This is one very heavy duty cutting board.
I really liked this board a lot however it is very heavy and was somewhat unmanageable for me. For someone with a large kitchen with good storage space it would be a fabulous addition to your kitchen. I felt terrible about returning it and had I the space to keep it out I would definitely have kept it. But I need something smaller and a little more lightweight because I don't have extra space on my counters.

This cutting board will do it all
This is a cutting board that will allow you to do all your veggie cuts on a single board with room to spare. I purchased a large board for just that reason. I was tired of pulling out multiple cutting boards. Additionally, due to the large size, it can be used for spatchcocking a chicken with a well for for any juices to run into keeping your kitchen counter clean and safe for raw veggies to be on. On the flip side of that spatchcock, it's the perfect board for carving your chicken, again with a large well for the juices to run into. This particular board is oversized so I can't put it into the dishwasher but I spray with bleach and water to sterilize when done with any raw meat/chicken/fish use. The smaller boards will definitely fit into the dishwasher. Storage is not an issue for me, I have it stored on the long edge on the wall against my refrigerator so you don't have to be concerned with where to put a large board.

Honestly though it is a excellent board. Good quality
I foolishly bought this thinking it would not be to big for kitchen. Boy was I wrong. Huge & Heavy. That's the downfall of online shopping. Honestly though it is a excellent board. Good quality. My fault for being to big, husband convinced me the size was fine LOL Would be excellent for cleaning fish ETC I will buy the right size soon.

Best Cutting Board
The first cutting board I received was slightly warped, but after I left a review, the company said that it may have been a counterfeit, so they took it upon themselves to send me another one. The next one wasn't warped at all...it's a great cutting board! It cleans very easily - I haven't put it in the dishwasher as it was a little too big for that, but a dab of detergent & a scrub brush & it cleans in no time. I left some chopped parsley on it for a little too long & was afraid that I stained it, but even that came off with no problem whatsoever. It's perfect!

Good quality cutting board, albeit for home use
Just received it today. Used it to prepare dinner once in a non-commercial setting, aka, home. Actually, don't know what's "commercial" about this cutting board. It looks and feels like any other plastic cutting board that I have used before. Appeared to be of high quality. I selected the 12x18 size. It barely fits into my dishwasher. Any larger would be a problem. Glad that I went with this size. I use a silicone baking mat underneath to prevent it from sliding on my granite countertop. I think a kitchen towel can also do the job. I am pleased with the purchase.

great board professional grade without the cost
i was a butcher for 4 1/2 years and this cutting board is as good as the professional ones that i used good quality and the big kicker is the durability many cutting boards that are used for butchering on the market are a little to soft so you end up cutting deep marks it when you are slicing roasts are cutting through bone with a cleaver this board holds up like they all should and the price is better then a professional named board hope that if this company starts to do professional boards they keep the price for the average person and i believe that they could do professional sales easily if they don’t already

Great board for many applications!
Love this board. It's NSF, it's large and in charge. Thick, too, so it can take abuse. I installed it (drilled holes in the bottom and it rest on four stainless pegs - just pop it off for cleaning) on top of a half-height open sheet pan rack and use it as a shelf for storage and a prep area for food when needed. Great deal!

Great size, juice groove deep enough to really function.
After doing a couple turkeys in the 23-24 lb range and briskets in the 17-18 lb range I realized that the cutting boards I had were not large enough. We had grease and juice all over the countertops and even running down the cabinets. This board is large enough for any home job that I can imagine and has a juice groove that will really work. Other options included "professional" ones with a juice groove and even a pan to collect drippings. Those are about $200. This a great product and a great value for the money.

Great all round board but really shines with meats!
I was looking for a plastic cutting board to go along with my wooden one. I love my wooden board but I don't like using it for meat (too much cleanup and hassle). This board fits the bill. It's large enough to properly disassemble even large cuts of meat (haven't tried a turkey or large chicken on it yet though). But it's not so big it won't fit in the dishwasher. My goal with a plastic board is to get as large as I can that will still fit in the dishwasher =) Another reason I like using it for meat over the wooden board is the grooves/channels for juices. Even properly rested meat will still get some juice all over the board, and in the case of a purely flat board, all over your counter. These make cleanup very easy. It's not too heavy so it's easy to move around the kitchen if need be and unlike glass or ceramic boards it won't mess up your knives. Great all rounder!

Great size, good value
I like the size of this board. Although the dimensions are about a quarter-inch less than what is listed in the product description, the size is good for most cooking prep jobs without being so big that washing it is a pain. The board is a bit heavy (about 3 lbs. 6 oz.) but that doesn't bother me. In fact, the weight helps it stay in place -- which is good with a board that has no rubber components to prevent slipping against the counter surface. The material seems sturdy without being hard like cutting boards that dull a knife too quickly. One side of the board has a trough for juices; the other side does not, so a quick flip will adapt it for your current prep job. Also, the entire surface has a rough texture to keep things on the board from slipping around.
