Amazing Knives!

We ordered these, a set of 12, and they are amazing! They are very appealing to the eye. They are balanced with a keen blade and comfortable to hold. The blades are of surgical steel, they are sharp, and cut the meat effortlessly. I chose these because of their look, and that they are not held together with rivets that fall apart after a short period of time. These are very well made. And the best part? They are made in America! A rarity these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great steak knife!

Quality at a reasonable price

In my humble opinion, the most important tool in any kitchen is a quality set of knives. I had no reservations in spending hundreds of dollars on a set of J.A. Henckels for my utility knives, knowing that they will last far past my natural lifetime. I do not apply the same standard to table knives but expect a level of quality that feels substantial, holds an edge, balanced and will not rust without costing a kings ransom. I am suspicious of many reviews due to the fact that so many reviewers are paid or given free products for an exceptional review, thus had some reservations considering the number of overwhelming positive reviews. These knives exceeded my expectations. They are extremely well crafted, perfectly balanced and tear through a steak like a rabid badger. As an added bonus, they match my Henckels so well that I placed them in the same knife block for display on my counter,

Great knives

I bought these about a month ago to replace a set of ginsu steak knives as 3 of them broke at the handle. I needed 6 but decided to buy just 1 box of 4 first and try them out first. I was very impressed with them, they are a good weight and look great. I never put my sharp knives in the dishwasher as that dulls knives and causes spots and corrosion, so these knives have never been in the dishwasher and still look as good as they did when I first got them and I use them daily. I was so happy with them that I just ordered a second set of 4 . You won’t regret buying these knives as long as you keep them out of the dishwasher and just take a couple minutes to hand wash them instead.

Great knife set

So far so good. I’ve priced and looked at other steak knives and have not been happy with them. These knives are exactly as described. They cut everything very well without tearing from tomatoes to steaks. I have put them in the dishwasher several times and they come out just like new. Dishwasher safe is a big plus for me. Most of the other knife sets say they are not dishwasher safe. I’m very happy with the cost, quality, and performance of these knives

Finally, a steak knife that really cuts steak with ease

My best steak knives were lost by a moving company. I've bought several other brands which didn't cut a steak like I was use to. Now I have these and could squeal like a pig, so happy. I realize it's just a steak knife, but it's so nice to have a set that really does the job. I quickly sliced up a raw steak for fajitas with ease, trimming it also. Last night we had steak on the grill and again, cut easily and no tearing. My search is done. Bought two sets right away because of reviews. No regrets, very pleased.

Superb quality, sharp, nice design

I have been looking for a good set of knives and there are so many made cheaply that I am often disappointed when I get them home. The complete opposite is true with these knives. They are made extremely well, and I expect they will last for years and years. It is not often anymore to find such well-made products, but these knives are it. Great look and design.

Another little pleasure in life done well

Best steak knife I've ever used at home. Glad I ordered two. Great weight, heavier than the typical knife, but still light enough that it's still just a knife that you don't have to think about and not some object trying to take over the meal. The one piece metal construction is clean, so no cracks or connections where bits of food or juice can penetrate. The knives are still new for me, and the sharpness is delightful. Yes, it's a small thing, but what an amazing time we live in when this kind of crafted object arrives at your door in a day or two for a price that so many of us notice barely, if at all.

These continue to be an excellent buy

UPDATE: I looked this order up to update it after having these knives over a year. They're still beautiful and are sharp as a razor. Yes, I'd buy another set in a minute if I needed more knives. Nice knives! I have a small hand, my partner, a large hand. We both liked the feel of the knife in our hands. Good heft and balance. Nicely shaped handle with a blade large and sharp enough cut quickly and cleanly. Stylish, too. I'm glad I took the chance on buying these over those of better known names. And yes, I'd buy 4 more. Thanks!

Wonderful knives and a great vendor

Wonderful knives and a great vendor. I did not buy these for steak cutting only--I also bought them for other cutting, like bread. Knife is very natural to hold and does not shred like other knives. I could not believe I could get such quality knives at a low price, compared to other brands. But the Amazon reviews proved correct once again. Also a great vendor (EPI). Shipping was quick, and packaging was great.
