First off, you get two (I must not have read description properly). This thing is AMAZING! I have arthritis in one knee and this made my knee feel WONDERFUL! I’ve worn it constantly since the three days I got it. I can’t say enough good things about this knee brace. I’ve tried others (like the one at CVS). It was awful. Kept slipping down. Not enough compression. This one is JUST RIGHT. I’m not sure how long it will last but so far I’m DELIGHTED with this purchase.

Pains went away in short order!

I have been having knee pain for months ... went to doctor & had x-rays, etc., with no negative results showing up. Didn't want to get hooked on pain meds, so I saw these & thought they might ease the pain after reading reviews. Got them a few days ago and couldn't believe the difference within hours, my knee pain on both knees went away! Prior, the pain in both knees kept me from bending down & trying to straighten up. I had to grasp some fixture close-by to help straighten back up. I worked for years in retail standing on concrete floors with no cushion support. For the last few months I worked, my knee pain increased to the point of having to retire. These compression sleeves worked very well to fix my personal pain issue. Always advise seeing a doctor beforehand to rule out any other issues like I did. So far so good. I can even go a few days without wearing them, but when the pain returns, back on they go. Really helps with pain and walking

Update: I twisted my knee and needed something. I bought this for my husband and he wears his all the time and told me how much it would help me. I bought one and it fit well. I really like that is doesn't roll up or down and stays secure. A tip he gave me, wear it inside-out, that way the seams don't start to bug. A tip though, wear it inside-out, that way the seams don't start to bug. and the doctor won't operate for sometime. He really likes how snug it is and keeps his knee in place. He has worn the Ace Knee support but the store didn't have his size. So of course, I went onto Amazon and had him pick out a couple he would like. He has never worn the compression sleeve and quickly enjoyed the stability of this. He has been able to walk more and farther. Would totally recommend.

Best customer service I have ever seen.

I am very very pleased with this product. When I first received it I put it on, and I thought it was a little too tight, but I would anyway. I received an email from this company asking if I was satisfied with the product. I indicated that I felt this sleeve was too tight. The customer service agent immediately showed me how to measure my knee area, I gave her my measurement and she sent me a new set of compression sleeves in the bigger size. I received it in the mail to days later. This to me is an excellent example of customer service at its best. She also sent me a 20% off coupon which I will use on my next purchase from this company. I have been running for years. Recently I began to have knee pain and could hardly walk let alone run! The day I received these I put one on my right knee (the one with the pain) and it was amazing how the compression relieved the pain! I could walk and did 3 miles that day. The do not slide or roll on my leg but I could see how that could happen if my leg was bigger around. The recommendation to purchase the size slightly smaller than your measurement is a good one thats what I did and it helped the sleeve stay in place. These are SO worth every penny!

Game changer!

I’ve had knee pain for years now and figured it was just part of being active and getting older. I accepted it and my goal was to not let it get worse. I purchased the knee compression sleeves a couple of weeks ago because the patella support bands I had were not providing the support I needed when running longer distances, so my knees still ached quite a bit after a run. I figured for 13 bucks, it couldn’t hurt. At first, I just wore these around the house for a couple of hours to get used to them, then I began wearing them on my runs... and the knee pain was gone! I can’t believe it was this simple. I just recommended these to a colleague and sent a pair to my father who was just complaining about knee pain and plays golf (walks 18) and tennis. I still wear them for short periods of time around the house between runs. Small time/convenience investment for what I consider a big return.

I bought 1 highly rated knee brace on Amazon from a competitor and liked it, but when I went to reorder a second one for my other knee, the price had gone up significantly in just a month! So, I tried these and ended up liking this brand a lot better -- better material, more comfortable. I read some reviews about allergic reactions to the clingy part. I have sensitive skin so that is the only reason I didn't buy these originally. However, I haven't had any reaction at all -- no bumps, not itching. Love these.

seems like a good compression sleeve so far

I bought these to see if they helped my knee while playing ultimate frisbee, instead of wearing a more heavy duty brace that I had been using but felt restrictive. At first they seemed fine but soon enough the pain came back and I had to put the heavy duty brace back on. It's a new pain so maybe just need to take more time off to let it heal, and when I start back up will be sure to wear these. While I was limping the next day remembered I had this so put it on and it did make it feel better. It stayed up ok, there were a few times I had to pull it back up if I had squatted down or something like that but it wasn't anything annoying. I had wore the other one on my other knee the entire game and can't recall having to pull it up at all. Going by their measurement technique my leg measured about 17 1/4", I almost bought the medium size because of that but noticed others said going by their sizing recommendations it could be a little large so I bought the small ones and it hasn't been an issue at all. It's very stretchy and didn't feel restrictive at all, even when wearing it most of the day. It has a rubber piece at the top with little bumps in it that help keep it up, neither that or the material itself left any sort of rash which I was glad of because I do have that problem with some materials.
