Everything.
Prefect to me it keeps the burger flat and it helps in keeping the grease in the skillet. It also seam to fry the burger faster. Should have had this along time ago.

Round Cast Iron Press
I have other cast iron press shapes, but this press is round to fit in my fry pan. Easy to clean, heavy weight. Just treat it as you would your cast iron skillets..... no dishwasher, dry throughly.

Perfect Size for Skillet
This bacon weight is the perfect size for frying in a regular size - nine inch - skillet. It's the perfect weight, too.

Bacon Press with wood handle
This cast iron bacon press is very usefu, especially on the BBQ. The only thing I would like changed is a better fit to the wood handle. Overtime it will have to be replaced as the screws get loose as it is used.

Does a great job!
I have been using this quite often to make quesadillas for my 13 year old daughter. I was using an aluminum can which did a very poor job and was concerning since it was after all, aluminum. I searched quite a bit and decided on this one and have been very pleased at the perfect job it does on the quesadillas. I can even use it in my ceramic pan even though it is recommended to use cast iron.

Great tool
Always cook several pounds of bacon 3/4 of fully done outside on grill in cast iron pan to avoid greasing and stinking up the kitchen. This fits inside my cast iron pan to avoid the curing and keep bacon flat. Just nuke bacon 30 seconds in microwave as needed. Also use on burgers and chicken breasts on the grill. Just wipe off with paper towel
