Good Price. Works Great.

Bought on Amazon because I have 2 Arlo cameras and the basic base station became unreliable. Arlo's support was hard to work with. Ended up easier to simply replace the base station.

These cameras are fantastic. I let them run out of power though

These cameras are fantastic. I let them run out of power though, and was going on an extreme purge.... threw the base station out, not connecting "Netgear" to "Arlo".... had to buy a second base station! My old one was several years old though, so this one was an upgrade :)

Outstanding home security system!

A trusted friend recommended this system. I felt it was a little pricey but ordered the 4-camera system. Setup was a breeze! I monitored it for a few days and decided to add three more cameras and another base. I love the fact I get emails for every "Person" activation. The quality of the video is superb. Well done, Arlo!

Pros: -the camera has great picture-sound is clear -the siren would make even a navy seal pee his pant a little-the motion detection updates or message that goes to your phone is instantaneous. -The night vision tech is pretty impressive -This is also the only camera system that doesn't charge an additional fee for storage. -anything that's captured can be saved within 7 days otherwise its deleted Cons: -The setup is easy but I had trouble syncing the camera ...videos online helped me out so not a huge deal just annoying -The two way convo is like a walkie talkie and there is about a 2 second delay between talking and the person at the door hearing you -Also if you are talking you can't hear the other person at all it... so yes its two way talk but its really just a fancy walkie talkie -overall a worth while investment for a little home security and I would recommend this over anything else on the market as you really do get the most bang for your buck...its not perfect but it is pretty darn good.

Upgrade!

The original base station sucked! Kept losing the signal, had to constantly reset it. This new updated base station is MUCH better, haven't had to re-set it once. Had better ability to capture the signals, stays connected. If you are having issues with cameras staying connected get they newer base station.

Worked perfectly with 1st gen cameras

I had an older Arlo system when I owned a house. As an idiot would, I trashed the base unit (don't ask) and had to replace it for my new location as it has had some theft problems. This set up magically well with the older cameras. I did have to do some firmware updates across the board, but other than that, no issues whatsoever.

Works great

Arrived on time no product damages to box. I had some spare cameras I had bought so I needed Base station. Siren on this puppy is loud, that’s what I wanted. Will purchase HD cameras have the pro now but much better video on 1080 p cameras

Works Great

Good picture quality, was worried motion detection would be constantly going off, but the sensitivity is adjustable and it syncs and meshes well with my Samsung Smartthings hub

Easy set up with capability for expanded features

Advertised features were only available through addition cost with a very high monthly fee. Basic feature has had multiple failures during peak times7-9 am and 4-6 pm. unable to access my feeds or outright denial of services with notices from provider. device is great. Service to access is shady.

Replaces the original Arlo base

This base was a replacement for a 1 year old original Arlo base unit. It has worked as well if not better than the original.. Hope it lasts longer than the first one.
