• Increase fuel pressure for increased performance. This upgrade will increase the fuel pressure 10-15psi on your 6.0 powerstoke. Increases the life of fuel injectors too.
  • Easy To Install. The 6.0 blue spring kit includes all the gaskets, seals, bolts, spring, and regulator housing needed for installation. This fuel regulator kit includes a detailed installation video (link included in packaging) with step by step instructions for the blue spring upgrade.
  • Fits Ford 6.0 Powerstroke F250, F350, F450, F550 model years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007
  • Equivalent to Ford part 3C3Z-9T517-AG Perfect for stock or modified trucks. The 6.0 Blue Spring Kit is a common upgrade because it increases injector life, increases drive-ability, and gives smoother power delivery.
  • Complete kit with everything needed for installation on your 6.0 Powerstroke: blue spring upgrade, 4 rubber o-ring seals, 3 orifice seals, 4 screws, fuel pressure regulator housing

Great mod for your 6.0. My truck has better response out of the hole and seem to be more stable in 50-70 mph range. Most importantly, my injectors are much happier with the increased fuel pressure. The kit had everything I needed plus the customer service was excellent. They provided a great tutorial to make the install a price of cake...if you don’t cut corners. Hands down, one of the best mods that I’ve done to my 6.0.

Everything worked great to me except the bolts. Granted, if you are replacing just the regulator you will probably have no issue with these bolts. I replaced my entire housing and regulator. This being said, the housing I received came without thereads, so I used a slightly thicker type of screw. The type I used is self tapping with a 5/16 head. If you are replacing the housing along with the regulator I recommend doing this or tapping out the 4 hole slots to fit the bolts given. I have no current leaks. Although I haven’t noticed a power increase, everything fit as should. I am very pleased with the product and cost of the product.

Wow what a spring!!!! My old one was all rusted on one end, and now the power boost is great! Had my wife ride with me in the old 6.0 and holy cow I could see the sparkle in her eye. This is gonna rejuvenate our whole marriage I just know it. Thanks spring kit

This is a must have kit if you own a 6.0 powerstroke. Low fuel pressure is number 1 fault to injectors. Save a big repair on injectors and install this kit. At Ford they are $70.00 the best money to spend. It works great. I'm a Ford diesel tech.

Fit perfectly on my 2005 6.0 F250 and stopped a fairly major fuel leak. The package was more than complete for my part and even came with an extra gasket/adapter for an earlier revision of the part just in case.

Kit it packaged very neat and has in my case more parts than I even needed. It will work for any year model 6.0 and my only regret is not doing it sooner. You will be very happy with this part and this is the only company I've ever bought from that sent me a e-mail with tech support before I even received the product I ordered.

2004 f250 starts up & runs smother. Acceleration faster without any hesitation. When I rev it up no lag, 6,000 rpm's in about a second! Tip: Re-use your old bolts, new ones are not tapered and may strip! Supper upgrade for the money!

I have not actually tested the fuel pressure yet but it does provide me with peace of mind knowing that I replaced the gaskets/spring/nozzle. Packaging was great. Individually wrapped pieces. Everything fit like factory. No need to remove the intake just use "stubby" torxs bits. Open fuel bowl to allow the fuel to drain back to the lower fuel filter to lesson leakage. Also, loosen the fuel line adapter while the housing is still contented to the filter bowl. It's a bear to get off if you do it after.

I used the stock housing for no other reason than that I couldn't remove the male fitting from it lol. So, I have a 2003 F250 6.0L powerstroke diesel. I ordered this part just as a preventative maintenance measure. The day it arrived (Friday) I was at work. When I drove to lunch my truck started running and idling rough. I don't know much about diesels but I know that a rough idle has something to do with the internal combustion. An injector, fuel, air intake, something. Anyhow, I got home and went ahead and installed the blue spring and all the seals. The truck is still idling rough but no where near as bad! So I did some research and discovered that I have a low ficm voltage output. Meaning the injectors aren't getting enough power to function correctly. But, even with that issue, this spring has increased the fuel pressure enough to subside the extremely rough idle that a bad ficm causes. That's awfully impressive! Anyhow, I'll be installing a new ficm this week. I'll post an update on how it's running afterwards.

Good rebuild/ upgrade kit. But any review telling you that you’ll feel a power difference is BS. I believe it’s a good kit and will help prolong injector life but you’re not gonna feel a difference in power or boost. Still a great kit, I used it to repair a leaking O ring and it did exactly that.
