Perfect for Ford Ranger

I purchased a used Leer canopy for my Ranger, which came with four clamps that were a poor fit and stuck out too far from the bed rail. These clamps are perfect. They fit in close and don't stick out in the way, the clamp pad is perfectly centered on the bed rail, and they are clearly more heavy duty than the old clamps. The picture is of new and old clamps, side by side. The only cons for me is that they did not offer them in black and they did not offer them in six packs (I always use six clamps on any canopy installation). But I have no complaints against the product itself. In looking at the reviews, it appears the only people rating them low is the people who bought the wrong size clamp and found they do not fit. I don't understand why people rate a product low when they are the ones who bought the wrong size!

These were a little pricy, but they fit our 2003 Toyota Tacoma camper shell perfectly. For years we had been using a cheap random-shape/size pack from the swap meet... they took a lot of effort to put on / take off as they didn't go underneath the bed's side quite right, and had to be angled in some cases. With these, they save a ton of time, and are the standard steel, so they should last awhile... and pay for themselves by reducing my time required. We'll definitely re-buy these in the future if the need ever arises again!

Works

Used it to clamp portable truck rack. Works great on my 2015 GMC Canyon. Since I use my truck rack only when I need to carry lumber, these set of clamps make it easy to install. Very sturdy.

Great for my ‘97 Ford Ranger

I used these to secure a bed topper to me 1997 Ford Ranger XLT regular cab with the long bed. They work great, we’re easy to install and seem well-made.

Secured the cap on the truck bed

The product worked as expected. The cap on the truck bed was loose due to original brackets breaking. These secured the cap and there are no concerns about it moving around. I would recommend this product

Fixed up my girlfriends Dad's truck

Yep, he had some locking plyers holding the cap down and he used his truck for his business, so this was an inexpensive fix. They fit perfect and were easy to work with.
