pulled it out of the packaging but it wasn't unpleasant or strong and it disappeared almost immediately. Extremely nice packaging and presentation too, with package inserts explaining how to register for the warranty and how to use and fold the product - there is a nice storage bag too for when it's folded up. Excellent communication from the seller - and comparing to all of the other sunshades available on Amazon, the seller's 100% satisfaction guarantee and one-year warranty made this a really easy choice to buy. This sunshade is simply AMAZING! So cheap and works so well, and it's easy to use. Pretty much the same price as those cumbersome cardboard ones that take up a lot of space and always mess up your rear-view mirror. This sunshade takes almost no space, doesn't weigh much at all and covers up the windshield of my 2005 F150 like it was custom made. Highly recommended.

Well made--double check the size

I would rate this sunshade as a 4-5 out of 5. It is very well made and lightweight. I ordered the XL for my 2017 Ford F150 based on the size chart and I find it is a little wide. The two circles overlap a bit and maybe I would have been better with the Large; however, I will not be returning it. It has a slight smell when it is first opened, but I put it outside in the breeze for a bit and it goes away. The reflective quality is good and it did keep my trunk inside cooler. I would recommend this product!

No more hot seat belt metal

These definitely get the job done. I couldn't believe the temperature of my car the first time I used it. It had to be at least 10 degrees cooler inside than out on a 109 degree day. Since it wasn't as hot inside the car, the AC didn't take as long to cool off the car. One of the first things I noticed was when I grabbed the seat belt, the metal part is usually unbearably hot, but it was only warm. Also, it arrived when promised. The only problem I had was folding it to put it back in the case it comes in. That was my fault for not reading the direction sheet. After fussing with it for about 5 minutes, I remembered the instruction sheet I had left on the passenger seat that morning. After reading it, I had no problem in folding. It covers my complete windshield, 2014 Chevy Equinox.

Works just fine, great customer service

I have a Hyundai Veloster Turbo and according to the chart, I needed to buy a medium. We have been hitting 100+ degrees daily and I have to park in the sun at work. This fits my window pretty well with it being maybe just a tad long, but not long enough that a smaller size would work. The best part though, is no longer burning my hands on the steering wheel after its been baking in the sun all day! That's my favorite. Although my car is still hot when entering, it's not nearly as bad since I've been using this. I'd lean more towards 4 stars for the product because you do have to use your sun visors to hold it in place (at least I do) and mine are pretty small so it can be a bit of a struggle but the company sent me an email following up on my order and included a PDF on how to fold the sunshade up when not in use, so for great customer service, I'm bumping back up to a 5. It's good quality for the price and I'm pretty satisfied.
