I bought an Ikea table for my daughter's bedroom to use as a computer stand, but since she uses a laptop and moves from desk to chair to other chair, I thought casters would be a great addition to allow her to slide it around the room as needed. Since the Ikea table wasn't very costly, I didn't want to spend a fortune on wheels and was pleased to find these casters from Bayite. I just finished installing them and everything works perfectly :) They are nice and sturdy, and roll well. We have no need for the brakes, but as stated, they only lock the wheel so if you push the table it will move like anything else you push on a floor or carpet - sorry no magical stationary system here, you may need to bolt your items to the floor if you are looking for something that remains stationary while receiving force.

Built like Tanks and smooth as silk

Extremely good fit and finish. Look and roll like they would last a life time. On the sad side which doesn't affect the ratting, they were too big for my application but will stay packed away until I can use them on something else. So be sure to know what you are getting. The area that was too big for my application was the swivel, they did not have room enough to swivel a full 180 especially the one with the brake. For the right application I doubt that better constructed ones of the same size could be found without paying 10 times the cost of these. Highly them for any HD application that has the room for them.

These are nice wheels. They're better than the quality I'd find at a local national chain buy they're also smaller than I'd be able to find there. I was looking to put wheels on the bottom of an antique chest to use it as a faux coffee table and height was a concern so I went with these. I couldn't even find them locally. They are small though. Smaller than I expected. I probably would have purchased the 1.5" if I had it in hand at time of purchase & the difference would've been barely noticeable but these worked nicely. They're sturdy and they lock which I love.

Top bang for the buck ~

Good price, good pack, fast ship. These are top quality casters with rock-solid frames, tight tolerance bearings and races, smooth-as-silk articulation, and quiet wheels/tires. The brakes are easy to apply and release, and hold the wheels like a vise. The mounting holes are elongated (oval shape), allowing a bit of wiggle room regarding choice of mounting fasteners. This is the only area where a bit of thought is required, to choose the optimum wood screw or nut/bolt/washer combination. The heads and shafts of the fasteners must fall into a very specific size range in order to get the tight, durable mounting that these casters deserve. Don't try to use the wrong size screws and/or nuts and bolts. Highly recommended for quality of craftsmanship and load bearing capacity. Well worth the asking price.

Tiny but sufficient

These things are tiny just like the picture next to the quarter shows. I mounted these to the bottom of a 2'x3' board (3/4" thick). I needed a dolly to move my rv air conditioner around the garage easier. The unit is 110 lbs and these little casters handled the job perfectly! I'm sure there's a ratio on how much these wheels will hold based on any area measurement. However, for my application they hold with no issues.

Worked perfectly! Added to the bottom of a space saving Ikea table. I can move it easily and the breaks are great so it doesn’t move when I’m eating at it! Bought 2 packed, needed 6 wheels

These little babies have exceeded my expectations

These little casters are top notch in quality, with a very substantial feel and smooth roll. The 1" low profile design was perfect for elevating storage baskets I keep in the bathroom off the floor, not only making accessing the contents easier, but keeping the bottom of the baskets dry and enabling them to be rolled out when cleaning the bathroom. For the wicker baskets, my boyfriend made a little dolly out of wood on which to mount the casters onto, and for the galvanized box, the casters were glued directly to the bottom. So far these little babies have exceeded my expectations.

Small but perfect for my project.

Perfect for what I needed it for. I wanted to put wheels on an old entertainment center. (One of the short small ones) to turn into a movavle Lego table for me some. These worked perfectly. Small enough not to raise it too tall and sturdy enough to hold it up. Just a warning to people wanting this for something large. Dont get these, they are small. All four fit in my hand and im a 5'4" woman with pretty smallish hands. I love them, but they will not be what you are looking for if you need large ones

Very nice quality.

Wasn't sure what to expect because these are so well priced compared to many others. They arrived this morning - 2 days after I ordered them. They are very nice quality and the braking mechanism is quite heavy duty. I purchased them to attach to my PA subwoofer and they work great. The subwoofer is 90lbs so these are more than adequate weight wise. The ball bearing swivel movement is nice and smooth.. ..only time will tell if they hold up over time - but so far so good!! One added thing I have noticed - not that big a deal.. they are a little noisy compared to others I have used. Still nice quality though.
