Great Cleaning Solution

The magic cleaning erasers are great and so useful for just about any kind of cleaning. I have been buying them regularly for quite some time at local discount stores. I heard you could get a better deal than that so I thought I would try these. They really are better because they are thicker than the ones I have been buying and last a little longer. They do break off easily, however, just as all the rest of them do. This review is made after I have had them for several weeks. I find, in general, sellers want you to immediately give a review once item is received. It takes time to evaluate most everything.

Fantastic Product

Magic Cleaning Eraser Sponge cleans so well. My husband recently was removing some old tar on a sunroom situation to put down baseboards, - it used to be a screened in porch and know is a glassed in sunroom. We had recently installed new wood floors, my husbands said "oops I got tar on the floors when I was taking off the old tar issue". I said "let me try the new eraser sponges I just ordered". Better than magic eraser and all generic brands I've tried

I have use magic erasers for over 10 years, and I've tried many generic brands from Target, 99 cent store, Amazon, etc and these are by far the best. They're so thick and resilient and stand up to many jobs unlike many generic ones that disintegrate into nothing quickly. Sticking with these from now on.

These are better than the brand name "magic erasers"!

First, they come in a pack of 20 and are priced right. They're thicker, so they last much longer. They do work like magic, e.g. removing scuffs/pencil marks from walls, without need for anything more than water. I liked the list of other suggested uses, and now have sponges in the kitchen, both bathrooms, laundry room, and garage. They simplify cleaning and are a good buy.

I brought in this package from my doorstep about an hour and a half ago and decided to test one immediately out of curiosity. In the reviews and descriptions I'd read that you can clean using only water. This is true! We have a cast iron sink with white enamel that, while beautiful, gets caked with black gunk from when we clean our skillets, pots and especially other cast iron. Usually the sink is the part I dread when I'm cleaning the kitchen. If it's particularly bad, as it incidentally was today, it can take half an hour of scrubbing with a mix of sponges, wire, and paper towels. After all that I'll still have to come back to it later. I've included a picture above after scrubbing a little more than half the sink. It took less than a minute using only water. I felt like I was living out an infomercial. If I hadn't tried it myself I would have thought it was too good to be true. One swipe with the wet sponge cut through the rust and black residue. After I took these pictures I decided to test it on other things. It worked great on countertops, our currently red-hair-dye stained bathtub, and grease marks on the oven. I eventually gave in and cleaned one of my bathtubs to see how far I could get with one sponge. I'd say I could probably clean at least most of my kitchen or a whole bathroom with one of these before it was too dissolved to use. Maybe more depending on the dirtiness. I can't think of many cons, but I haven't used it long enough to encounter one. I'll add an update if that's the case, but for cleaning my sink in 1/30th the time and doing a better job I'm going to give this five stars. My expectations going in was that this was a gimmick and at best I was going to get some regular sponges, but that wasn't the case. I'm going to be buying these for cleaning and recommending this brand.

Great Quality - Surprised!

These work just as well as Magic Erasers! I honestly was shocked at the quality of these sponges. I was expecting them to be thinner and not last long at all. But I can honestly say, depending on what I am cleaning, I feel they last longer than Mr Clean sponges. They are thick and firm. I'll be ordering these from now on.

THESE ARE AMAZING!!

My son asked me to order these to remove sticky goo left from labels, etc., but I told him I was going to take one to work and see if it would work on my white Formica desk. We've only been in this new building for a year and our desks were getting so scuffed and marked up--they looked awful! I tried cleaning them, and it just wasn't working. I used the Magic Cleaning Eraser Sponge on the desk -- IT LOOKS AS GOOD AS IT DID WHEN THEY WERE FIRST INSTALLED! This product is amazing--can't wait to use it on other things at home. I will be a repeat buyer for sure!

True Magic!

They really are magic! We have a 50-year-old kitchen that will get remodeled one of these days, but only after everything else gets done. The ugly cream-colored cabinets and counters are original, and the counters stain easily. Constantly. All by themselves. The only things I've found to remove some of the stains are harsh products like Softscrub with Bleach or an SOS pad. I hate using either of them, and the counters still aren't clean clean, just less stained. I bought the magic sponges to clean a vintage Pyrex dish that was advertised as "like new", except the seller thought "like new" meant scratched with baked on brown and black stuff. Yeah, no five-star reviews for that one! I hadn't gotten around to trying the sponges on the Pyrex yet, but decided to experiment the other night just for fun, and tried it on the counter. Oh my gosh- I could not believe it! With just water, the magic sponge took the stains right off! I did the counters, the cabinets, everything! My kitchen was so bright now, it hurts my eyes! It's never looked this good, even when we bought it from the clean freak (he used to clean the garage floor with bleach and a toothbrush. As I said, clean freak.) My husband is amazed, too; we are now having fun seeing what else these sponges will work their magic on. We are fans for life!

These are definitely thicker than the average magic eraser and work just as well. They also sent me a "103 amazing uses" pdf which I wasn't expecting was a nice surprise. I don't know that it listed any surprises but it did remind me of things I could use it for that I had forgotten. I also like that they suggested to cut them in half to get twice the usage... which is nice because it shows they care about your value and not just theirs!

100% worth the money time redeemer

Was a promo going on of some sort so I decided to give a try and I must say I was very impressed.. I have a 3 year old that if there is a marking utinsel in the house she manages to find them and puts marks on the walls in the craziest places I might add but this is a breeze in couple swipes this thing does the trick so I stated using on all kinds of things fixtures, air exhaust vents , just anything I can think of annulium floor cause was hard to get stickiness out always something spilled ect with 3 kids this thing sure makes my life much easier and I'll take that at any rate these days any time I can redeem is priceless thanks for great honest product and fellow reviewers ✓
