Gotham Steel 15 piece Copper Pot and Pan Set.
I wish I had bought this set a long time ago. All of their claims are true! I did notice that some reviews said the handles get super hot. I don't find that to be the case at all. They have gotten warm but never to the extent that a potholder is needed. This is a great value for all the pieces in the set. I am extremely satisfied.

Lightweight and super nonstick!
I absolutely love these pans. The heat is distributed evenly (I have an electric glass cooktop) and the best part is how easy they are to clean. I love frying up meats and searing because the pans get very hot and all the black burnt on bits just magically come up with a single swipe of a sponge. Seriously, it's just like in the infomercials. The pans themselves are lighter than my other nonstick pans but feel very sturdy. It's hard to explain, but sometimes cheap nonstick just doesn't feel very sturdy. This is not that way. While it is lightweight, it feels incredibly tough. I would buy these pans again. For the price, you would be hard pressed to find a pan set of equal quality.

Perfect pans!!!
I absolutely love them! I have had them a few months now and no problems whatsoever! The big square pan is my go to for skillet dinners and when I cook for a crowd. So easy to clean, nothing sticks and they heat evenly. I use a gas stove.

These are awsome!
Love these pans! Food seems to come to a boil quicker. Clean up is amazing. Im tempted to just wipe them out with a paper towel, but i have to use soap. The directions say they are dishwasher safe but why in the world would anyone ever have to put these in the dish washer when all you need to do is wipe it out with a soapy washcloth and rinse.

Good Value, Good Product, Great Performance
I've had this set for a few months. I feel that I can now post an accurate review. In short: I love this set. I like that I can start a dish on the stove top, then transfer to the oven to finish up. I love that (so far) the surface is totally non-stick and clean up by hand is easy. (I will not put them in the dishwasher) The bottoms on the pots are holding up perfectly as well. No staining or scratching. For reference, I am an avid home cook and cook more days than not. The set sears, boils and bakes! Photos: Spinach and Artichoke Pasta and Ribeye with Mushrooms

They cook beautifully, both on my stove and on the smaller ...
These were purchased as a replacement for my 12 year old pots and pans set. They cook beautifully, both on my stove and on the smaller induction pads we have. My only complaint is the square one-the largest of the pots, doesn't do a good job with frying anything-it doesn't seem to keep the heat as well as needed. For anything other than frying, however, it works like a charm and all of them clean up very quickly, even when my teens put off doing the dishes overnight and food 'sets' on the pans!

Good pans. But... a few small things bothered me.
Not quite as non stick as tephlon but still great pans. Some food will still stick to the pan but I use the rough side of a sponge and it comes off. Or just soak it for a bit. Very durable and nice looking, although I wish it came with a bigger skillet... I don't have one large enough to make a decent amount of gravy. So I guess I'll have to buy one. The deep fryer pan is small as well. With the basket you can fry like two pieces of chicken at a time... takes a lot of time to make dinner for a family of 4...

Gotham - Where Have You Been All My Life?
Where have these been all my life? For this price? These are AMAZING! In addition to this set I got the griddle, the 5qt pasta pot and the 10.5" grill pan. My husband said it cooked the perfect steak. He actually is giving away his cast iron grill pan. I was able to cook hash browns that were crispy without sticking to the pan! I even gave away my toaster because these are quick to heat up and you don't have another appliance on the counter. They heat up fast, wipe clean and are a joy to work with. All the old pots and pans are being donated.

Worth it!!
I bought this set for my sister-in-law for Christmas. I’ve used them for awhile and love them. Only drawback I’ve seen so far is that the square frying pan which I use almost daily has started to lose its nonstick properties. Could be in me for not cleaning properly, I don’t know. I use it so much that I guess I did t expect it to last as long as the others. They still look brand new.

Buy this set.
I've owned this set for about 4 month now and I love them. Excellent non stick surface and even heat. I even put then through their paces while learning the finicky temperament of an electric stove from the 70s. Easy to clean. Excellent variety of sizes and uses in a single set.
