Worked beautifully just now on my BMW. The wrench is strong enough that even extended I could stand on it and bounce a bit to loosen the bolts without problem. (A couple of days ago I bent a normal socket wrench when I but an extender on it to try to do the job.) It would be great if there a small addition at the bend to make it easier to stand on the wrench with more stability. Easy five stars, easy recommendation.

I was reluctant buying a "telescoping" wrench but was pleasantly surprised with the weight and strength of this product. When my factory lug wrench split for my Expedition, I tried several wreckers to find a replacement that would fit in the jack kit that came with the car but none of them could be bothered finding it. The dealer wanted a fortune and would only supply the entire kit-jack,wrench,case. This wrench is perfect, fits in the storage compartment and is a great price.

Follow-Up Review: Received this compact lug wrench weeks earlier. Was purchased to facilitate changing out the winter tires for conventional ones on our BMW 328i convertible. Here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: - Solid feel and quality fabrication. - Ball detent at the end firmly secures each socket. - Extension of torque rod is generous resulting in safe and efficient use. - Storage bag, although somewhat light weight, does the job. - Wrench fits nicely in the trunk of our BMW. - Sockets fit the deep recesses of the alum alloy wheels and still fully engage the lug nuts. - VERY ATTRACTIVE PRICING. - Angle of wrench supports exerting sufficient torque to remove and tighten lug nuts safely. - Quality, heat-treated steel did not bend nor show signs of resisting torque when used. Cons: NONE; All 4 winter tires w/wheels removed w/o any issues; replaced with run-flat tires/alloy wheels. (Submitted (again) by Husband.)

Very pleased with this lug wrench. Purchased to use on my 2004 Miata which has limited storage space in trunk The lug wrench for the car issued by Mazda was 8" long and provide little leverage for loosening tight lug nuts installed with a impact wrench at your tire shop. This EPAuto wrench make tight lug nut removal easy.

Make sure you get both sockets, first order only came with one. This item should include two sockets, giving you four different sizes. The tool itself is heavy and seems very sturdy, not cheaply made at all despite the low price. Two thumbs up.

This did work great to loosen the lug nuts on my Xterra, but the strength and durability of the sockets far exceeded my expectations. I used the sockets (with a short 3" extension) to loosen some extremely frozen, 15 year old, rusted bolts on my shocks. I had previously broken two socket wrenches, and sheared open at least one other socket on the frozen bolts, despite having soaked them in penetrating oil for a couple days prior. I then tried these sockets, figuring they were cheap and I really didn't have anything to lose. Amazingly they withstood the torque and force of myself standing and slightly jumping/bouncing on an 18" breaker bar with a 36"+ cheater bar/pipe on the end of the breaker bar. It was a lot of torque and I seriously thought these sockets would break and shear before the bolts would break loose, but they withstood the abuse. They are exceptionally strong and at an amazing value, that far exceeded my expectations! The sockets did eventually break the bolts/nuts loose and they showed no signs of damage or wear, I was truly impressed. The extendable wrench itself is also very strong. I actually tried to bend it to a 90 degree angle, to help me get better leverage, by pounding on it repeatedly with a sledge hammer. But as hard as I beat on it, the bar just wouldn't bend, I could hardly believe it. The thing just wouldn't bend, so I ended up just using the sockets with a short extension on a breaker bar. These sockets and the wrench put up with an incredible amount of abuse, that I'm sure they weren't designed for, and still performed incredible! These should easily stand up to the removal of any lug nuts, no matter how tight they are.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The quality of the sockets and lever are very good. You could pay double for a similar wrench. The telescoping handle gives you extra leverage to loosen stubborn bolts. The sockets are 6 point instead of 12 points which lessens the chance of rounding out the lug bolt. If I needed another lug wrench I would buy another one without batting an eye.

I had the standard traditional 4 lug wheel wrench. After some mechanics put the wheels on so tight I always needed a large hollow bar to get the lugs off. This is great, you simply extend the bar and push down to get that lug moving. Comes with 2 reversible lugs, giving your 4 size options. Get one for each car, put it in the trunk and hope you only need it during a nice warm day.

I purchased a pickup with after market tires and wheels. The factory lug wrench did not fit the 19mm lug nuts on the after market wheels. I almost didn't order this wrench due to the low cost. It had to be junk right? Wrong! This wrench is heavy duty and built to last. The bend angle is enough to allow the wrench to clear off road tires mounted on off set rims. The telescoping function creates great torque. This wrench is an amazing value. I recommend it highly.

Worked great for taking wheels off to replace brake pads. Quick and easy, good quality. Thought about getting a breaker bar based on reviews but this was perfect.
