Healthy Munchies

I buy this for my son who is a long distance trucker and he is always very glad to have this assortment in his truck to grab when he feels his blood sugar might be getting low, or he's unable to eat at a regular time. Says he likes having this assortment to turn to.

Great assortment of candy.

I would definitely recommend this especially for smaller children. There wasn't many hard jolly ranchers, gum, mints or fireballs which was perfectly fine with me. We stuffed an average sized pinata and had lots left over.

So much candy!!!!

I got this for trick or treating at work. I LOVE that it came with such a variety of well know candy. A few came unwrapped, but that happens even with a normal bag. There really is something for everyone in this massive box. The price is fair as well. If you went to any local store and got a large bag (27 oz = 1.6 lbs) for normally $10. By the time you buy 6 bags you could have gotten 2 of these. The value is WELL worth it.

About Me: I have placed 391 orders containing 429 items totalling $13,040.55 on Amazon. I rarely review products unless I am weirdly surprised by quality or annoyed by the lackthereof. The 11.25 pound box of mixed candy came in a 16" long, 7" tall, and 10" wide box filled to the top. The candy assortment seems fair and only contains brands I am familiar with. No offbrands were in my box. I've tried a handful to see if they were fresh and each was soft and pleasant. The 1 bag of skittles was a bit on the firm side but still ok. I am unclear why so many people reviewed this product so poorly. Either they have quality control issues or the bad reviews are paid for by a competitor. I will note that it would be possible to save a few bucks by buying a bunch of large mixed bags to make your own assortment. However, if you're ordering this product like I am it is because you're ok paying a company to do that work for you. I avoid searching for the candy I want in a store filled with people that I would to drive to. I rather have it mixed and delivered to me. It is important to recognize that this product (and every other on Amazon) can be sold and sent to your home in 2-days because they do make a profit. If you don't like business, best get to hand making your own candy.

I ordered 3 bags of candy from 3 different places for trick or treating this year (we are supposed to get a lot of kids), and this was by far the best purchase. I got the most for my money with this bag and the candy all seems fresh and good! Nice selection as well. I would order again.

Pleasantly Surprised

At first I was initially concerned as the box was smaller than I had anticipated, so I wondered if I had received all fifty of the items promised in the description. But after picking up the box, I discovered it was quite weighty for its size, and after opening the box, and counting the items, I did, indeed, receive all fifty. I would not say that the items were "healthy" ( I had read the reviews from others saying the same thing BEFORE I ordered, so I had an idea about this beforehand and it didn't bother me). The selection for our household was AWESOME, and my husband and our three children agreed that it's a winner and that we need to order it again after finishing this box. Such a great variety of the bigger brands as well as a sprinkling of items of some organic-type, smaller companies. I also think that the box was a good value because it provides such a varied assortment that appeals to many types of people who like different flavors and textures.

Fantastic care package for a new mom!!

Everything in this is extremely fresh, nothing is broken or damaged, and it's a fantastic variety. I bought this for labor/postpartum snacks and it's seriously perfect for that! Lots of really healthy choices I can eat while holding my newborn, plus a couple of treat type choices to satiate the sweet tooth! The inclusion of fiber one products was a godsend, as this mama forgot to buy stool softeners for after my home birth. Those did the trick and were therefore much appreciated!!
