I used 1/2" clear tubing to wrap ID tags around electrical cables (14/3 SJOOW size). The heat shrink tubing worked as expected and shrank down very clear and smooth. The tubing also remains quite flexible once at its final size.

I wanted a way to add protection and gription to my drum mallets. This product worked very well and I like the sheen of the clear covering. I used the 3/4 inch tubing on both 1/2" mallets (with rubber tips) and also the thicker yarn tipped mallets. On some of those, the diameter of the stick was smaller than 1/2" and the tubing shrunk down nicely as well. I used a heat gun and it took about a minute to shrink the tubing on the mallets.

Have a couple Motorola EP 450 radios. Antenna's rubber-like material cracks over time, becoming useless. With this material, saved several $ in new antennas. Old ones will give extra years of performance.

Worked great, used it on my patio table umbrellas on the poles. Got tired of them getting scratched up at the table hole and the stand. Purchased the 2 inch all black no writing on it and it blends in with the satin black poles.

I use shrink wrap to secure 4 pin 5050 LED strip connectors to small LED control boards and this product work perfectly. I set my heat gun to it's max setting and in a minute or so and the strip connector is secured to the control board. I am a very satisfied customer.

This shrinks very quickly and uniformly with my Wagner Heat Gun. The stated shrink ratio of 2:1 is about right. Good stuff.

I MAKE LAMPS FROM DISCARDED BOTTLES AND JARS. I HAVE TO THREAD THE LIGHT WIRE THRU THE HOLE I DRILLED IN THE BOTTLE TO COME OUT THE NECK. NEITHER THE PLUG NOR LIGHT SOCKET WILL FIT THROUGH THE HOLE. SO I HAVE TO CUT THE WIRES APART AND THEN REJOIN THE WIRES. THEN I TWIST THE WIRES TOGETHER, PUT ON THE SHRINK TUBE WHICH IS CUT FROM THE 100' SPOOL THEN SOLDER ALL WIRES TOGETHER PULL THE SHRINK TUBE INTO PLACE OVER THE UNION. I USE A HEAT GUN TO SHRINK THE TUBE. THIS TUBING IS A 2/1 AND WORKS PERFECTLY AS I HAVE TWO WIRES ON ONE SIDE AND ONE WIRE ON THE ON THE SIDE OF THE UNION. THE LAMP, ONCE FINISHED IS SAFE FROM CAUSING AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK OR BECOME A FIRE HAZARD, SHOULD THE BOTTLE BE DROPPED AND BROKEN. NOTE: NOTICE THE ALLIGATOR CLIPS ON MY SOLDER STATION. THE JAWS ARE SERRATED SO I USED SHRINK TUBE TO COVER THE LOWER AND UPPER JAWS AND WA LA PROBLEM SOLVED. I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED MY SECOND REEL OF 100' 2/1 SHRINK TUBE AND I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT COMPLETELY

This is exactly what I needed. Having to go through and re-identify the white wire of about 150 twisted shielded pair cables so they meet a black and red color code I started looking for red shrink tubing. My options seemed really limited since either I couldn’t find it small enough to shrink down on an 18AWG wire, or it had the adhesive inside and the thickness would have made it too large for the labels that were going to be placed on the wire. I thought I’d try this since the price was really reasonable and with the 100’ roll I could cut off the various lengths I needed without having to waste a lot like I would have with the other products I’d seen available only in 3’ and 6’ lengths. This stuff shrinks down and holds onto the wire just fine. It also doesn’t add a lot of girth so I’m able to reuse the wire tags which is going to save me a LOT of time.

This heatsink is professional quality. Shrinks down as advertised, durable and yet easy to work with prior to applying heat. I used the 6mm for my custom 4mm banana plugs I build for my RC hobby and also for just about anything else in the lab. This shrink is top notch!

Fast shipping, good product, exactly what I needed, excellent price. I build a lot of custom cables and use heat shrink tubing for color coding them. This size is perfect for smaller install cables. I'll be back for more.
