The best vegetarian taco filling
I have spent many hours trying and fine-tuning products and recipes for vegetarian taco filling in the style of ground meat. I have literally actually tried all the products on the market. All the meat-like crumbles. All the meat analogues, tweaked to be like ground beef (like crumbling Beyond Burgers and cooked with Mexican spices, onions and salsa. I've made my own vegetarian crumbles from scratch in a laborious, three=hour process. I'm kind of obsessed. If you have heard of a processed product or a recipe to try I guarantee you I've tried it. And this one is by far the best. Hands down. My only quibble (and it's a small one) is that it's a bit wetter than we typically like, but that's just our preference.
