A good, even grate with most things.

This grater checks off all my requirements for a grater: Inexpensive? Check. Good grip? Check. Looks good and grates evenly? Check. Designed to grate food, and not my knuckles? Check. I have used it to grate cheese, butter and laundry soap bars. Each blade seems to do it's part, and there are no "dead" zones on the grater. The "grab and scrape" feels satisfying, and I don't waste energy fruitlessly sliding an item around, or using excess pressure to make contact with the blades. A few passes of whatever I'm grating is all it takes. The bottom grip to keep the grater solidly in place while in use, and a protective plastic cover are just nice attention to details not typical of these kinds of products. This is a prime example of a less expensive product from China that is actually a good deal. It looks good, it feels solid, and it performs very well. No complaints!

A wonderful product

I use it for grating hard cheeses. It does a great job. Very sharp. Easy to hold. Cleanup is a breeze. I was happy that it included a protective cover. It will probably last longer than I do! Seems to be that well made
