Very Happy With This Bag!
I am quite happy with the Colcase Lipo Bag. First of all, it is a good sized bag for the average R/C enthusiast, such as myself. I put 26 - 2, 3 and 4 cell batteries in it and there is still room for a more. The carry strap makes it easy to hold on to while I have other things in my hands and while it is big enough for all my batteries, it is small enough the be carried with ease and not take up a lot of room in the shop or in the car. It appears to be well made from quality materials and the double zipper makes it easy to put the batteries and the charger inside while charging and then pull the zippers together up to the cord, for safe charging. I`m actually thinking about buying a few more so I can store different size batteries in their own bag and one to use just for charging. The difference between this bag and some of the others out there, like my old one, is noticeable as soon as you open the box from Amazon.

Is this case with it?
I am very impressed with the storage and durability of this item. I have a lot of batteries and they all fit inside this case. I was questioning the durability of this case so I twisted this by taking a lighter and holding it on the case for 30 seconds. The results we're rather impressive, the inside of the case only turned light brown and the pout side layer of the case which is made of plastic melted ONLY FROM THE HEAT AND DID NOT CATCH FLAME. I would recommend this case to any RC hobbiest just in case that one puffed battery decides to explode.

Awesome LiPo safety bag!
Great product! I have seen the destruction a faulty LiPo battery is capable of producing, so having peace of mind and not having to worry about burning your house down is priceless. This is a thick case which will contain any issue a faulty LiPo can throw at it. It is well constructed and seems very durable. I use it to house 1500mAh 4s batteries. It easily holds my 8 batteries, with plenty of room to spare (it could probably hold between 16-20 batteries this size). Very happy with this purchase!

Best Lipo case I have... Tons of room, great portability!

Adds convenience and safety to your trip to the flying field.
The Colcase Lipo Safe Bag is a pretty handy item to have out at the field. It's a nice container that stores (and arrives) in a surprisingly small form factor, but easily holds a day's worth of lipos safely for transport. Design- The lipo safe bag arrives with the sides folded in, but unfolds to a roughly 8x6x5 form factor. The case has a pretty rugged looking double zipper that gave me no issues during the duration of my testing. The whole bag has the feel of an insulated lunch sack, and offers a decent layer of insulation between you and a flaming battery without skimping on battery capacity. The handle, while an overlooked feature, adds another layer of convenience and safety by giving you something aside from the insulation to hold onto, a nice feature the manilla envelope style battery bags sorely lack. Functionality- This bag easily holds a day's worth of flying time for trainer or 1.4m warbirds. In my case, it holds 4 3s2200s, 2 4s 1400s, and 2 4s3000s without having to stack lipos on each other, so there's plenty of room to add more. In general, this is much nicer than my usual strategy of throwing a half-dozen loose, charged Lipos into the trunk and hoping to find them all again The double zipper is quite nice for charging. As charging is usually one of the more vulnerable times for lipo fires, i pull my other batteries out, put a couple of charging packs and the charge leads into the lipo safe bag, and seal it (mostly) with the double zipper, a novel design. Safety- This case has a thick layer of insulation material and a very nice zipper, keeping a raging lithium fire a good pace from your hand. Because of the zippered design, i doubt this is "Explosion proof", but it will definitely buy you critical time to get the batteries or yourself to safety. Cons- There's really not much i had issues with. I've had manilla envelope style lipo bags for a few years, but never really used them, they seemed needlessly bulky and perhaps not useless, but questionable with their velcro seal and lack of holding options. This takes up a smaller footprint in your car than the flat lipo bags, but holds quite a bit of stuff, has a better sealing mechanism in a metal zipper, and the handle on the top is a nice touch for general convenience and carrying. Conclusion- The Colcase Lipo Safe Bag fills a few roles in one package. It acts as a storage and organization system, and also as a fire safe bag. It easily holds an average day's worth of lipos in one place, in a form factor that's familiar and convenient. The double zipper is very nice and allows this to feed charging cables in while keeping a good seal around the rest of the bag. If you're looking to keep yourself, your vehicle or your workshop just a little safer from a lipo fire, and keep your batteries in one place, this is a great item to have on hand.

Nice box: that's what he said.
I just received my Colcase lipo storage bag, and my first impressions are that it is a solidly constructed bag made of a texturized fiberglass material. There's a convenient handle for carrying, along with two zippers. I cannot attest to the fire worthiness of this product, and hopefully I will never have to find out. I plan on using this case for lipo storage at home in conjunction with individual fireproof cases and a ammo can. I included a dollar bill in my photos to give potential buyers a reference for scale and size.

battery ignites
While charging 5000mAh 3s Li-Po batteries in my workshop, one battery began to swell and smoke. I grabbed it and rushed to the outside but the battery ignited in flames as I got to the patio. Dropping the battery onto concrete, it became totally engulfed in flames. My hand was burned but not to the point that needed emergency treatment. I had considered purchasing a bag for my Li-Po's but had not yet placed the order. Now, my 5 batteries are all in the bag. The sense of security is worth the the very reasonable price. If I had not been in my shop when this battery ignited, the house may have also ignited. I now religiously follow all safety rules for the charging and management of these batteries.

THIS BAG SAVED MY HOUSE FROM BURNING DOWN!!!
Okay... So I am writing this review with my hands shaking because this bag literally just saved my house from burning down!!! This morning I put a LIPO battery to charge and a while later my son comes over to me and says that something smells funny. I walk over and quickly realize the smell was coming from the back room where my battery was charging. I immediately ran in and unplugged the charger and took the bag outside. It was still smoking. As you can see in the pictures, the bag completely contained the fire. Holy cow it was crazy!!!!! I'm still shaking! I will try to post additional pictures once the bag cools down enough for me to open it. EDIT: Added additional picture showing inside of bag. I had two lipos in the bag :(

Gives Peace of Mind
If you have Lipo Batteries (or/& any other type of Batteries) I strongly recommend getting this bag (this type of bag comes in a variety of sizes). After experiencing not one but two Lipo Batteries exploding I had anxiety of having any Lipo Batteries. Thanks to this bag (& this bag in other sizes) I am able to feel better about having Lipo Batteries. I highly recommend this type of product to store ALL Batteries in. Please be responsible & caution when using, charging, & storing all batteries especially Lipo Batteries.

A MUST for anyone with lithium chemsitry batteries
COLCASE Fireproof Explosionproof Lipo Safe Bag for Lipo Battery Storage and Charging, Large Space Highly Sturdy Double Zipper Lipo Battery Bag (198x150x135mm) Review Pros: • Square box shape • Zippered • Handle • Holds a good number of lipos Cons • Zipper fireproof/resistant? Unboxing The lipo bag came flattened and in self-sealing plastic bag. There were no signs of rough handling or tears and rips. Simply unpeel the sealed end of the clear bag and pull the lipo bag out. Assembly Unflatten the lipo bag, open and push out from the inside to get the shape. Then insert lipos and zip close. Conclusion Lipo bags are a MUST for anyone flying electric r/c aircraft or vehicles. Lipos burn at extremely high temperatures when they are old and/or mistreated. Lipo bags are designed to lessen the impact of a fire by trying to contain the flame. I have been using the flat lipo bags with hook and loop flaps for years, but always disliked how strong the hook and loop flap was. I have been intrigued by zippered lipo sacks for a little while but had my doubts on how the zipper would hold up to a lipo fire. I finally bit the bullet and indulged on a zippered lipo sack. I am glad I did. This lipo sack is much easier to open and close, feels like it is made out of the same or at least similar material as my other lipo bags, and has a carrying handle. The case easily accommodates my twelve 3S 2200-2700mAh lipos. Compared to the flat and tall lipo sacks, finding the lipo I want is much easier in this box style sack. The carrying handle is so much easier to use than trying to grip a flatter flap. I find it so much easier to store my lipos in this box style case than the traditional flat bag style. For this review, I will not try to burn the inside of the bag with a lighter like other YouTube "reviewers" have done because the lighter’s flame does not come close to simulating a real lipo fire. If I have a lipo fire within this bag, I'll update the review. But in the mean time I cannot comment on the fireproof capabilities of the bag. • Do I recommend this lipo bag? YES, always store and charge lithium chemistry batteries in a lipo bag. • Does it work? I have no reason to believe it won't, and quite frankly I don't want to find out. • Is this for beginners? Absolutely!
