• √ Great Value - Processing the coolant can save more than 80%, the cooling effect is no less than the conventional water-cooled.
  • √ Working Safer - Gas processing chips are blown away, working safer; A lot of water problem solving tools, easier to clean up.
  • √ Save Time - Not only increases the machining cutting speed, save time and reduce processing costs and tool wear.
  • √ Easy To Use - Air flow and spray mist volume adjustable design, easier to use.
  • √ Widely Used - In the liquid without pressure output required to ensure that the air pressure in the range 5-7KGF / CM2.

My first mister was the Kool Mist brand mister, but I needed another one. I ordered a $15 one from eBay from China...it was the worst piece of crap I'd ever spent money on. It leaked everywhere. So I decided to look elsewhere and found this one, and boy, for less than $25, this thing is impressive. It's very well made, with 2 needle valves, it doesn't leak and works even better than my $80 Kool Mist. The only draw back is that it doesn't have a magnet, I had to mount it on a magnet that I had here. Not a big deal. The Kool Mist magnet is not strong enough anyway, so I was more than happy to put a strong neodymium magnet on this one. Great buy.

I just finished installing this on my CNC machine, and it is surprising well made. I actually disassembled the nozzle, and there is actually a feed hose inside the (china brand) loc-line, and a mixing head inside the tip. So instead of producing a aerosol mist, it producing little droplets of oil which is perfect IMHO. It also has a inline one-way flow valve inside the pickup tube to hopefully keep oil in the tube at all times, instead of letting it drain back into the reservoir. You have to supply your own air line, but I had some extra 8mm tubing lying around.

I've needed a misting system for my vertical mill for some time, couldn't justify the cost of one of the name brand units. I figured this was worth a shot. This unit works as well as the "big boys" for FAR less money. I've had no leaks in any of the tubing or the flex assembly. Very adjustable for air volume and mist density. I'll be going through far less WD40 now for machining aluminum. Seriously considering one for my small lathe. Big one has flood..

Amazing quality for the price. I'm actually surprised how well this air blaster is built. I'm debating buying a second one. I've purchased other nozzles but they weren't this nice.

Just installed the Mister, for the price I thought it was worth a try, the noga Mister which I was going buy $90+ bucks. The mister didn't come with a magnet, but I had a little Mighty Mag I fasten 1/8 plate to the mister got a 5/16 tube from home Depot .modifed a Quart jug and it works fine you can turn off the Mist and just use air.I don't feel bad about the China nock off because the noga I've seen at MSC for $124 and the noga in made in Israel. Happy Misting Back at the mill. anykey 59

It takes a very low volume / pressure to put a light film WD 40 film on end mill and machined aluminum part . Very little over spray because its so controlled with the two needle valves.

This is very nice, especially for the price! Extremely adjustable for both fluid and air flow. Work well at just 5psi. I tend to run it around 20 psi with great results. A few notes: * The description says 8mm air hose, but standard 5/16 O.D. Hose from the big box stores also fits perfect and is cheaper than 8mm hose online. * Non magnetic, but there are two mounting holes drilled through for attachment. You will need to fabricate a holder. * If you mount your reservoir above the nozzle you will have a siphon situation and your fluid will keep draining. * Make sure you tighten the lock nuts on the adjustment screws fairly tight our they will vibrate loose. The adjustment screws themselves will then vibrate open or closed as well.

This thing absolutely rocks. If it ever breaks I will immediately replace it. No more clouds of dust from the belt sander and metal doesn't lose its temper

For the price, I expected cheesy component and sloppy fit. Boy, was I surprised! this is a well-made device that I expect will outlast the shop tools that it will service. No air leaks, no fluid leaks. A heavy body that stays put. I am very happy with this purchase. Thank you.

I bought this mister as well as one that was cheaper. I think this one was around $18 and the other one was around $10. They both work, but I like this one better. It seems to be made well especially for the price. I got it set up and running quickly. I used some surplus 2 1/2 gallon plastic gas cans I had laying around for reservoirs. I also bought a gallon of kool mist 77 concentrate. The kool mist setup with one nozzle and a reservoir is around $200. My setup cost me $18 and it works!
