Excellently laid out, with a zippered panel to keep your things from falling out of one side. Greatest aspect of this suitcase (aside from being hard-sided to protect things and easy to handle with its caster wheels) is that it's lightweight. We have another one that is so much heavier, and despite that, the outer shell still cracked on first use. I love this suitcase. No complaints. Keep em coming, Amazon.

Worked great, dragged all over Spain and Portugal across the cobblestones and on 4 flights and 2 trains and it held up great. My 3 year old daughter rode on top of it the whole time too :)

Great luggage!!! Have traveled several times with this suitcase to Utah, Florida, Texas & Mexico via plane. No dings or damages. Is very large for my husband & I to share in order to cut cost with 1 checked bag. Be careful though as it can hold enough to go over the weight limit for standard luggage on planes. We went through 2 other soft luggage sets before buying this & what a great difference this suitcase has made!!! Will buy another one if this one wears out. Love this suitcase for big vacations!!!!! We bought orange to stand out at airport. For the bad reviews, I’d say the airport staff likely was unnessarily rough causing the damage out of negligence! If your luggage falls off of the moving trailer or gets intentionally damaged by airport staff then you should report to the airlines. I know the staff must move fast, but should not intentionally cause damage out of laziness/anger either. We have flown Southwest & Spirit w/ this luggage. It seems EVERY time I Fly American I get luggage damage, maybe it’s the airline.

Okay I never write product reviews but this luggage is the BOMB . Example: we just got pack from three weeks in Ukraine for our adoption, it is the dead of winter there. Very cold, very wet, very miserable. We never stayed in the same place more then three nights so we were dragging that luggage through the snow and slush, onto trains, off of trains, jammed into car trunks and slid across floors, constantly being packed and unpacked, zipped and unzipped. Suffice to say this luggage got a whole lot of action in three weeks. The wheels handled the snow perfectly, the zippers were sturdy and solid, and the hard back casing kept everything dry from the snow, rain, and standing water. Very reliable suitcase. It's just nice to know when your traveling that ya got something reliable ya know? 11/10 would totally buy again.

Went on a trip to Europe and I was surprised how well this held up. It's really light and only got a few scuffs, which I expected. I love the wide range of color selection.

Can't beat this suitcase for the price. I compared it against ones from other sites (eBags, etc.) and I couldn't find any that were in this price range and had features like this one. All the ones with features like this were more than double the price. Then it arrived and I loved the quality!! I wouldn't recommend this luggage for someone who is a weekly airline traveler but if you go a few times per year, this will do the trick. The largest size (28") will fit your extremely large items but be careful on the overall weight limit as it is a big bag and you could easily exceed the airlines 50 lb limit if you stuff it full. Yet another AmazonBasics winner!!

I have used it twice. It was soooooooo over packed and it is a bit expandable. It is absolutely huge but I was going from Chicago to California both times and had no issues with checking it in. It was HEAVY! Not the suit case - that is light - I packed it with tons of stuff! I have no dents on it. Maybe I am the lucky one but I love this - especially when I go oversees this year it will be perfect.

This is 2nd bag from Amazon stable that we bought and we absolutely love these. My wife and I both think that they are better than the Samsonite bag we bought from a big retailer. We have taken these on international trips (on a 30 hour journey across the world) a couple of times and to some roadtrips as well. These are good with a pretty good design to minimize space wastage when packing stuff. You cant beat the price at this quality.

So I know I wasn't buying a samsonite or delsey but realistically I've worked for airlines and know what happens to your luggage. My previous big suit case ate it after going through snow and ice so I needed a new one for here in LA on other trips. I chose to go with a hard case because like I mentioned I used to work for an airline and know that if you have a hard case the likelihood of damage is less than with soft. I wasn't expecting much from the reviews but was surprised to see at the quality of this thing, it seems sturdy enough, wheels all work and it's easy to maneuver when you get out of baggage claim and surprisingly not that heavy-I packed for a month in LA and this wasn't to hard for me to chuck into the SUV. I'm waiting to see how it does in the ice and snow but so far it's held up to trips in LA and Maui.

The jury is out on long term durability, but I would guess this will last a very long time. The case I got was the correct one, but I was startled at the size. Read the dimensions because these all the sizes are large cases and you may not need the largest one. The shell is made of a semi rigid, shock absorbing plastic material. It seems much less likely to crack than a fully rigid case. The wheels run very smoothly, and it's quite easy to roll on all for or leaned over on two wheels. Not a lot of pockets, pouches or frill on the inside, just a ton of room. The ingenious expanding material that the zipper runs through will give you that extra inch or so to get the overstuffed case closed. AmazonBasics products seem to be priced right and of good quality. I can't imagine getting a much sturdier product by paying more to a luggage marketer.
