So this covers the Ball Heads, Ground Pedestal, and Cold Shoe adapter. Ball Heads OK to support small lighting accessories as well as pedestals with cold shoe adapter to hold reflectors and diffusers for close up Macro work low down. A must have if you are going to accessorize your rig. Just plain useful!!! I use the center 1/4-20 screw to mount them. The two little screws aren't needed for my application. Love them!

Bought for mounting a flash at the top of the lens hood which allows an unimpeded flash for wildlife photography. Work very well! I now have no shadow at the bottom of the shot.
