Not much to say other than that these work without leaking so far. Very easy to use. Not sure about durability on the rubber flap/ring that actually makes it not leak but only time will tell. I put the two units on the ends of two on off valves that are on my two long hoses with the 6 other pieces screwed into different nozzles or sprinklers we use. I can shut off water flow with the valves at the end of the hose in a second and pop the nozzle off and use straight flow or pop another nozzle or sprinkler on in a second and open the valve.

I have only had it for a week or two, so I don't know how it will last, but I am very happy with it so far. I have an outdoor sink that I had a hose attached to and it was very difficult to thread the hose on and off. I just threaded this on and and will leave the male portion on the sink all the time. Connected to the female portion below freezing temp and it did not leak. I think I got 6 of the male connectors (attach to the tool, or sink in my case) and 2 of the female connectors (attach to the hose end), which is a good mix.

A Good hose end fitting kit, lightweight, easy to install, worked great on my hose repair task for my back yard. Oh, and a decent price as well, which made the purchase all that much better. Just need a box cutter, scissors, or a knife and a screwdriver to install. Easy peasy...

I actually thought these were coated metal when bought and found them to be plastic. They to date seemed to be holding up well in sunny Florida around the boat and saltwater.

I use different attachments for the different areas of my yard. Many of my beautiful plants do not get regular watering because it is just a nightmare swapping out the hose and attachments. I have arthritis and tendonitis so bad I can barely type, let alone unscrew a hose. These work painlessly. It is a matter of screwing them into and onto whatever attachment you need then pulling back the black ring to remove and swap the attachments. I have them on the sprayers now and the ground watering sprinklers. I always seem to run out of the attachments. These came with 6 so I am set finally.

I bought two packs of THESE and love them. I installed using a DRY HOSE and HAND TIGHTENING (no tools). The washer is installed with the dip towards you. I use these with my miracle-gro fertilizer dispenser and the quick snap and spray works well without leaks. Biggest complaint with all leaking is rubber washers wear after screwing and unscrewing. They're not really made for constant screwing and unscrewing once they "seat" themselves to the nozzle. These devices allow you to leave that "seat" in place and there are plenty of extra washers included to use over time. I highly recommend. I have 7 sets installed on 7 different outside nozzles with a myriad of different devices (water brooms, etc.) and all work flawlessly without wet feet, etc. :)

Great, easy quick connect. At first the connection leaked. Then I realized the solution -- in case anyone else encountered a leaking issue. The trick is to first install the male piece onto its connection point such as a sprinkler. Then - and ONLY THEN -- take the washer piece that came with the female, insert it into the female connection neck, and then screw the female onto its connection point such as the hose. Also make sure that the washer faces the correct direction so that the ridges of the washer fit around the protruding male neck.

I love these quick couplers. But only after I noticed that they were quite difficult to disconnect, then realized that they would be much improved by removing the black plastic ring, on the six male pieces. The ring is not needed (I use pliers to put the male pieces on the nozzles, etc, since they will be almost permanent and need to stay tight.) and is very much in the way, making disconnecting the hoses, or appliances, using the quick couplers, very difficult.

Perfect addition for any hose end regardless of what attachment follows. I use one with quick detach for various lawn watering attachments (nozzles, wand, soaker, or nothing for adding water to the pool), and the other on the hose for the pressure washer. Sure makes it easier to start with the water off and turning on right after rhe engine starts! Practically indestructible, will not pull apart like cheap plastic valves, or corrode like zinc (chromed valves). Weak point is the valve handle--it can break when run over by a car...

This review is for the "Y" splitter with 45 degree elbows: All brass, premium quality. A sink faucet adapter is included, which I didn't need, along with extra washers. Very rugged; connections are super easy to tighten with a wrench and there are no leaks. The shut-off valves are easy to turn and again, no leaks. The elbow extensions, which I really need, are the same high quality. I definitely recommend this products. Of course, I'll open the valves during winter to avoid ice damage. Before this, I tried a Melnor splitter which leaked on both sides and had lower quality adapters; it was returned to a big box store. In contrast, I am completely pleased with this item.
