Great quality and durable

These are awesome! I bought them to wear while driving to keep the sun off my arms. I deliver mail and this really helps keep my arms from becoming sunburned. I also wear them when I exercise outside. They are not hot and do an excellent job of protecting my arms. I purchased two pairs, black and blue. I am so impressed with these that I plan to order two more sets. I keep one pair in my car at all times. They are extremely durable yet comfortable. I have washed them once and they have not faded or shrunk. I did wash them on delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag and I hung them up to dry instead of putting them in the dryer. They are of great quality and very durable. I believe these will last me a long time. I felt these were one of the best arm sleeves on Amazon.

They have good stretch and hopefully will last me long time

Wish I had gotten these months ago when Dr first told me to stay out of the sun due to Lupus. I had been throwing on long sleeve shirts everytime I ran outside. These feel cooling on your arm. You can really stretch these high on your arm and I can wear most if my t-shirts again, yeah! You can put your thumb in or out of the hole to pull the sleeve down. For some reason that feels uncomfortable only on one hand. They have good stretch and hopefully will last me long time. Very happy. I got the 3 pack.

I've Bought Many Brands -- These Are My Favorite

I have bought MANY sun-protection sleeves and gloves. These are the best. The material is thick (thus it truly blocks the sun) and yet it doesn't leave you feeling any warmer than thinner-made brands. The sleeves are also stretchy, but hold their shape, even after multiple washings. Lastly, they're much cheaper than some of the better known brands, such as Outdoor Research. I hope this company succeeds, and keeps its prices reasonable so that happy customers like me will continue to buy their products.

Great for sun protection and would order again!

Loving these for sun protection! I have been using the flesh toned pair so far. They really do have somewhat of a "cooling" effect and also compressive. I am a 5' 6 1/2" woman with average arms. They reach all the way up to under my armpits and although snug, not too tight. However, on a really hot day with lots of sweat I am glad for the sun protection, but also glad when I can take them off if that makes sense. I see the white ones getting dirty pretty quickly, but maybe staying cooler and looking "crisp". The black might be more for Fall or early Spring. Since I haven't used these two colors yet, not sure if I would order them again, but I do LOVE the flesh ones as hard to tell you have on at first glance.

Sleeve stays in place, Comfortable fit

The arm compression sleeve is very comfortable and is a good fit. The elastic at the top is a catch 22 - it can get slightly uncomfortable after a while but it's precisely what keeps the sleeve in place. Other sleeves I've purchased haven't stayed in place for very long and I'd find myself having to continuously pull them up. With this ShinyMod sleeve the elastic keeps the sleeve in place quite well. I would definitely purchase this product again. For all the skeptics out there…

I work outside for a living and needed something to keep me cool and protect my arms from the sun. These are much better quality than I expected, and perform much better than I could've imagined. I was skeptical of wearing long sleeves in the sun as a strategy to stay cool, but couldn't have been more wrong. I dip my arms in the pool to add to the cooling effect. I keep five pairs of these in my truck just in case I forget them at home. They are now essential for me to do my job. Not having them is like forgetting sunglasses on a bright day.

A Pleasant Surprise

I was very skeptical of wearing anything on my arms when playing golf (3-4 time/week) to shield me from the sun. I thought it would be too hot and uncomfortable. I am absolutely amazed by these sleeves. It felt like my arms were air conditioned. They are vey light and comfortable after you get use to them, only about 3-4 holes. Playing golf in CA year round, you have to have some protection, and I'm sold on these sleeves. Can't say enough good things about them. As for delivery, they were sent and delivered on time. Deliver mail without getting sun burned

I purchased these arm sleeves to protect my arms from the sun while delivering mail. I must say they are perfect! The color is rich, fit is long, and the material feels really good against my skin. Great investment!!

does what its supposed to do

I LOVE to garden and work in my back yard and hot weather can be a bit much. I realized going to the beach how uneven my skin color is on different parts of my body. My forearms are extremely dark (I have the farmers tan) and the rest of me is pretty fair. I would say mainly because I work in t-shirts. Occasionally the tank tops come up when it's super hot, but that is another issue. Anyway, I thought this would keep my arms from getting sunburned and darker. So they were easy to put on (similar to putting on pantyhose) you have to scrunch them up and pull them on... the upper band was a little tight on my out-of-shape flabby arms BUT not uncomfortable... I was able to pull them up to fit underneath the edge of my t-shirt short sleeve. I worked in them all day in the hot sun. They did NOT make me hot or sweaty but rather kept that part of my body cool. I felt a little more protected as well from shrubs, etc. even though they were not specifically made for that. At the end of the day... NO SUNBURN no extra dark forearms and no messing with sticky sunscreen. They really do the trick. Keep you cool, protect your skin from the sun AND they are comfortable. What more can you ask for? They were a great price and I will be wearing them religiously to protect my skin out in the garden. Thank you to the people that think up these things!

Allergic to the sun? living in Arizona? these are a lifesaver

I live in Arizona and I’m allergic to the sun so I needed something that would cover as much of my arms believe my fingers free and be extremely cool. I was shocked at how well these worked and how they cut my arm is extremely cool I don’t like the beige I’ll be honest I ordered a pair of black ones because the beige that dirty extremely quick. Also I have tattoos and you can see them through the sleeves so I wouldn’t recommend these for covering up your tattoos for work but as far as to protect your tattoos from the sun these are amazing. I have an 18 inch by bicep I’m chubby so I was scared they wouldn’t fit but they do and they don’t fall down
