Excellent product! I just recently upgraded from an iPad Mini 3 (which fit directly in the holder of the Mavic Pro controller) to an iPad Pro. Having this product to hold the larger tablet up has been a godsend! Upon unboxing, I was a little confused about how to put it together. Luckily it's fairly straightforward after tinkering with it for a minute or two, and everything snapped into place and was ready to go. I also absolutely love the neckstrap! Having a heavier controller, with the added weight of a bigger iPad, hasn't been noticeable at all thanks to the even weight distribution that's directed towards my neck. I highly recommend this holder if you're looking for something to use with anything larger than an iPad Mini!

I ordered this for use with my DJI Mavic Pro Platinum. I wanted to use an iPad instead of my iPhone. The DJI Go 4 app works well on the iPhone, but better on the iPad. A bigger picture is a start. But larger buttons make operating the app way easier on an iPad. Plus, I’m not deleting my iPhone battery while flying. With this tablet holder, my iPad is solidly connected. The unit is made of solid materials. This thing should last a very long time. My iPad is held solidly in place in a very comfortable position and at an angle that’s very easy to view, even with my progressive glasses! Another huge benefit is not having to remove my iPhone case for every flight (Mavic remote phone handles are only wide enough to hold an iPhone without a case). Setup is very quick and easy, and the iPad clamp is quick yet secure. When the iPad is in place, I’m not the least bit concerned about it coming loose. The jaws are padded, providing grip and preventing scratching. The included lanyard does the job well, though I wouldn’t use it to leave the whole assembly hanging around my neck hands-free. I definitely recommend this tablet holder!

I had to order another one of these. I sold my DJI Spark to a friend, and he insisted that I give him the tablet holder that I already had! I was going to use the holder with my Mavic Air, but he insisted that I add this tablet holder to the deal, or there was no deal! So, I had to order another one so that I can use it with my Mavic Air.....Good thing I have Amazon Prime! If you need a tablet holder or even just a phone holder because trying to stuff your phone into the controller slot is a pain, I recommend you pick up one of these. I have an S8+, and I always hated trying to stuff it into the controller phone holder, so I use this tablet holder to hold my phone (just turn the tablet holder sideways), and it's so much better! Takes a little longer to setup, but well worth it!

This holder exceeded my every expectation: The build quality is excellent. The device is solid, made of metal where is matters, feels good in hand, and fits perfectly. The design is ingenious. Two metal arms flip up to make the mount extension and fold flat for easy storage. The whole device is easy to carry and not bulky at all. Best of all, it holds my Lenovo Yoga tablet. This tablet has a thick rounded edge with a built in stand. I was concerned that this mount would not be able to grip the rounded edge (which is about an inch thick). It turns out that it works flawlessly, and the spring-loaded mount extension holds the tablet securely. I could not be more pleased with this holder. I cannot imagine buying any other tablet holder for my Mavic Pro.

Not sure what the strap is for, but the tablet holder works GREAT on my Samsung 10" tablet. Very sturdy, easy to assemble, and let me take these shots this morning (see attached) with my DJI Mavic Pro. A must for seeing what you're shooting....

A tablet holder was the missing link for me, and it's improved my drone experience 1,000%. I learned the hard way that flying my Mavic Pro and trying to frame shots using my iPhone7 was like looking through a keyhole. Doing a good job of framing shots was difficult to impossible. This tablet holder easily connects the controller and my iPad Pro into a single, easily-handled unit. It makes a perfect package for flying the drone/shooting pictures while standing or walking. Flying the drone using this tablet holder and my iPad Pro changes the whole experience for me--it's like looking at what the camera sees through a big picture window. Wow, what a difference! What I like: --Quality material with a good, solid feel. --Easy to assemble. --Holds iPad and controller in a single device, allowing me to concentrate on flying and on my shots. --A very thoughtful design that works just great What I didn't like: --Lack of instructions on assembly--figure it out for yourself. (Hint: go to Go to YouTube for help.) --I was (wrongly) convinced on opening the package that what they sent was not what I ordered. This is a must-have for me. Worth many times the price because it completely changed my drone-flying experience making it so much better and easier.

Very nice item. The part that is gripped by the controller arms is aluminum, the rest is made of pretty strong plastic. I bought this so that I could use my iPad Air 2 with my Spark drone but I can also use it with my iPhone 8 Plus in a Otter Box case. It's great being able to have a big screen & this item held the iPad with no problem at all. The lanyard really helps with holding most of the weight & I didn't get hand fatigue in nearly an hour of use. The holder has some angle adjustments available but the iPad covers the controller. No big deal as most times I never need to look at the controller as all the info is on the iPad screen. It only takes a second to move your head & look over the iPad if you need to see the controller for any reason.

DJI Mavic Pro Tablet Holder - UZOPI Aluminum-Alloy Adjustable Remote Controller Accessories Bracket Mount Extender with Neck Lanyard Strap for 4-12 Inch Phone TabletsThis is a VERY welcome addition to my Mavic stable! One of the things that I love most about it, other that the excellent build quality, is that it collapses down for easy transportability. When I came across that little tidbit in the listing, I jumped right on it and once I received it and it actually did (no one is surprised by how some online shopping experiences misrepresent the products listed for sale periodically right?) what it said, I was ecstatic! The materials used to put this together are excellent, the way this folds down for travel is a huge plus (I say that because other products in this particular category don't do that - I'm usually carrying a pretty good amount of gear so the less loose and unpackable accessories the better). The only complaint I have about the device, and I suppose that would change person to person, is the small amount of space between my hands operating the joysticks on the Mavic Controller and the platform that hold the phone/tablet device. If the arm extended a bit then it would be great for ME but this may not be a problem for everyone (I have Gynormous mits!) not to mention that that may affect the collapsibility of the device which is one of the biggest pluses for me. All told, I am very pleased with the product and my purchase of it, Thanx UZOPI!

I thought I was going to have to buy an iPad mini because I just couldn't see my phone that well when flying the Mavic. But then I thought, hey, I already have a full sized iPad why not try that instead. I did and it worked great, just the right size but it was balanced on my lap and not very stable. So I started on the search to fine the best holder for the iPad and I ended up with this item. It is exactly what I was looking for; good quality, solid and secure, good ergonomics, etc. I was a little worried about getting my hands on the transmitter after reading some reviews but that is not a problem at all. And while it does block the view of the transmitter, the information you need is on the iPad AND I can actually see it now! I have only used this a few times so I don't know how it will hold up over time but all indications are it will be with me for a long, long time. Highly recommended if you are looking for an iPad holder for your Mavic. :)
