Perfect for my preteen

I purchased this for my 10 year old son who struggles with anxiety and nervous habits. They are small, made to fit in one hand and use your thumb to fiddle with. I like it better than the fidget cubes that are floating around, the shape is more comfortable (the video game controller look of it was really just a cute bonus, don't get it thinking that it is the size of an actual game controller!) I think they would work fine for an adult, my husband and I both tried it out and it was comfortable to use, I could see how it would be relaxing if you struggle with anxiety. The quality is as expected for the price, both are in good working order but are constructed of cheap plastic. I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't last a terribly long time. But my intention was simply to give him the opportunity to try out a variety of fidget options, and this one certainly packed quite a few in! I haven't given it to him yet, but it really isn't important if he likes it or not, that will be different for everyone. The key to finding a fidget tool that works for you or your child is to try a bunch out, so stick with the cheaper ones until you find the right fit. If he loves this, I would buy a few more as backups or look for a higher quality fidget tool that has similar features. I definitely recommend this set to see if any of the fidget actions help without spending a lot of money.

Very satisfied, pleasantly surprised

I'm a fidgeter, fidget devices are a life-saver for me; they've helped me get over nervous vaping (expensive habit!) and finger chewing, among other things. I've gone through 2 fidgets in a year's time and I happened across these by accident but I was in need of a new one to replace my cheaply made fidget cube so I bought this 2-pack. This has exceeded my expectations, better manufactured than the cube and evidently of higher quality. It's missing the ball-bearing of my cube but makes up for it with 3 independent "rollers" and replaces the "smooth" side of the cube with a textured corner that I actually prefer, not to mention a spring-loaded "throttle" that I also enjoy. Excellent value for the price paid since I now have 2. I must also give a nod to the manufacturer for including the SNES controller button colors on one of them, although I prefer the blue. Ultimately, the most satisfying of the features is the spinning disc on the backside of the thumbstick, and the switch behind the buttons is also much more gratifying than the similar feature on the cube. I will probably buy another pack just so I have them when I wear these 2 out. Thanks for superior product.

Cool Toy

Keeps hands busy, like holding an old familiar (video) friend. Comfortable, nice edges for hand massage.

Cool toy to distract

I got these for me and my boyf. Something to play with to calm you down or distract. I like the clicky buttons where the abxy buttons would be. These are better than the fidget spinners imo.
