Easy To Install

This fingerprint reader reads fast. It was easy to install, it took my locksmith around 20 mins to replace my old lock to this biometric smart lock. I enrolled my 5 family members, including 2 kids, and do not foresee any problems. I will upload more info shortly.

The app is a litter hard but the system work very good

I don't know why others have had problems with this but mine is fine. I use it on an internal bedroom door. My six year old can get in and out of it just fine.

Setup was very easy. Feels very strong. Love the convenience.

Took me a while to get around to installing it. Finally did it this week and love it so far. Much heavier, solid and stronger feel than I expected. So easy to just grab the handle and put my thumb on the reader to open the door. Have only been using it for the last three days but so far so good. Very happy with it.

Great Value

Have owned the lock for almost a year now & have not had any issues. Have not had to change the battery yet. Sometimes I have to wash my hands if I've been doing yard work or the fingerprint reader does not work. Make sure you install the app!!!!

Easy to install and easy to program fingerprint

Not sure about the other reviews on fingerprint not working it worked first time for me. Pretty easy. Door needs to be ajar so you can work both sides 1) put finger on fingerprint scan - it beeps once (it's on) 2) Interior part of lock has little control panel - press "+" sign on right once. 3) place the finger you want to use to open the door three times on scanner - wait for beep after each time. If long beep on third scan then you're good to go. Close the door it automatically locks then place your finger on scanner until it beeps - pull handle down and door should open. Worked first time for me, no issues. I would recommend programming multiple fingers just to give you options. Installation: It was also easy to install in my interior door - took about 20 mins. Package comes with everything you need, brackets, screws, etc. You need to have your own 4 AA batteries. Take old handle and brackets off....better to use everything in package. I need to drill one hole on top but that was the only drilling and they provide a little template sheet you can use to make sure you drill hole in right place. Now - I really want to figure out how to use the bluetooth app ZKBIOBT downloaded from apply app store. It suppose to work via bluetooth but haven't been able to get it to connect. Hopefully another review here will help, if not I'll update this review if I figure it out. It appartently logs every time door is opened via scanner.

Great door lock

Love the lock and it was easy to install and set up. Sometimes my thumb print doesn’t trigger the lock. I think because it is dry. I want my thumb and dry it off and it works just fine
