Apple cider vinegar is any old remedy to lessen hot flashes of perimenopause and menopause. Just started taking this 4 days ago and have lost 3 lbs. This doesn’t give me any adverse side effects but I always take it after I have eaten something. Besides losing weight it has made me regular. I love this!!!! I havent followed the directions to a T. It days to work out. However I was afraid to lose to much weight. I took this to cleanse out but also trim down a little to look good on my honeymoon. The pictures are 2 weeks apart. I had to go take my wedding dress to get altered. Can wait for my soon to be hubby see me in a bikini and not shy in it in 3 weeks.

This stuff really works. I travel a lot for work so I’m always eating out. I went from 184lbs to 200lbs in 2 years with my job. Well I knew I wanted to do the ACV for detoxification but the taste is not so good. I saw this on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try. I wasn’t consistent with taking it every day but when I was out of town I made sure I took it because I realized it cut my appetite. Well my friend was over giving me a foot and leg rub and he said I lost weight but I didn’t believe him. So after a brief disagreement I went and got my scale and sure enough the scale said 193lbs. So it does work, I will be ordering a few more bottles of this. Btw I have been taking 2 capsules instead of 1 on the days I do take them.

We all know the benefits of apple cider vinegar but I coldn't always handle the tatse of it by itself. These pills are easy to take and I still expereince the same benefits of the liquid. I feel like I have better digestion and overall energy. I forgot to take a pill one day and felt sluggish all day long. I will be purchasing again.

Ok so I gave these a good while before I wrote the review. They definitely helped clean me out. I lost about 15 lbs. I cut down on portion size and I walk a bit more but nothing like a gym workout. These won't be a miracle pill and the clean out brought frequent restroom breaks but better out than in!

Balanced Body Ph Levels

This product has improved my body completely. As you know results vary, however you owe it to yourself to try it. My Ph levels have regulated slowly & unexpectedly. I bought it for weight loss & slowly but surely I've noticed the change with this and simple calorie reduction. I'm ok w the pace, I wasn't expecting overnight changed & this allows me to adjust at a rate that is sustainable. I take three times daily as my personal choice because it's a lot of work this pills does so I figure why not provide consistent support through out the day.
