Great for truckers

I got this for my sister who is a trucker and she really likes it. She was bringing her laptop with her on the road all the time and using it to watch movies. But she has a smartphone for web access so she really doesn't need to lug the laptop around and plus this is a much cheaper investment than a laptop. If a piece of equipment was to get lost or damaged, I would rather it be this than the thousand-dollar laptop, you know what I mean? It's also more compact. She says that it is easy to use and the picture is very clear and she is really enjoying it so far.

Very durable

This thing is great. It has taken a serious beating from my 2 year old and keeps on playing. She has dropped it, thrown it, carried it around by the screen, and stood on it. No problem. It's simple enough for aw year old to learn to use, very portable, and a great buy.

EXCELLENT and WONDERFUL SELLERS!!!

I just want to say 1st that this seller was the nicest seller I have ever dealt with. They were very good people!!! So what happened was I bought this DVD player and it played dark, the picture was very dark. I played with the settings but no use. So I had posted a review but didnt say anything to the seller, there was no button to contact them and I just took the loss. I was upset. But this seller was having none of that. She wrote to me and she tried to help me change the settings. It didnt work and with out hesitation she sent me a working DVD player. Its just not often that people really care, she really did. And the DVD player she sent me works! God bless caring people like her. we do not see them often enough. So my review for this item is that the DVD player works wonderfully, and you are buying from a seller that cares about her buyers. Thank you!!!

I like that it has an SD card slot so that ...

I'm giving 5 stars because this little player has more features than the one I was using before. I like that it has an SD card slot so that I can look at my digital camera photos. I also like how I don't have to use the remote in order to control it. It's really a nice little player for the money, if you're not looking to spend a lot. I've watched maybe 10 movies on it now. They only thing that might be a problem is that it does seem to run noisier than I was used to with my last player, but with headphones in, I don't notice it. The volume level is great with headphones. I haven't tried the USB port yet. I'm pretty satisfied with it so far.

I love the way it can be used while lying in bed.

Very nice DVD player, I love the way it can be used while lying in bed, the display can be moved in a number of ways. I can even just put a DVD and listen to a movie with the screen closed while resting and doing something else. I keep it plugged in at all time indoors.. Now I did use it outside twice and the battery life was good up to 2 hours. The sound is great with your own headphone, not the cheap ones that it comes with! The picture is great for such an affordable item. I own two of them already =)

Great customer service!!

Just received!! I opened the undamaged box and there is scratches all over the screen!! Extremely disappointed!! Other than that it worked fine! But for the price I'm sending it back! Thinking about reordering to see if hopefully I can receive a undamaged screen! Will follow up with review, once issue is resolved!! Update within hours!! I was contacted by customer service and there was a screen protector on it, It was extremely hard to see and take off!! Luckily eventually I was able to do so. So far I'm digging the DVD player and customer service !! Thank you!!

I ordered this DVD player because we were going on a 8 hour car ride and I knew that my 7 year old would love it. I LOVE this product. The quality is really good. I charged it before we left and we had zero issues with the battery while driving. He watched a movie two times in a row (no judgement please haha) and it still had battery left! I love that it comes with a car charger and wall charger. The picture quality is great and I love that it swivels and can even fold up. I have zero complaints about it. Highly recommend this product!

To my bad luck the player received was not working properly

I bought this as a Christmas present. To my bad luck the player received was not working properly. It played the music CDs but not the DVDs. It had a factory glitch on the DVD reader and it stayed showing "LOADING" all the time and never played. I contacted the support dept. for the device and they were very responsive and helpful. They gave me a few suggestions to try to see if the player would start working but it never did. Without hesitation the support dept. sent me a brand new DVD player. The new one worked perfectly. When I made my choice to buy this player one of the main things that helped me make the choice was the positive reviews(4.5+ stars). We know that even high rated/quality products sometimes can come defective, but, when this happens, it is the customer support response that makes the difference. I give it 5 stars.
