I have other telescopic roasting sticks but bought these ones because I find the prong on my other ones a bit too widely spaced. These ones are perfect for roasting a single marshmallow, holding one on two prongs so that it doesn’t rotate as it gets warm. The tips are dull, so they are ideal for young kids to use safely. The pole has a nice rubber end to hold and the metal does not get warm all the way up so it keeps your hand safe. The length of them is great. They are lightweight and pack small for camping. They are also easy to clean. To me, they are the perfect roasting sticks. Great for roasting wieners also.

Great addition to your camping gear!

Our camping friends had a set of these and when we were going to use our sticks, they let us try theirs out. These are great! They telescope out so you don't have to sit right next to the fire. They are strong enough to roast marshmallows, as well as hot dogs! They are light-weight and pack easy. Just Love, love, love them!!

Lightweight but sturdy

We really like using these telescoping skewers for roasting marshmallows over our backyard fire pit for S'mores. The two tines are the perfect distance for a normal size marshmallow, and they also work for the larger, square kind of specially-for-S'mores marshmallows. The telescope is the right tightness to extend and retract easily, but it securely stays in position. The skewers are long enough to roast over hot coals without getting your hands too hot. They cleaned up to look just like new after our first three uses so far. The only thing I worry about is if you aren't careful about pushing the telescoping part in and out straight - - (or if it gets stepped on in the dark near the fire), I think if it gets bent a bit it might not work as well after that. But we are careful with ours, and they are holding up great!

I purchased these roasting sticks to make s'mores with my 5yo using our backyard fire pit. I have only used them once but I would definetly recommend them. I loved that they came in a pouch for travel and storage. Also they collapse and expand to a pretty decent length that I felt my 5yo was safe to hold on her own. I washed them in the dishwasher and turned out fine.

I love these roasting sticks. We camp all summer long and we usually have about 20 to 30 kids with us at any given time. All of her friends go together and we have our favorite camping spots. Our favorite thing to do in the evening is roast marshmallows for Smore‘s and hotdogs for dinner. I love these roasting sticks because they have the extender which make sure the kids are safe at all times. I love the fact of their color coordinated so no kid is fighting over who’s is who’s because they well. These are so easy to clean. So easy to store would not in use they take up very little space. So easy to share with others. These are very sturdy we’ve never had any issues about them but dinner break and then we would use them for the past Couple of weeks. I will buy from this seller again.

Good, sturdy enough product

This kept the kids a good distance from the campfire, was easy to use and sturdy enough. The things about marshmallows is they are always always difficult for me to clean and I don't think these are very easy to clean, you still have to scrub them down and the forked ends can make that a pain, but I mean that's pretty much the deal with the cooking forks, so it's not like this was atypical or related to product quality.

Great for kids! Keeps them a good distance from fire

I got these marshmallow stick for a camping trip we went on recently. These exceeded my expectations. The kids loved them so much I didn't get to use one lol. My sister brought sticks for her kids and mine were the preferred ones. The ability to retract them makes them convenient to store in the bag they come with. The handle makes them easy to hold and the length makes them safe for kids to use. My 4 year old nephew burnt his own marshmallows on his own and he was so proud of himself! Had he used the sticks my sister brought she would have had to help him as they were much shorter in length. I highly recommend these!

Genius, enjoyable, practical

This product made s’mores enjoyable without burning our hands and a safe distance. We took these out camping at Sequoia National Park & they were easily cleaned off by simply soaking them in water for a few hours. The sticky, hardened marshmallow came off with one easy wipe. They also did not rust. Each individual s’more stick/handle has a color to differentiate them from one another too. They can also extend and be shortened & be placed in a black bag (part of the product) Awesome product for a great price. Thanks!

These Make Me Happy

Maaaan im so glad I purchased these. First of all, its way cheaper than at camping outfitters. Second of all, it was so much easier because I got a lot in one pack instead of the usual ONE. And lastly, they come in a convenient, reusable bag - my kids have since lost said bag but thats besides the point. Buy these, we'll worth it. They aren't super duper sturdy but as long as you're not sword fighting or trying to dig holes in the ground (again, kids) you should be fine. Happy roasting! 🏕

GOOD PRODUCT

I bought these for my grandchildren; we had fun making s’mores. Each of them got to pick what color they wanted, which is great because the color helps them to remember which one is theirs. I love that they are retractable and extendable so the kids are at a safe distance from the fire pit when roasting the marshmallows. My grandchildren are 6 years old, 4 years old & 1 years old. The sticks were also very easy to clean and I love the fact that they came in a nice material bag to store them in. They loved them so much that I sent them home with them and I bought another set to keep at my house. I highly recommend this product.
