Awesome assist with deep REM sleep, may cause some wild dreams but I wake up feeling well rested and energized. The T Booster is great coupled with a great workout plan. I can feel the difference in a great way.

More effective than traditional ZMA

Compared to the ON ZMA + 5mg melatonin combo I had been using for a very long time, this is more effective. I've been able to get a deep (very deep) sleep (fall asleep more easily and without waking up at all until morning) and I think the product has helped me burn more fat. Also, most ZMA supplements use the aspartate forms of zinc and magnesium, which are neurotoxic, and uses them in high doses (30mg and 450mg) that I don't need; I ignored this because its positive effect on sleep, so I definitely prefer that this uses zinc orotate and magnesium citrate, and at lower doses. I would assume the inclusion of Ashwaganda, Safed Musli, L-theonine, and bioperine are the reason this performs better than anything I've used before.

Exactly what I needed

I'm an experienced PM test supplement user. For a couple years I'd been using APE Dark Knight, with proven results based on T blood testing. Dark Knight eventually proved too hard to purchase due to limited supply, so I tried Test PM. I sleep even better with less need to urinate in the middle of the night. Cheaper too!

Better sleep = more testosterone

Works very well - definitely helps me sleep better. While I haven’t had my T-levels checked before or after taking this product, I think it has raised them based on two things: 1) better sleep has been proven to raise T-levels, and 2) ever since taking this product, I’ve been waking up with “morning glory” 100% of the mornings, vs. about 80% of the mornings before.

Skeptical at first but now Im a believer !

I purchased TestPM on the off chance the reviews were correct. I was tired during the day and not sleeping at night. I know the melatonin is the ingredient to help you sleep. What I don't know is if the other ingredients are giving me the energy boost or it's just getting the rest at night. I do feel a little more anxious but I also have my edge back. Thanks for a great product !

Magic bottle

I will say I bought this bottle and was skeptical since I had never used a JF product before but I was in need of something. I'm one of those unfortunate individuals that with a commute I dedicate 10 hrs a day 5 days a week to work 6 to 4. So getting up at 5am and trying to workout at 5pm I take pre workout to get me through the gym and atleast 1 rockstar or equivalent at work. I bought this product while tossing and turning one night at 3am knowing I had to be up in 2 hrs to do it all over again and let me tell you, best decision I've made. The zma is a product I usually buy and this kills to birds with one stone. I also feel very relax thanks to test pm, which after a very long day is priceless. I will definitely continue using test pm. I sleep like a baby with no groggyness in the morning. Magic bottle.

Great product and huge difference in sleep quality.

Works great! I am sleeping better, feeling more recovered, and have definitely noticed a huge difference since using this product. My workouts and nutrition have stayed the same as before I began using this before bed. So the only change is using this product for a couple of weeks now. You don't wake up feeling groggy like a sleeping pill or medicine leaves you. I wake up feeling like I actually slept through the night and I am ready for my 5am workouts. Well worth it.

Good stuff took it about an hour before bed and got a great nights rest noticed better blood flow to you know where and woke up feeling refreshed will be using this stuff from here on out def worth giving a try.

I bought this for two reasons: prevent from being exhausted after working out or playing basketball and help me sleep that same night. I knew this was effective when a mid-November cold hit me in early September and neither NyQuil nor Zzzzz did anything to help me sleep, but Test PM did. For that, I am absolutely grateful.
