IB GUARD is great for IBS
IB Guard is the best thing I’ve found to fight my IBS. Even following the FODMAP diet, I still have problems. I take two of these green capsules 1/2 hour before eating and my problems become minimal. If for some reason I miss the 1/2 hour window, I can take them 1/2 hour after eating — this helps, but not as good as taking them before the meal. If you suffer from IBS, these green capsule are for you. I actually can feel them working!

Works like a charm when used correctly.
I had stomachaches that would keep me up at night or wake me up in the middle of the night. I was sooo uncomfortable and my stomach was hurting all the time. I was even throwing up, nauseous, and very sensitive to smells. I totally thought I was pregnant, but I wasn’t. I had been diagnosed with IBS years ago and never knew it could cause all these symptoms. I finally tried these pills. I had to take them religiously 3x a day (2 pills per dose). If I didn’t, I still suffered. If I was disciplined in taking them, then I felt sooo much better. I now only have to take one to two doses 3 times a week. They are expensive, but this is the best price I’ve found and they definitely work!

Three a day and feeling great
It has been helpful. My GI doctor started my on IBGard bc natural sounded better than pharmaceuticals. My doctor had me start with one pill in the morning and that wasn’t working very well, so I started taking two in the morning. My IBS got better but still wasn’t great. So now I take two in the morning and one at night and I have been feeling great. Talk to your doctor about an appropriate dosage for you before giving up on it all together.

... to help with my IBS and so far so good. I try to take one pill before I ...
Bought this to help with my IBS and so far so good. I try to take one pill before I eat and I haven't had any flareups when I do. Hoping it continues to do the trick. Time will tell. After several months of using this product, I am sold on it. It calms my stomach considerably and I now feel I can eat more "normally" and still have a life. IBS can be so disruptive but this has proven to be a real lifesaver. I take one 30 minutes before I eat anything that may cause me a problem, or when I am going out, just to be sure. Sometimes I forget and if my stomach starts to flare, I quickly take one and it calms it down in just a minute or two. It is best to take 30 minutes before but if you're like me and are forgetful, it is still a big help. So very grateful to have found this.

Life saver
This stuff has been my lifesaver with IbS. If I have a flare I take up to 6 pills a day so it gets expensive but it works. Sometimes I still need Imodium when it’s really bad. But for day to day it works. Take 2 30 minutes before eating.

It really works!
IBGARD is a life saver! It was recommended by my GI doctor. I no longer need to take Bentyl, that leaves me groggy all day. Taking it twice a day. Started with 3 a day. Make sure to eat soon after taking one or take one after you eat, whatever works best for you. Hasn't given me heartburn either.

It works!
Recommended by our doctor. This is great for people with irritable bowel. Take 2 at least 30 to 60 minutes before eating. My wife suffered for years and now takes this three times a day. It's peppermint oil - very natural. No drugs.

Life Changing
I switched Gastroenterologists when my old one told me to go buy this stuff for my gut pain instead of giving me the regular meds I thought I should have. I thought he was whacked out of his mind. Almost a year later and a different gastro doctor, I decided to try this when I was getting curled up in a ball by the pain almost every other week. I found out my old doctor was right. After a full day on this, the pain was nearly gone - three days faster than the meds I took would do. It's gotten to where I can eat medium spicy food again and if I take two of these about three hours after, the symptoms stay minimal. This stuff has changed my life. I don't take it regularly and I don't go trying to see how far I can push inflammatory foods. I'm just saying that if I get a flare up, six doses over 48 hours let's me live instead of hibernate. Whoever invented this stuff has my sincere appreciation.

Works great for me!
Caused a tiny bit of indigestion at first, but then it was fine after several doses. I drank more water with it, or took it with food. One good thing though, at least when I had the indigestion, all I tasted was peppermint. Taken regularly, it has helped with food intolerances, and improved heartburn with other foods. I also take a good probiotic now, and feel great! I had a resection of the terminal ileum due to lymphoma, so certain foods, spices, or food changes can wreak havoc with my stomach- not now. I'd say 90% of the time, I have no issues now. This has really calmed my often irritable stomach. Highly recommend, and advise to try for several weeks to a month, esp if long-term issues.
