Great night light

I bought two 3-packs of these battery operated motion sensor lights 6 months ago, and love them. The AAA batteries haven't needed to be replaced yet. I took 3 over to my parents' house because my dad had been tripping and falling when getting up in the middle of the night - he didn't want to turn on the lamp because it would wake Mom, but he didn't like using the "always on when it's dark" plug in night lights they had because he likes a pitch dark room to sleep in. These are PERFECT for them, Dad loves them. I tucked one on each side of the bed, just under the bedside table, so they only come on when someone's feet hit the floor. There's another one at the foot of the bed, just under the bed, as well, so Dad has light all the way around the bed at night. I like that these are square shaped, because they stand up on their own if you just set them on the floor.

Let there be light!

FIRST of all let me say I purchased these lights I was not given them to try or review so this is an honest review of this product. This is exactly the type of light I was looking for. I am an older man who like many others have to get up through the night to visit the water closet to empty the bladder I know that’s TMI but I am just keeping it real. I wanted to be able to get up during the night and not have to turn on the light and disturb anyone so I figured that a small LED light that was battery powered and had a motion detector on it which would light up as I entered the water closet would do the trick if someone made one which I knew someone had to. I searched and then I found this pack of three which sounded exactly what I was looking for. I did not need three but the price was good so it was worth a try. I had seen some questions answered by someone who claimed these just had the night day photocell and that they only came on when dark and turned off when light was out which did not seem to match what the item description claimed. After a little research I decided to purchase them and if they did not work as described then I would return them since this is Amazon. When I got them, the package seemed smaller than I thought it would be. The lights were small only about 4”x4”. I installed three aaa batteries removed the sticky tape and installed it under the cabinet above the toilet then shut the light off and closed the door. I then returned and open the door to the water closet at night and viola! The light came on with a nice perfect glow not too bright just enough to take care of business. I am very very happy with this item and am trying to figure out where I can use the other two.

So far so good... Battery Stick-on Motion Sensor Lights

I chose the battery operated ones due to the scary reviews about the plug-in kind.... So, when I finally figured out that they only come on in darkness and stopped being frustrated thinking they "didn't work" or that my batteries were bad (lol), I stuck them on the lower walls in a very dark hallway where I used to constantly trip over the cat stumbling around in the dark, and they do come on and work perfectly well, am very happy so far. They go off in daylight to conserve battery power and stick pretty well since my cat tried to bat them around when I first stuck them on. I just got them so cannot speak to battery life, but led in general are low consumption. I may update after some time of use, but for now, they are quite nice and well packaged with instructions, so I recommend them if you want to stop tripping over your cat in the dark before you can reach the light switch at night when you're half asleep...

Simply amazing little nightlights!!!!

These are the best little nightlights ever!!! I was looking for something for our bathrooms and these turned out to be perfect. First of all, they arrive quickly and in perfect condition. They were easy to install batteries and stick on the wall (you also have the option to mount it on the wall, but sticking worked perfectly for us). The motion detection is great!! It detects movement from an impressive distance, and then stays on for about 10 seconds before turning off if no additional movement is detected. As long as there’s movement though, the light will stay on. The light it puts out is not blinding like most nightlights that light up in the middle of the night. This nightlight has a very ambient glow, which is pleasing and appreciated when you’re half asleep and not wanting to wake fully to a bright room. The batteries so far have lasted, and I guess only time will tell how long they will last, but I’d have to guess they’ll last a long time since they don’t come on often, and when they do they shut themselves off soon after. This product gets 5 stars (which I could give more). I am seriously thinking about giving these out as part of Christmas presents this year for Christmas. I feel like every house needs a few of these.

Motion sensor works great, warm light that doesn’t glare

I bought these lights for my basement which has no windows on one half and gets extremely dark. I installed these 3 lights in a path that leads to the bathroom, and was worried that the motion sensor wouldn’t detect movement because of just how dark it is. These had no problem at all detecting movement in the pitch black. Even better, the one light that is in a somewhat sunny spot during the day time doesn’t turn on when there’s enough light, so it doesn’t waste the batteries. Each light took 3 AAA batteries so we’ll see how long they last. I like that these came with the option to install with either sticky pads on the back, or to screw into the wall. Because they run in batteries, they don’t take up an outlet. I have two lights low to the ground facing down, but I have one in the bathroom set up high with the light pointing towards the ceiling, so you can use these in whatever position fits best for each room. They are a nice, warm light that’s not *too* bright. It definitely won’t blind you at night.

Bright and great sensor.

I absolutely love those sensor motion lights. They are really good to sense when someone is close, and turn on. We just got a new house with stairs and we have little kids, so it is something we worry about their safety. The light is bright, a single one is great to light our little hall between the bedrooms and bathroom. I have a 13 steps stair and I used 3 on it, they hold on enough to come up safely. We had a couple in the kids bathroom previously and the batteries still work (they are not included). I am happy the batteries are lasting long, so I just got a few more to put on the stairs. For the bathroom, my kids did complain they turn down too quickly for them. But if you move your arms they would go on again ( I tried, but for my kids, they are short timed) I definitely recommend them, though for halls and stairs flights.

Great Little Lights

These little lights have several good points. First off, they don't suck batteries dry after a couple weeks of use. Another brand I have used would literally require fresh batteries every 3 to 4 weeks. Secondly, they have a bright and warm, yet not glaring light, designed to not blind you if you look directly at it. The prior brand would give me an instant migraine if I so much as glanced toward it. Third, although other reviews state that their lights won't come on unless there is total darkness in the room, I have not had this problem at all. I have one of these Lumi lights positioned within 4 feet of a decorative lighthouse night light which stays on at night, and this motion light always comes on even though very close to the lighthouse nightlight. Additionally, these lights are sensitive enough but not overly sensitive to motion. My cats don't set them off unless they are quite near to them, but they will come on when I enter the room from about 12 feet away. Finally, they stay on for less than a minute once there is no motion, which is more than sufficient for my needs. I'm about to order another batch of these to spread the light throughout the house.

The light of my night! Perfect pathway lights for hallways and stairs!

Pretty cool what we can do with LED's. I bought these because we have a dark staircase and a waterbowl for the dogs in the hallway which I'm sure I would fall down the stairs at some point or put my foot right in the dogs bowl. But not now. First off, well packaged and on time delivery. Once the batteries were in it did not light. I thought for sure if I covered the sensor it would light up but still no. I was worried. I went into a very dark room and it lit right up. Which surprised me. That factor also made me very happy! I had another set of lights that go on during the day if a shadow crosses them. Very pleased with the night motion sensor. The sensitivity and range are also perfect. If I am less than 6 feet it will light up. Further it ignores motion with is a battery saver as well. I have these mounted to the wall with the included double sided sticky pads and they stick very well. These are perfect for paths like hallways and staircases but don't expect them to light up the room. They are specifically designed to light up an area below them. If you do put them high enough to see the output of the light, it will be a shock to your eyes as they are very bright! The look and feel of the light during the day is nice. It's a little bulky and bright white so it does stand out a little but after some time you get used to it. Awesome little devices overall, and battery life for the 3 AAA's are up to one year. Impressive.

Not bad for the price.

I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars because one of the night lights stays on longer than the 15 seconds. I tested it several times and I get different readings anywhere from 30 seconds to 16 seconds. It works if you don't mind having it stay on for 30 seconds. The other 2 works just fine. I could return the whole thing back to Amazon and re-order it. The problem is there's no guarantee that I wouldn't have the same issue. It is made in China. UPDATE REVIEW: I want to update my previous review to now 5 Stars due to the recent communication with EufyHome Customer Support Team Member in resolving my problem I had with one of the LED Night Lights. I was very pleased that they had reached out to me which I hadn’t expected. They went ahead and sent me new set to improve my experience with my purchase with no hassle what so ever. Wow, I called that REAL customer service care. I am very satisfied with my Amazon purchase of these LED Night Lights. It’s nice to know that the company will back up their products. Expectations exceeded

I purchased these lights for the stairway between the first and second floors of my house. I was tired of feeling my way down the stairs in the dark or turning on the chandelier and having my eyes shocked. My wife had put a small table lamp near the bottom of the stairs on a timer but I found that unsatisfying for several reasons. These lights are the perfect solution for my situation. I placed one at the side of the top step which lights my way to the landing, one at the side of the top step after the landing and one at the side of the bottom step. They activate as you approach them and stay on for 15 seconds. The illumination is down at the steps and is bright enough to light your way without being harsh or shining in your eyes. Assuming the batteries last a reasonable time these lights are ideal and highly recommended.
