Didactic Globe !!!

This globe is really more than what I expected. Print on globe is so clear that I can read even the smallest word very easily. Capital of most of the countries are included indicating by a star in a circle. Furthermore, major big cities of the country are also included. Color of the globe is bright and appealing. This globe is really educational and more information on about countries and their locations can be known. I really like its night mode. With LED light turned on, the constellations are displayed. Descriptions on constellations can be found in guidebook which comes along with a globe. The globe stands on an attractive steel base with a switch on it. Size of switch is also in coherence with the globe. It is small enough to match the size of globe. In this dual mode globe; during day time, world is being displayed with information as I mentioned above and during night time, constellations get displayed with pleasing night mode provided that the LED is turned on through switch. I love this globe.

Choose this Globe over the others

There are lots of light-up-globes, and when I was looking for one last year, I couldn't figure out which one to get, so I went with the best seller at the time. That was February 2017, and that globe is still the best seller. But I really didn't love it - it definitely looked and felt like a plastic toy. I'm so much happier with this globe - with has the feel and finish of the sort of globe I had in my classroom in elementary school. The constellation feature at night is great. And beautiful. But more important to me is that this actually looks and feels like a nice globe, and so many of the others feel like toys. See my picture for the side-by-side of this globe vs the one I bought last year. They are in different leagues quality-wise, and I feel that this globe is worth the higher price.

I was looking something to decorate my room with, and this is a perfect thing. You get a globe with that glows and has different constellations with description. The bulb can be replaced easily and the stand is also very durable. The globe also has cities labeled in it so very informative for adults and kids.

Lights up!

This globe is very nice. I’ve always wanted a glove and when I found out they made light up globes I had to have it. The colors on this globe are bright and vibrant, it includes the Capitol of every country and it is full size. It doesn’t look kiddy. I feel it looks very nice and sophisticated on display. But the best part is that it lights up!! The constellation display is so much fun to look it. A booklet with descriptions of the constellations is included and I have a lot of fun looking through the book and at the globe. I think think this is a fun item for people of all ages and I’ve had fun showing it off to house guests.

USA TOYZ 3-IN-1 ILLUMINATED WORLD GLOBE IS REALLY NICE!! The quality is great and it is very sturdy with a beautiful chrome base. It has a night light and can be used to light up your kids room. It has an entire illustrated constellation map with all 88 constellations on it. It also has a complete star map on it. This is in addition to a easy to view map of the world. This product is educational as well as fun. I bought it for my daughter who is a school teacher so she can use it in her classroom. The children are so impressed with it and want to learn everything they can about the world. Instead of a toy buy this for your child so they can learn something. Great purchase!!

Easy to read, colorful and educational

I purchased this for my 9 yr old granddaughter to help along at home with her learning geography. The states and countries are outlined to show their boundaries and shows the capitals marked with a star for easy reference. The colors on the globe are vivid and colorful and the print is very easy to read even when the globe is not illuminated.The base is heavy to prevent the globe tipping over- even with a 2 yr old wanting to spin the globe. In the evening we turn on the light and the constellations appear, there is an included guide to help you learn more about them.I really enjoy this feature as we live in an area where we cannot see the stars very often due to city lights. Overall this is a wonderfully constructed globe and will get much use with the 4 grandchildren over the years. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Awesome!!!

This globe was so cool!!! I bought it for my 13 year old son who LOVES maps. He is really enjoying it, but to my surprise my 16 year old, who is also a map fan, loved it too. I had never seen a globe that changes from “globe” to the constellations, it really looks nice at night time. My son used to have all his lights off when he went to bed, but now, he keeps this on all night. It really is a cute little globe. Would definitely buy another one.

Best present...

This was a gift for my 9 year old who has been asking for a globe and also loves astronomy. The globe is a good starter one for any kid, it names all countries, capitals and mayor cities. We love the fact that can be plug and use also as a cool lamp, while you learn about the constellations. It includes a booklet with name of the constellations, descriptions and the best month to be seen, my boy loved this cause he also owns a telescope and this is a great guide. This globe is great for the whole family we all love it. The quality is excellent I would definitely recommend this product.

Very Cool!

Say what you will but this Globe is cool. The design and craftsmanship is excellent. With the light off, the constellations show through the skin of the globe and is very cool idea. My daughter loves it, a lot. I think she was more excited about this globe than she was about anything else she received this year. Very good product.
